Everything was perfect

There was no bedsheet. Had to use my own. Main bed linen was not up to standard.

We stayed there for one night. A wonderful clean and spacious unit in Ermelo. Everything you need is there - the kittchen has a lot of equipment, so it is easy to cook. The decoration is nice and you have your own garage for the rental car. We feeled safe. The comminication beforehand was easy. We would stay there again.

It was quite cold at night and the gas heater was not working, so we tried to help us with blankets, which where luckily provided.

The place had all we needed. I asked for a second gate remote which Charles arranged. Will recommend to friends

Ohhh what a place . It’s safe , we had a garage that can lock , it is clean, it feel like home. Everything you need is there . I love it so much it’s my number 1 accommodation in Ermelo

Very spacious

Shower was very small. The single beds made noise when you turn at night and they’re very uncomfortable. Someone had to go and sleep on the couch due to the uncomfortability of the single bed.

We always stay at one of the Lloyds guesthouses when passing through or visiting Ermelo. We always feel at home here, which is why we continue returning to this establishment. Our stay was absolutely stunning, and we will most certainly return. We can highly recommend this establishment to other travellers.

The self-check-in system worked well — we checked in quickly, easily, and completely hassle-free. The host, Charles, is always just a phone call away and is exceptionally friendly and helpful, consistently ensuring that our stay is as comfortable as possible. The unit is situated in a neat, quiet, and secure environment within a gated complex. The facility was well prepared to cater to all our needs. Modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated, it offers all the amenities one could need in a self-catering unit. The smart TV makes streaming possible, which was greatly appreciated. The free wifi was also valued. Parking in the garage, with direct access into the unit, was especially convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, while the quality linen and electric blanket ensured a good night’s rest. The bathroom is also well designed and practical. The availability of a water tank (connected to the water supply of the unit) and small inverter provided peace of mind and would be especially appreciated during load shedding or water supply interruptions. The unit is close to shopping malls and the town centre, while still offering peace, quiet, and excellent security — truly a hidden gem. This guesthouse, with its abundance of amenities and exceptional comfort, has more to offer than many 4- and 5-star establishments. We always stay at one of the Lloyds guesthouses when passing through Ermelo. We always feel at home here, which is why we continue returning to this establishment. Everything was excellent , cleanest, new stuff and very comfortable.

Although it was only for one night, it was clean and peaceful.

The Wi-Fi was not working which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The modern look, the nice peaceful feel and well thought out décor. Clean, all facilities in working order, enough of everything (cutlery, crockery), safe and easily accessible.

The bed was a bit shakey, so everytime I turn, the bed would move 2times more.

Awesome house in a secure complex. Best appointed accommodation I have stayed in for a long time. Definitely going to be staying again.

Excellent value for money. Privacy and neatness.

New building however door handles need attention.

It was awesome

Townhouse clean but was a bit nervous about streetfront location. Given that we were on holiday and this was merely a stop over we had a lot at stake with regards to break in into vehicle.

Water situation, town in terrible state. Dirty streets and basically 1 pothole on the other, pelapidated overall. Feel unsafe if you drive around

It was a safe, clean, and comfortable place.

Collecting the keys and accessing the unit was not easy at all. Instructions need to be provided more than 6 hours before check-in! When we left early in the morning, we had to stand in the rain to block the gate in order to return the gate key fob to the inside of the unit. Also, the fridge did not work properly, which resulting in us losing quite a few groceries.

Good location, calm neighborhood..not far from the malls.

My family enjoyed the stay..kids were happy.. Nothing to complain about.. the water problem was in the whole town..

Needs a bit of maintenance. The shower spray onto the ceiling, the toilet seat is loose and the beds are very noisy

Clean place, host responsive and gave us updates on what was happening with the water problem in the area.

Bathing was a problem. The water in the gyser quickly got cold.

Shower head leaking, pressure on system not constant, pressure drop to much on water. Single Beds mattresses is noisy needs replacement!

Too close to main gate so when anyone enters and leaves estate then the gate noise is a bit disturbing

The water pressure was too low when we have the kids running the bath while we took the shower in the ensuite. No water comes to the shower in the ensuite when the bathtub is running.

Everything from space and the rooms was amazing, a great piece of mind.

There was no hot water.. but all was good besides that..
