Appartement spacieux, lumineux à proximité immédiate des plages. Décoré avec gout et offrant tout ce qu'on peut imaginé en matière de produit d'hygiène (on peut oublier sa trousse de toilette sans problème !) plein de petites attentions en arrivant. Super !!!

Gezellig comfortabel appartement, goede locatie, vlotte communicatie. Leuk kinderkamertje ook, goedgekeurd door het zoontje. We kwamen niets tekort :).

Super emplacement, juste en face de la digue. Place de parking gratuite c’est un vrai plus.

Wir trafen den Besitzer um 16 Uhr Ecke Christinastraat 18C. Der gratis Parkplatz nennt sich Europacentrum (auf das Schild Citi Bee achten !). Vor der Ankunft wurden wir um das Autokennzeichen gebeten, dieses wurde quasi gespeichert, so dass wir ohne weiteres ins Parkhaus hineinfahren konnten. Dies ermöglicht - falls gewünscht - wiederholtes Rein und Raus, das ist schon eine tolle Sache. Der Besitzer hat sogar nochmal gecheckt, ob wir richtig geparkt haben. Dann gingen wir ins Appartement - woaow. 10ter Stock, mit allem Drum und Dran, das hatten wir nicht erwartet. Schöne, saubere Zimmer, mit allem was man braucht. Das Gebäude hat insgesamt 33 Stockwerke, ist schon sehr beeindruckend. Super ausgestattete Küche (keine Spülmaschine). Es gibt keinen Backofen, das war schade, denn wir wollten Brötchen zum Aufbacken essen, das hat mit der Mikrowelle/Grill-Kombi nicht so gut geklappt. Schöne Schlafzimmer, super Wohnzimmer. Am Tag der Abreise braucht man den Schlüssel nur in einen dafür vorgesehenen Briefkasten (mit Code) einzuwerfen. Und die Lage ! Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, es gibt massenweise Restaurants in der Umgebung (und einen SPAR Supermarkt). Wer nachts mit offenem Fenster schläft, muss sich den Lärm gefallen lassen, den die Möwen verursachen, die sind ständig am Kreischen und Schnattern. Auch den Lärm von der Strasse (ging leider oft bis spät in die Nacht) muss man akzeptieren. Aber es hat uns nicht gross gestört.

Es gibt nicht wirklich etwas zu bemängeln. Wir haben den Besitzer darüber informiert, dass eine Leuchte im Badezimmer aus der Fassung raushängt, was nicht besonders gut ist, und ein Dichtungsgummi am Fenster des Kinderschlafzimmers hing lose am Fensterrahmen. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Tout le nécessaire est mis à disposition en suffisance aussi bien dans la salle de bain (gel douche, shampooing, dentifrice, lingettes hygiéniques, etc.) que dans la cuisine avec des épices, de l’huile, du sel, du sucre, du café, du lait. Ce sont des attentions très appréciables qui rendent le séjour particulièrement confortable. Le parking couvert inclus dans la réservation est également un vrai plus. Le propriétaire est accessible, serviable et très sympathique. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésitation.

Zeer gezellig appartement en werkelijk alles is aanwezig (producten in de badkamer en in de keuken, handdoeken en lakens, spelletjes, boeken, 2 TV's, enz.) De locatie is uitstekend en de eigenaars beantwoorden snel elke vraag. Een groot pluspunt is ook de gratis parking in het gebouw zelf. We komen zeker nog eens terug.

Appartement très bien situé , très propre , très accueillant. Les hôtes ont mis tout leur cœur dans l’aménagement et la décoration . On reviendra !

Super Lage, direkt Nähe Strand und Stadt. Schönes Appartement , 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Etagenbett. Sonnige Terasse auf 10. Etage. Kleine Küche, größeres Wohnzimmer und kleines Bad , aber mit viel Zubehör zur Verfügung. Tiefgarage inklusive. Gerne wieder.

Het appartement was heel smaakvol en gezellig ingericht. Bovendien was het erg netjes en was alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben aanwezig. Het was praktisch dat er parking inbegrepen was bij het verblijf. De locatie was ook super: heel dicht bij de winkels en het strand. De gastheren waren erg vriendelijk en antwoordden snel op berichtjes. Het was leuk dat er een welkomstcadeautje klaar stond.

Wat een toppertje dit apartement, met vele extra 's zoals gezelschapspelletjes. Badprodukten en nog veel meer. Heel sympathieke eigenaars met vlotte communicatie. We komen zeker terug.

La disponibilité et la gentillesse de nos hôtes, très réactifs en cas de besoin. Les petits cadeaux de bienvenue. La bonne odeur des serviettes. La situation parfaite pour faire des courses et pour profiter d’Ostende.

Alles was meer dan perfect, een écht prachtig appartement met alles erop en er aan, lekker warm, knus, geweldige ligging, effenaf TOP! Wij komen hier zeker, heel zeker terug. Dank jullie allebei (en de man die ons de sleutel kwam overhandigen, zeer sympathiek)!!!!!!!

