La ubicación es buena , está cerca cafés , restoranes , se puede recorrer la zona con facilidad. El edificio es muy tranquilo .

La cocina es muy pequeña, el baño perdía agua en el lavamanos . El WiFi no funcionó . El piso tiene desniveles en pasillo y habitación principal que son para tener cuidado , nos tropezamos varias veces.

Eramos 4 adultos con un solo baño ,el cual tenia un olor nauseabundo .Se aviso de la situación y no fueron a solucionarlo en la estadía

We had a lovely stay in this apartment which is in a great location within easy walking distance of the station and everything you could need in Lucerne. It is very comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of four. The host is very helpful and responsive if you have any queries. We would definitely return.

We visited Lucerne in a heat wave and there is no air con but there are plenty of fans and the outside shutters help to keep the heat out during the day. It has been exceptionally hot weather across Europe so I think most of the year there would be no issue with the lack of air con.

Such a wonderful stay nice location and facilities provided during our stay

Our stay was excellent and in summary the flat had everything to make the stay co.fortable. The location of the flat was very good - if you walk moderate or slowly, it takes 15 minutes by foot to the rail station, 10 minutes to the chapel bridge and 2 minutes to the bus stops on both directions. There are some grocery stores downstairs with limited supply. However, other grocery stores are located on the way from / to the station. The rooms were quite big and it can sleep 6 people in total comfortably - there were enough bedding for everyone. The bathroom was big too, so guests do not have to compromise on space ! The view from the balcony was excellent as well. The kitchen was also good and everything was functional.

The pans of the kitchen could have been mid sized. The lift was very small. While booking via booking.com, the deposit can be avoided.

Location is excellent. Comfy pillows and sleeping accommodations. Terrace is a nice feature with views of the Musseggmaur wall and towers and of sunrise above Mt Rigi.

Real curtains are needed. Property only has sheer curtains in most of the apartment and the sun comes blazing in in the morning. General decor and whatnot is minimal and a bit cheap, IKEA everywhere. Key situation is also odd. Only one key is provided but the apartment cannot be locked—or unlocked—even from the inside—without the key. This made for less than ideal situations with a group. If anyone leaves the apartment they have to leave the key with the group staying in and call later to he let in front six floors down. Otherwise the apartment can’t be locked without locking people inside—a huge fire hazard. Not a dealbreaker just an inconvenience if people aren’t all entering/leaving together. This kind of door lock really needs to provide a second key.

Tuve que pagar un deposito de seguridad por fuera de booking y al momento de esta reseña aun no vi la devolución del mismo. Espero llegue pronto.

Took over one week to receive the deposit and invoice

This was the perfect apartment for our stay in Luzern. It was easy walking to the city sights. It was so well appointed and had everything we needed. The views are great from the balcony. There are supermarkets dotted all around for all our needs.

O apartamento tem com certeza uma das vistas mais lindas da cidade! Os horizontes são incríveis. O apartamento é ótimo e super confortável. Seria melhor se o aquecedor funcionasse mais horas, mas ainda assim não tivemos problemas nenhum, foi tudo muito ótimo e a cidade é linda.

Ich habe diese Wohnung während der Fasnachts-Woche gebraucht. Die Lage ist für mich sehr gut, weil unsere Musikgruppe ihre Basis in unmittelbarer Nähe eingerichtet hat.

Die Wohnung fühlte sich kühl an; die Heizung ist nicht sehr effektiv. Im Beschrieb der Wohnung sollte erwähnt werden, welche Art von Kaffeekapseln benutzt werden, damit man die richtigen einkaufen kann.

