The proximity to the beach and the beach view.

Roaches, toilet licking, beds were uncomfortable and made too much noise. Extreme hot everywhere except the bedroom that had air conditioning.

Debería haber mas cantidad de jabón en el baño si es para 4 personas, papel secante en la cocina, acondicionador de aire en sala por el clima caliente en Puerto Rico. Se debe fumigar..

The location, the view.

We paid for 2 bedrooms, apartment #9, the apartment #5, only have 1. To many stairs, the floor and the shower was dirty.

Es una critica constructiva seria recomendable que los colchones fueran más cómodos para ser mejor la estadía

La ubicación

The place was clean. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked very well for that room. The place was very close to the beach.

There was no hot water. We stayed two days and reported the problem, but no one responded to the problem other than we were told the concern was shared with the housekeeper. The problem was not resolved before we checked out. The WiFi did not work. We reported it and was given a second password. The second password did not work either. Though the unit was clean, we killed five roaches during our stay but kept all our food in the refrigerator and sealed up our trash the entire time of our stay. Only the bedroom had air conditioning. The neighborhood was safe but very noisy at times throughout the evening.

Por favor tome atención de los matress de las camas están de cambiar. La parte superior de la cama litera tiene la base rota y matres sin firmeza alguna, los puse en el piso y logré descansar acostada en los bordes de los matress para no lastimar más mi espalda. Desperté cansada y adolorida. Por lo demas excelente lugar y apartamento. Me encantaría volver y qué se haya corregido el inconveniente. Tengo 64 años.

Primera línea de playa.

Faltaban sartenes y la cafetera no tenía filtro. Todo lo demás muy bien.

Ubicación frente a la playa.

Camas incómodas. La litera hace demasiado ruido al moverse. Estaba rota sostenida por un tubo. El aire del cuarto está medio dañado. Enfrió 2 horas luego de prenderlo. Dos receptáculos del cuarto estan dañados. Colocas el cargador y quedan flojos y no se puede enchufar nada. Tiene gotera. Mi hija por poco se cae al pisar el agua porque no nos habíamos dado cuenta.

El agua caliente era difícil para localizarla, pues el calentador eléctrico no funcionaba adecuadamente. El ambiente playero: personas sospechosas, poca sombra.

Estuvo todo muy bien, comida y actividades cerca.

A modo de sugerencia, colocar cortinas de plástico, no de tela en el baño para que no se moje el piso. Por lo demás todo muy bien

I like the beach.

A lot of noise until 3am. Can’t slept during the night, music, people talking loud nearby the property until 3 am. No hot water, the room in a third floor without previous announcement of no elevator available. Not a good room for relax vacations.

The good things about the property are the location and the restaurant next door is exceptionally good.

The address posted on the website took me to the wrong location 30 mins drive away from the actual property. An hour + was wasted finding it. The apartment itself was a garden unit, the purported balcony was a small concrete entryway facing the street below street level. The apartment itself appeared to have been recently partially remodeled and newer furnishing except for the bathroom. It was under equipped, there was not a single kitchen towel, hand towel or even a paper towel in the apartment. Only several bath towels that were a little worse for wear in the bathroom and that was it. The hot water in the shower didn’t work, additionally only the cold water faucet worked in the bathroom sink. The 2nd bedroom is a tiny room with bunk beds and didn’t have a door, no privacy and I would not consider that a true 2 bedroom. The cherry on top was the bed bugs. I slept in the room with bunk beds and am now covered in bed bug bites. My companions slept in the master and were not impacted by the bed bugs. I would not recommend.

Comodo y lo mejor de Todo el Restaurante en el primer Nivel mega Rica la comida muy atento el personal y los precios mega Razonables económicos

Solo como comentario para Que sigan mejorando y prosperando deben mejorar las camas para un mejor descanso de la clientela lo demas excelente buen lugar todo muy limpio nada de insectos.

It's proximity to the beach

The place was very dated and there was air conditioning only in the bedroom. One was needed in the living room.