Wir wurden mit Pralinen und Wein herzlich empfangen. Die Lage war perfekt, man ist direkt am Meer und in der Stadt, Supermarkt, Imbisse und Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür. Die Aussicht über die Stadt war grandios und Meerblick gab es auch. Die Einrichtung war sehr modern und gemütlich, es war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die vielen Gesellschaftsspiele und der Plattenspieler.

Heel leuk en gezellig appartement op een perfecte locatie. De vaste parkeerplaats is een echte meerwaarde. Bij het binnenkomen zorgt het prachtige uitzicht voor een echt wauw-gevoel, waardoor we hier graag opnieuw willen verblijven.

Voelde direct als “thuis “. Zo welkom, zo schoon en gezellig ingericht. Lokatie was TOP! Parkeren gratis en veilig en direct door in de lift👍

Overbodige vraag voor dit appartement!

Zeer vlotte communicatie met de hosts die per sms beschikbaar waren. De locatie was perfect alsook de gehele accommodatie. Er waren lakens beschikbaar en de hosts voorzien ook een uitgebreide kast met alle mogelijke toiletartikelen. Er stonde een flesje wijn en chocolaatjes bij aankomst klaar. Het appartement is zeer mooi ingericht en uitermate proper. De bedden zijn perfect en in de keuken was alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. We komen zeker terug.

Ons viel helemaal niets tegen. Het enige wat ik me kan bedenken is dat het misschien aan de prijzige kant is maar je zit dan ook in het centrum van Oostende met parking, je moet niet sleuren met lakens of dergelijke dus het is het wel waard.

Die Lage, nah am Meer und direkt in der Fussgängerzone, gegebüber dem Ensorhuis, viele Restaurants und Cafes, sowie Geschäft und der Sparkmarkt direkt nebenan. Parken im Parkhaus auf der 5. Etage und mit dem Aufzug hoch in den 10. Stock. Sehr gepflegtes Gebäude (höchstes in Ostende) Super liebevoll dekoriert und mit vielen hilfreichen Infos, Broschüren, Karten usw und soviele liebevolle Details, sehr gute Küchenausstattung , auch Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee, Tee…und der Badschrank, reichhaltig gefüllt (siehe Foto) unglaublich nett und gastfreundlich. Ganz tolles Riesensofa und mega tolles Boxspringbett, ein Traum…Eine sehr nette Führung erhielten wir durch den Onkel von Renzo, durch die Wohnung und die Eingangshalle. Die Aussicht vom Balkon über die Stadt ist toll…Zugang mit einem Chip in alle Eingänge und das Parkhaus, sehr praktisch. Uns hat es super gefallen. Vielen Dank für leckeren Wein und belgische Schokolade.

Es war alles sehr schön.

Zentrale Lage nahe zum Strand und in die City. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Von Ostende konnten wir gut Brügge, Gent und andere Orte an der Küste wie De Haan erreichen.

Case Mare exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment is in a great central location, easy to find, great views of the city and a peek of the sea. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had lots of extras including the bathroom cabinet full of useful products, and the bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us🥰. And don’t forget the parking space.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like or felt was missing. Its a great place and will definitely recommend it and use it ourselves in the future.

Everything you need is on location and you even get a welcome gift at arrival. The appartement looks fresh, is well equiped and ideal for a weekend with friends or a family stay. We were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Cherry on the cake, the appartment is in the iconic Europatoren, providing a nice view and perfectly located between town and seaside.

We were impressed by the equipment of the apartment which is exceptional: wide range of bathroom cosmetics, game boards, kitchen utensils, the sofa in the living room is brand new and super comfortable, etc. The heating system reacts very quickly. Kind and hospitable host.

The AD pictures do not do any justice to this apartment. It feels just like being home, everything that is needed is provided, parking is easy, the location is perfect for Oostend. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and next time we visit, we will definitely look at staying again if available. Can’t recommend this property enough! It really is a great find.

The bed and pillows could be more comfy, but thats just me as I don’t enjoy very hard beds and I like my hard pillows.

It was a perfect stay. The location is awesome and perfect (nearby restaurants, supermarkets and… the sea). The apartment is super well-equipped and the easiness to park in the parking of the building is an additional extra. Not to mention the kindness of the hosts. What is more, I do travel quite often and I have never seen so many nice little attentions to the guests ! We had a perfect stay and we do recommend 100%.

Despite we were late due to several traffic jams, very heartily welcome with all important information - an excellent start for a great stay :) The appartment is at the 10th floor with a nice terrace - you can see a bit of the sea and have a marvellous view over the city - I loved it day and night :) The appartment is located directly in the old city center but at the same time just a few meters from the sea, so walking distance. The parking is in the house and perfect due to the lack of parking possibilities onsite. We appreciated a lot that we could park there over lunch time on the day of departure. The appartment is very well equipped, you will find everything as at home :) The bed, couch and chairs are very comfortable, TV/Netflix available and most important lots of board games :D Marteen and Renzo are always available to answer any question - thank you guys for the great stay :) We would love to come back!
