Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Question is what didn't I like. Absolutely nothing. The place is exceptional. What an absolute rare find. Om my God please do yourself a favour and book yourself @Lloyds on your next visit to Ermelo. Worth every penny and more. It is everything advertised an more.
First, the units smell amazing. All amenities advertised are true, to the T. The unit is exceptionally clean. The host is amazing. Perfectly safe location, close to almost everything in Ermelo. Self check-in and checkout. Smart TV with streaming services. Electric blanket, and additional blankets. Unit 3 is the absolute best of them all.
Absolutely nothing.
There's an extra charge for cleaning services daily, but it was still worth every penny.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026A wonderful, immaculately clean, self-contained one-bedroom unit in a security complex, with everything - all the appliances that you would need. A wonderfully firm, comfortable large double bed (king?), with winter sheets and an electric underblanket! A large, domestic fridge/freezer, stove, toaster, etc. Full battery back-up in the event of a power outage. Complete with a lock-up garage with motorised opening/closing. Close to shops, restaurants, churches, and schools, with entrances/exits to town nearby, it makes for an excellent choice.
Nothing.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Es mucho mejor que en las fotos. El apartamento es magnífico.
The bed is getting old, one hits the bottom of the springs/base when sitting on it. Consider replacing the matrass. Every thing else is excellent.
Bed could be more comfortable should the matrass be changed

Everything was perfect, no negatives

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The location was perfect for what we needed. It’s two minutes to the mall for a quick bite to eat but it did not feel (or sound) like we were staying in town. We were concerned about weekend noises keeping us awake at night, but there was nothing to worry about.
We mostly just needed a place to sleep and eat in the evenings while we worked in the day, but it was so nice to come “home” to an attractive, super comfortable place. It made our trip much more enjoyable. There are so many thoughtful touches (like a decent hairdryer and iron). We loved the comfortable lounge and the walk in closet for luggage!
Honestly nothing to complain about. The hosts clearly work very hard to create a friendly establishment. We felt very welcome - like long time regulars, not first time guests!

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025I had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The house was absolutely beautiful—by far the best I’ve seen in Ermelo! The décor was stylish and thoughtfully done, making me feel right at home. Having the entire house to myself for under R1,000 was such great value, especially for a place this stunning. I also appreciated the convenience and safety of parking my car in the garage instead of outside. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Nothing minus nothing
