Pozitia locatiei este una excelenta, am primit o camera cu un copac in fata care perturba tot view ul, locuri de parcare nu sunt si cei de la receptie nu se chinuie sa spuna unde poti gasi un loc cu plata, am intampinat probleme la plata parcarii din centru deoarece se putea plati doar cu fise iar aplicatiile online nu merg cu esim. Mic dejun f bun, perne neconforme si nu sunt confortabile, salteaua de proasta calitate.

Personal sehr gut, und prompt. Essen sehr gut. Das Personal im Rest. war sehr gefordert mit der Aufgabe. Man hatte das Gefühl es werde am Personal "gespart"

Das Zimmer war "schmuddelig" . Hopp Hopp aufgeräumt. Die Douche ist nicht abgelaufen. (Wasser staute sich) Der Abluftventilator ist vor lauter Dreck/Staub stecken geblieben. Bei der Abreise wurde das gemeldet, jedoch wurde die Verantwortung auf die Gäste geschoben. Die solche Mängel halt melden sollten. Diese Mängel traten nicht plötzlich ein, sondern almählich. Man sollte auch die techn. Einrichtungen prüfen von Seiten des Hotels

I cannot recommend this hotel and it's staff highly enough! A fantastic location with the bus stop literally right outside the hotel and the ferry terminal just a minutes walk away. Great views out over the lake and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you need. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. There is a lovely garden area with some seating right on the lake's edge where it is possible to swim in the lake. I hope to return to this hotel soon.

The location of the hotel is really nice, right on the lake and opposite the pier for the ferries. The view from the room is beautiful

The road in front of the hotel is so noisy! Public busses are running nonstop. The rooms don't have airco so you want to keep the window open for fresh air. In summer the rooms must have been really hot! They were already warm in September...The sundeck at the lake was already closed in September, without any notice

This hotel is a mixed bag. Here are my ratings and comments 5 - Right on the water with great views, right in front of ferry terminal and ticket office 5 - Internet 3.5 - Rooms are dark. They need more lights. Room was in good shape otherwise. There is no AC so the room was hot even in September. This hotel is not recommended in the summer or when it is hot. Nights did not cool done much. Smoke from restaurant below rises to the balconies above so you cannot use the balconies in the evening if you do not like breathing others smoke 4.5 - Breakfast good but same food every day. The first day 1/3 of the tables were reserved for dinner, 1/3 had dirty dishes and the rest were occupied. Breakfast was very understaffed. No one to welcome you in and tell you how to find everything. I made a stink and things improved. The removed the reserved seating for dinner and opened it up for breakfast. 2 - Hotel management poor. No one is ever at the check-in desk. Just a phone at the podium. Only one hotel employee. He works really hard and is nice but he is never around and seems to do everything in the hotel. Check-in is done by restaurant staff that admit they do not know anything about the hotel. Why is no one in the hotel at check-in time? Had to wait 2 hours to check out because hotel employee was out. Restaurant check-in person gave incorrect info out about parking. Second restaurant staff said we did not have a parking reservation. Told that the rooms have an info sheet that explains how everything works. That is incorrect, it does not exist. Safe does not work unless you get the key from the hotel employee that is normally not around. Elevator does not work some of the time. Whoever owns this hotel has to hire more than one part-time employee. No one is ever at the check-in desk so you can never ask a question. They need someone to straighten out this hotel. Publish information sheets in every room, have an employee most of the day at the...

Tolle Lage, schönes Dorf direkt am Vierwaldstätter See.

Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr verunreinigt. Haare im Kühlschrank, im WC usw. Frische Flecken an den Schränken und in der Kaffeemaschine waren noch die gebrauchten Kapseln. Während das Zimmer nochmal gereinigt wurde, bot man uns nicht mal einen Kaffee oder sonstwas zur Überbrückung an. Obwohl wir um 15 Uhr kamen, war kein kompetentes Personal anwesend und die "Rezeption" bestand aus einem Telefon mit eingespeicherter Nummer. Zimmer war übrigens für den Preis auch sehr klein. In einem Hotel in Schwyz sollte das Personal übrigens zumindest ein bisschen Deutsch sprechen.

Good location close to the lake and near the ferry boat dock. Very nice breakfast.

Restaurant didn’t open at all on our first night. Staff we did see were friendly & helpful but they are very few in numbers and the reception isn’t staffed. Close to the lake is good but the Main Road along the lake runs right along the hotel and is quite noisy at times.

Zimmerschlüssel hängen offen an der Wand, jedermann hätte diese benutzen können. (deshalb hatten wir diese immer mitgenommen (vielleicht war dies auch so geplant). Bar war am Abend nicht geöffnet, bzw. kein Personal dafür anwesend.

Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ging auf die Wünsche ein, z.B. Nachschub an frischen Spiegeleiern. Das Steak-Restaurant mit Angeboten an Dry-Aged Beef war sehr gut aber hochpreisig.

Der Boden wies beim Betreten Schmutz auf, der Sessel im Zimmer war fleckig, Die Betten waren zu weich.

Szuper vot minden.

Das Personal war sehr sehr unhöflich schlechter Service und kaum bis Garkeine Kommunikation. Wir wurden als Gast regelrecht abgespeist und links liegen gelassen. Daher war dann unser Aufenthalt vor dem Schlafen vorbei und wir sind 8 Stunden weiter gefahren zu unserem Urlaubsziel. Würde daher dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen.

Die Seepromenade mit dem direkten einstieg in den See war ausgezeichnet. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen alles sehr zufrieden zu sein und sind sehr freundlich. Die Betten waren bequem, wenn auch für mich etwas weich.

Bein Checkin wurde die Gästekarte nicht weitergegeben und es wurde nicht auf die Vorteile hingewiesen. Wofür das Hotel nichts kann ist die starkbefahrene Strasse zwischen Hotel und See.

This was a charming hotel in a beautiful location! Waking up to the most amazing Mountain views right outside the hotel. We also had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and had excellent service with a wonderful meal. Our morning swim in the lake Lucerne just outside the front was unforgettable, Would highly recommend recommend this hotel . Thank you

Der Fitnessraum war ein Abstellraum, die Möbel abgenutzt oder defekt, Safe defekt, offene Kabel, Badestelle in die Jahre gekommen und das Frühstück zwar vielfältig aber keine guten Produkte! Höchstens nostalgischer Charme!

Superb location across the road from the ferry pier and also sunbathing and swimming. Glorious views from our balcony. Loved it.

Be aware this property is in Gersau, about 50 minutes from the main train station in Lucerne. We caught 2 buses.

The room for a family was big enough and so clean. The view was eye-catching and the food at the restaurant was good.

The breakfast is a little simple and every day is the same.

Die Zimmer sind sehr nett gestaltet, das Bad zwar klein aber gestalterisch sehr schön. Frühstück reichhaltig und auch gut betreut.

Empfang ist praktisch inexisten. Muss über Telefon herbeigerufen werden. Kann kein Deutsch nur Englisch, für ein Innerschweizer Hotel ein Unding

Neither the property nor Booking.com responded to my question. I messaged multiple times before check-in, but received no reply.

The rooms were large and clean. Shower was hot with good pressure and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The pillows were not even remotely comfortable. There was a fair bit of noise from the outdoor dining directly beneath my balcony but only until about 10:30 - 11:00 pm. The safe did not work, even after being issued with a key.

Die Lage direkt am See und bei der Seehaltestelle der Schiffe war einzigartig. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. So gab es trotz Barschliessung zu später Stunde noch einen Schlummertrunk. Die Zimmer waren ausgestattet wie angegeben. Das Kinderbett wurde als zusätzliche Matratze im Zimmer hinterlegt. Passendes Frühstückbuffet um in den Tag zu starten.

Ein kleine Vorinfo wie das Kinderbett aussehen würde, wäre von Vorteilen gewesen. Je nach Alter des Kindes ist eine grosse Matratze nicht passend sondern mehr gefährlich. Ansonsten ist der Aufenthalt ohne Fehl und Tadel gewesen.

Schöne Aussicht auf den See, gutes mediterranes Restaurant Oliveo, Tiefgarage. Zimmer ist geräumig , gut ausgestattet und lärmgeschützt.

Leider steht das Hotel an einer gut befahrenen Straße. Dadurch kann man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen, wenn es heiß ist (keine Klimaanlage).

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in herrlicher Lage direkt am See. Schiffsanlegestelle und Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und ein super tolles Frühstück, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist etwas laut. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber lärmempfindliche Personen sollten das bedenken.

מלון חמוד. חדר גדול, נקי. מרפסת מהממת עם נוף לאגם. שרות נעים. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ף. תחנת אוטובוס דקה מהמלון . הגעה לתחנת הרכבת נוחה ביותר. יש גם עגן ספינות ממול המלון עם הגעה ללוצרן במעבורת.

אין מזגן. כאשר חם מאוד קשה לשרוד.המלון מספק מאוורר אבל כשיש גם חום זה לא פשוט. הטלוויזיה לא עבדה . לא היה מקרר. בנוסף, הירידה הפרטית לאגם של המלון אינה נוחה. היא מעבר לכביש ושייכת בעצם למסעדה ממול. לא הכי ידידותי להגיע עם בגד ים למסעדה שאנשים באים לאכול ארוחות ערב. צריך לחפש חופים ציבורים אחרים לשחיה באגם.

조식이 좋았고 주인장 친절
