Reviewed Jun 29, 2026This was absolutely magnificent! It feels almost too good to be true, but it is. The town on the lake is charming, and the beautiful house is just a 5-minute walk from the promenade, complete with its own private parking. The apartment itself is delightful and spacious, featuring a lovely terrace with lake views, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a royal bedroom, and a comfortable bathroom. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, and we truly enjoyed interacting with her. Our recommendation: start and end your day with a stroll along the lake, sit on the terrace with a glass of wine, and your vacation will be magical! We are so grateful for the wonderful time we spent here.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit ausgesprochen guter und durchdachter Ausstattung. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett und "ansprechbar". Die Lage ist super, denn man ist in wenigen Gehminuten im Park (relevant für das Hundegassi!) sowie an der wundervollen Uferpromenade.
Da gibt es wirklich nichts zu meckern!

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Tolle Wohnung! Sehr sauber, eine wirklich gute Lage und dazu noch ein Begrüßungsgeschenk! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und fragt auch noch ob man noch alles hat was man benötigt oder sonstige Fragen hat. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung ist auch ein großer Pluspunkt.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Très bel appartement bien situé à Gersau . Proche du lac pour se baigner et de toutes les facilités, commerce , bateau traversier Bon équipement aussi avec lave vaisselle et lave linge et terrasse ensoleillée Très bon accueil et bons conseils de Manuela
Pas de chance les voisins étaient bruyants parfois dehors par cette chaleur mais ce n'est pas la faute des propriétaires

Reviewed May 23, 2024The self catering property met all our expectations, parking was easy and safe. Location was quiet yet close enough to the towns amenities. Good base from which to visit this part Switzerland. Lovely hosts and some nice welcome treats on arrival.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2022Well-maintained and good located apartment in small town Gersau, 2 streets from lake front, close to supermarket. Private parking place under carport. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso and high quality cutlery and pans. Laundry possibilities. Very friendly hosts who provided coffee, made sure we were ok. Easy to get to many of the beautiful mountains and areas surrounding Luzern Lake. Felt like we were at home.
Not much not to like. Bathroom relatively small compared to rest of apartment. Perhaps some extra hooks there and in kitchen for handtowels would be helpful.Only real negative comment is that it was quite expensive (but like many other things in Switzerland).
