We were greeted by Janu and he showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. He was excellent! The location is amazing! It is so close to everything! Just be aware that since the bar is just outside the apartment, it is quite loud outside on a Saturday night until very late. Otherwise, it’s actually relatively quiet for a city street. We slept with our balcony doors wide open and enjoyed the cool breeze at night. It was such a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!!!

Nos encantó la ubicación, muy céntrico, cerca de servicios, se puede ir caminando a muchos lugares del centro, a la estación de trenes. Luzern es precioso! El apartamento super limpio, lindo, grande, super equipado, es como una casa con todas las comodidades. Eramos 4 personas y teníamos muchiismo espacio. Se puede hacer lavandería en el lugar, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Tenía instrucciones, recomendaciones y reglas claras. La persona que nos recibió fue amable y siempre hubo buena comunicación. Volveríamos definitivamente!

Como recomendación podría poner algún tipo de elemento físico para evitar peligro de caídas en la bañera.

One small bathroom with not much space to store things. The laundry is in the basement which is dark and a little dingy and made it a bit difficult to dry clothes but we managed.

A wonderful charming and clean apartment in a perfect location to explore Lucerne. Michelle was amazing in allowing us to check in early due to car problems. We couldn’t have asked for a better apartment or host.

The apartment was nice; had a lot of space, and one of the host representatives met us at the door, and sat and talked with us about the apartment, sites, restaurants, etc. The location was great and in the center of things.

It would always be nice to have a grab bar in a shower for people to get in and out of when you are stepping up or down, but not a deal breaker. We were there in late September, so the temperature with open windows was good for us, but I have no idea how it would be when it is warmer.

The apartment is close to the train station, chapel bridge, restaurants and shopping, but it is in a quiet area. It is spacious and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there!

Extremely helpful and friendly host with great recommendations. He came to meet us, and it felt more personal than many other apartment rentals. The place was well equipped, came with a few extras like cheese and eggs. Beds are very comfortable.

Michelle's cousin, Gavriel warmly welcomed us, gave us a tour of the house, and even shared a guide to the city of Luzern. We were fascinated to learn about the building’s 130-year-old history — older than our own country! Despite its age, everything worked perfectly. The space was cozy, thoughtfully equipped with both essentials and little extras that made our stay even more comfortable — from baking paper for the oven to coins for the laundry. Gavriel’s kind hospitality made us feel truly at home in Luzern and left us already looking forward to returning someday.

The apartment was as described. Michelle met us there to show us around and give us the keys. The location was great - very walkable to the old town. Both balconies were lovely to sit on and get a feel for the neighborhood.

There were a lot of rules that we had to follow. We had to take out the trash, separate the recycle, open all the windows, start the dishwasher, take a picture of the keys and text it to the host, and more. Also, many of the neighbors were smoking cigarettes or marijuana, so be aware if you're particularly sensitive because it really permeated the whole apartment. The floors were very old and squeaky. Whenever anyone got up in the middle of the night, everyone woke up. The beds were very soft - a bit too soft for our liking.

Very good host. We checked in late, but the host communicated with us patiently and took a lot of videos to help us check in by ourselves. The house was also very comfortable and within walking distance of the main attractions. Thanks again to the host.

Our family had a truly wonderful time staying at this apartment in Luzern, and a big part of that was the exceptional hospitality of the host, Michelle. She is a wonderful host and a very nice person. We experienced some travel delays coming from Austria due to traffic and were going to arrive in Lucerne later than expected. When we informed Michelle of our situation, she was incredibly kind enough to wait for us and even came personally to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. This level of care and understanding was truly appreciated and made us feel instantly welcome. The apartment itself had everything needed for a wonderful and stress-free stay. We felt completely at home and comfortable. Furthermore, the location is fantastic! It's worth mentioning that the apartment is within walkable distance from the iconic Chapel Bridge, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The added bonus of dedicated parking available on site was also a huge plus for us.

Like: super host, cozy room and great balcony view. Excellent location and you can take the bus from train station, only 3 stops. When arriving the host will explain everything in detail. Will definitely come back again.

The wooden floor a bit noisy, bed and pillow too soft. When sleeping the wooden bed will have sound even just turn your body to another side. 😅

Extremely comfortable, central location and very family friendly apartment. Only a few minutes walk from town centre where there are restaurants and train and bus station which was very convenient, also the parking with the accommodation was very handy. We were kindly met and shown around the apartment. Very clear instructions for us to use the TV and washing facilities. Free coffee in the kitchen, and the fridge had some friendly treats and necessities in it for when we arrived, which was very thoughtful as the shops were closed. Would definitely stay again.

The host/s were extremely friendly and helpful. They even assisted us to apply for Luzern Visitor's Pass and one of the hosts, take the time to greet us on arrival and brief us thru the apartment and also gives us useful information and tips on visiting Luzern etc. The apartment is also conveniently located in the city and very near the train station, just a few bus-stops away. We had a wonderful time staying at this place and will definitely look for this same place if we do come back to this beautiful city.

The location was great, walking distance to the center. Bus stops were nearby as well. Apartment was clean and spacious. Kitchen facilities were fully equipped. Staff was kind. It is value for the money. We stayed just one night, but would stay longer if time allowed.

Floor was squeaking. Heating wasn't in one of bedrooms, though it wasn't cold.

The location was perfect. It was close to everything. Hosts were friendly and helpful - explained everything about the apartment while showing us around it. They had a small book as well to help which contains tips as well about the city. The apartment was amazing, well designed, clean and complete. Even the baby's cot was prepared for us. We didnt have to assemble it ourselves - as compared to other places we stayed in. Parking was not far which makes it convenient. Place is baby friendly as well. If we go back in luzern we will for sure book again here.

The communication with the host was wonderful! They met us before check in so that we could drop off our luggage as we were coming by the train. They gave us great instructions on how to take the bus to get to the apartment. We were able to check in before 3 which was nice also. The apartment was very clean, nice and the location was great.

The hosts are superb. Very fast to respond and give clear and detailed information. Very personal and friendly. The place is spacious for 4 of us with 2 rooms. The decorations are homely, and beds are firm and good. The kitchen is very well furnished to accommodate all sorts of cooking. While the washing machine and dryer are shared resources in the basement, the hosts provide detergent and coins to use them. The location of the apartment is great too as it is near to supermarkets, restaurants and railway station.

There is only one toilet In one apartment which cannot be helped since this is a conserved apartment. We do wish for more clothes storage or hanging place in the rooms.

Jana and Famz were gracious hosts that made us feel very welcome. They had a book prepared with many instructions, restaurant ideas, activities to do and much more. They were the first people we really spoke to in Switzerland and as such, made an amazing impression. We were very happy and pleased with our stay.

The host are very friendly and greet us warmly. They gave us early check in and explained all the basic rules and amenities of the apartment. The location just perfect near to groceries shops and also the train station just 6-8 minutes walk. Very satisfied and pleasant to stay.