The location is excellent. A few steps to a very quiet beach. Hammock outside apartment to swing in. A fantastic restaurant on the beach- great fish. The property is very basic but very clean. Lady who does cleaning is wonderful. It’s a rural, quiet setting- no frills- a great place to “switch off” Easy to enter apartment with code. Receptive host. Great A/C in bedroom. Good location - close to Aguadilla and Aguada- not far to Rincon.

Better couch would be nice - tables by the bed. Lamps as well as over head lights. Screen on door.

Es un buen sitio y buenas instalaciones, que ya deberían ir considerando en remodelar varias cosas. Es la 3 vez que me hospedo y esta última vez no me gustó mucho.

El mal olor que salia del baño era horrible e insoportable, el WiFi no servía y la limpieza no estaba buena.. almenos en el que yo me hospede.

Excelente ubicación y las instalaciones limpias, acogedoras y confortables. Muy buena comunicación con el personal, lo recomiendo.

Price, has a restaurant downstairs, a place close by to get breakfast.

No hand towels, poor towel quality, need side tables by bed, no lamps in bedroom to control lighting, electric outlet in bedroom too far from bed to charge and use cel phone.

Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude, pas de nécessaire pour faire la vaisselle. Du plastique sur les matelas... Pas d'indication pour un parking. Ce serait utile quand on arrive de nuit

Location, balcony and the full kitchen

The lighter for the stove didn’t work. The bar across the street~I would avoid Friday night. The slower was a trickle of warm water….ok, but not great.

The house was really close to the beach. We only stayed one night, but it felt like we could've stayed longer.

Buenas vistas y cerca del mar. El restaurante de abajo estupendo.

Bastante antiguo y muy incómoda la cama. Tantas cortinas no da sensación de limpieza.

Está arriba de un lugar para comer que está lindo.

La comodidad de la cama no es de las mejores. Tiene el Nylon del colchón puesto y hace ruido al moverse. La ducha es muy leve. Es caro si comparamos relación precio-calidad.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable as far as beds and furnishings. HOWEVER, there was no hot water for our two night stay. The host DID send someone to try to fix it, but apparently she couldn't remedy the problem. The location is right near the beach, but not near much of anything else except for a seafood restaurant nextdoor, which was very good. No place to get coffee or breakfast. You'll need a car or other transportation for extras. I would recommend this hotel since the lack of hot water might have been a fluke. It's a good value otherwise being so close to the beach.

Todo estuvo bien el servicio, contestan super rápido y cortés, el establecimiento cumple con lo indicado todo super.

Recomendaría cambiar los abanicos de techos pues casi no echan aire y suenan. Si algun huésped le toca dormir en el área de la sala en el sofá cama pasará calor.

Me encanta, estamos pensando ir para verano y separar más de un apartamento.

the apartment itself was clean and cute. however, we only was on premise for 5 minutes because we requested sleep 4 adults with children and the facility had 1 full size bed and two twin size bunk beds. We had to go rent at the Marriott court yard because there weren’t any bed for the second couple.

There was a lot of water patches in our walk way and next door there was a family with the men with no shirts on and playing loud music. Needless to say, we just could not stay because they didn’t deliver what we asked for. The place was cute and was clean. We looked around for pool and never came across the pool. In the back was a vacant lot with water patches from the rain. we left the key and left. we never used the facility.

The location felt safe. The apartment and patio were exceptionally clean. The beach was so very close and the patio hammocks were a huge hit. The restaurant food was fantastic. Grateful for the broom and dust pan to keep up with the sand, and the coffee maker and toaster were very much appreciated.

The shower was nearly no pressure, and tepid water at best (the water pressure made it challenging to clean out the sand from the beach). The beds were squeaky and barely could be called a mattress. Dish towels and dish rags would have been nice to have in the kitchen, as well as a dish drying rack. Extra towels available for beach would have saved us the time and hassle of finding beach towels immediately to purchase.

The restaurant on the first level of the apartment was excellent, the staff was wonderful,and the food was delicious.