Great central location; the neighborhood seemed quiet, is mostly residential and businesses, and only a 5-min bus ride or 10-15 min walk from the train station; A quick one block walk got us to the grocery store and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk; The apartment is fantastic - very good communication with the host, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, super quiet, and we were grateful we could use the upstairs laundry area! We used the kitchen which provided everything we needed to prepare a few meals; In addition, the host was very thoughtful leaving cleaning tabs out on the counter for us, and there was a roll of paper towels, and a sponge and dish soap for our use - thank you! Busses ran regularly and were on time; we were fortunate to experience Fasnacht with some festivities only a block from the apartment - FUN! We needed to take a train to the Transportation Museum and the bus we boarded for the train station went as far as it could before it had to stop due to the parade; we were a little intimidated walking the rest of the way through the parade spectators - so many people! Everyone was dressed up and happy and celebrating, and the crowd was overwhelming, but we never once felt unsafe! What a wonderful, joyous experience! We took a self guided tour up Mt. Rigi, taking the boat ferry on beautiful Lake Lucerne to Vitznau where we caught the cog train to the top; halfway back down we caught the cable car down to Weggis, where we had a fantastic lunch, then went back up - highly recommend all of it! One night, it was an easy walk to Fondue House Du Pont where we enjoyed a dinner of delicious cheese fondue with great food and service, and also highly recommended. We would absolutely stay at this apartment again if we're ever fortunate enough to return to Lucerne.

One bit of feedback, which isn't negative and doesn't affect our review at all, would be to provide some salt and pepper, either small shakers or packets - would be nice to have when cooking :) There isn't anything at all we did not like about the apartment. Our experience was wonderful and everything was easy and comfortable from start to finish.

Could of been a little cleaner.

The location was fantastic and the view over rooftops and to Swiss mountains was lovely. Only a short stroll to the river, restaurants, bakeries and gorgeous Christmas markets. The apartment was very comfortable and warm. Communication excellent.

While we know this is a body corporate issue, not the apartment owners, we found the building entrance and public foyer space on the ground floor did not give a good first impression as it wasn’t particularly clean.

The floors had us stubbing our toes a lot. The neighbor had a very loud party. The kitchen was tiny. The decorations were flimsy and cheap looking, letting us know that this was never intended to be a comfortable space.

Great location, spacious enough for 4 adults . Beds were comfortable . Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided.

Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working when we arrived and for the next 2 days and the apartment was on the 6th floor ! However, we got a good response from the host and he made a gesture

The location is close to the main train station (there are several buses, just 3 stops and a flat path). If not carrying luggages, it is possible to walk over as well. Within the vicinity, there are 3 supermarkets. There is even an Asian market just downstairs. The building is pretty secured, you need the key to enter the main building first. The lift is extremely small where it can only fit 1 person and 1 luggage (without luggage, will be squeezy for 2-3 people). The apartment itself is well-lit with natural lighting, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom amenities were sufficiently provided (shampoo, body wash). Just take note to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The water heater works well and the spray strength is good. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficient for 1-2 people to be in the kitchen. Pots/pans and cutlery were sufficiently provided. The TV in the living room is able to connect to YouTube and Netflix. The sofa is really comfortable. Attractions such as Luzern museum, needle dam, chapel bridge are all within walking distance. To get to the lion monument, we took a bus to the main station first before changing to another bus. The location is really good! Lastly, would like to compliment Lukas for his timely responses to my enquiries (even after normal working hours). It really made me feel more reassured when I know he is always ready to explain and help!

The heater in the apartment is centrally adjusted by the building. It wasn't switched on or really weak while we were here. It gets really cold at night.

It was a very comfortable place, in a good location and the host was very responsive.

The was no light on the upper part of the stairway to the laundry room. It was quite dark going down the winding steps, with no railing. At the bottom of the steps a light came on automatically. Perhaps I missed a switch at the top or the upper light was broken

Close to centre. Supermarket nearby. Easy access with good instructions. Very comfortable beds.

Two nights had noise from nearby bar until 12 midnight.

Not well maintained and was not well cleaned. As soon as you walk in we could smell the over powering smell that was not at all appealing. As a family we spent so much money and it was not up to par. We were charged for cleaning? But we felt that property needs much more care. Disappointed to say the least!

Location was good and the property was spacious for family(4 adults). Public transport was easily accessible as the bus stop(bus no 12,2,9) which would take to main station was within 70m 5 mins walk. Also main station could be reached via walking in 25mins.Checkin instructions were clear and easily accessible without a need for any person to handover the keys.

Not enough kitchenware all the cookware were big and couldn’t be used for cooking purpose. Basic grocery items like salt, sugar, oil were missing which was mentioned will be provided. Lift of the building is too small(only 2 persons can squeeze in at a time). Blackout curtains were missing from one bed room.

The balcony needs to be better cleaned and the heating system didn't work well.

The furniture had lots of stains on them and one bedroom smelled of urine. The verandah had a spider infestation on it.

Great location, host gave great instructions on how to find the apartment and how to get in to make check in very easy. Was easy walk to the city centre and old town. After staying in hotels was great to have an apartment with a kitchen and separate bedroom for the kids and access to a washing machine.

Nothing it met all my expectations

1. The size of the apartment and the view out side is stunning. 2. Location. Short walk to the train station and the attractions in Luzern. 3. Amenities and supermarkets. 4. Host is fantastic and responsive to any queries.

It is located at prime location with lift facility which was good as we got big suitcases with us. The rooms and kitchen were kept clean with all necessary things. Collecting the property keys was not a hassle and the host had send us detailed note. The host was kind and always in touch with us.

We were family of 7 and sharing single bathroom with toilet attached was challenging. Also there was only 1 full mirror in one of the bedroom, the other didn't had any. Otherwise everything else was very good.

Beautiful city, mediocre apartment. Pretty near to good transportation options. And pretty near to some beautiful parts of a beautiful city. Easy check in and check out.

It was very hot inside, and outside is a *very* noisy street, so opening windows at night was unpleasant and hard to sleep with. Inside the apartment was OK but felt a bit worn - it doesn't look nearly as nice in person as it does in the pictures. Beds were not terribly comfortable. The host requires that you fill out a lot of detailed personal information into a third party service for *all* visitors (birth dates, passport numbers, occupation, more), and that third party service also places holds on your credit card that feel weird and somewhat sketchy. We stayed in 9 different locations in Switzerland and none of the other places required anything like that.

The location was great. We were close to the old part of town, as well as within walking distance of the train station and the boat wharves. The apartments were renovated, clean and well appointed.

The laundry facilities were not really available, as they are shared with the rest of the building and in use the whole day we wanted to use them.

Not very clean and well maintained. Some pans were unusable, the mattress in one room had broken springs and there were ants in kitchen and couch on arrival.

Clean Comfortable location all were good. every amenities available in apartment. side you can get everything in super store. Netflix free to watch. over all best apartment i found in Luzern city. Highly recommended.

they give only 1 key thats not workable if you travel in group . atlest need 2 keys. without key u cant enter in apartment lobby.

BECAREFUL !!!! the host asked me to fill guests form. And Pay city tax and damage guarantee using credit card. **** I found out the credit card was charged 300CHF for damage deposit FOR 4 TIMES!!! ( on submit date Mar6, Mar13 , Mar20 and Mar27) which I found out later when I am back to my country !!!! I asked host on whatsapp and then they just said it was system error and released only one charge. WHAT IF MY BANK DID NOT NOTIFY ME!!!!! I have to call my bank to report and cancel my credit card which cause me unnecessary difficulties!!!!! Be careful!!!! I have stayed other places in Switzerland with no these kind of problem !!!!! The problem is with the host *** not with booking.com team.

Apartment closed to old town. Coop also just a few minutes behind the building. Halal food ( chicken & meat ) also a few minutes from apartment. 10 minutes to train station.

Not provide any code for free WIFI at Luzern town not as per other hotel i rent before. City tax already paid.

Little space of lift

-Great location, close to all amenities, and well connected, very easy to reach Old Town and many other shopping areas including supermarkets -good sized shower/toilet (no bath tub)

- Really noisy, it's just on the main road, hence we used ear plugs when we go to bed at night, without them we struggled to get into sleep. The sound proof could've been better. - The kitchen could've been better with more pots and it definitely needs oven dishes or trays, as there's NONE in the apartment, we had to wrap the oven rack with kitchen foil to make toasts! - The wi-fi information provided in the apartment was not correct, so we had poor reception in the beginning, then we found that that info was not the same one that we received separately from the owner. The new wi-fi info worked fine.
