But it was amazing I dont know what else to say it was just amazing

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Wir sind von Francesca super freundlich empfangen worden Das Zimmer mit traumhaftem Ausblick war ausreichend groß für den Kurzaufenthalt zu zweit Wir konnten den Balkon dank des tollen Wetters ausführlich genießen und konnten stundenlang am Strand spazieren gehen. Der Aufenthalt war zu kurz und deshalb wollen wir wiederkommen.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Sohn hat uns empfangen und eingewiesen. Das Haus hat einen tollen Meerblick aus der zweiten Reihe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Goed gelegen appartement, auto kon in de ondergrondse parking. Je kon gewoon met de tram, net voor de deur de hele kustlijn verkennen. Het uitzicht was fantastisch, heerlijk ontspannend om vanuit je zetel voor tv weg te dromen met zeezicht 😊 lift was er gelukkig ook aanwezig, want het appartement is op de 7de verdieping. Flesje wijn en water bij aankomst was een leuk extraatje.
Er waren eigenlijk geen tegenvallers, alles top!

Reviewed Dec 13, 2025De verhuurder is een heel sympathieke man die snel reageert en flexibel is. De studio zelf is ook top, gelegen op de zevende verdieping van Royal Ascot, vlak naast Kinepolis. Bij aankomst stonden twee flessen water en een fles rosé in de koelkast. Ook de verwarming stond aan. Goede WiFi, comfortabele badkamer en keuken, uitstekend bed. Er is zeezicht!

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Wir besuchten den Sea Shelter im Oktober für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Ganz bewusst in dieser Lage. Hochhaus, 7. Stock, Blick aufs Meer, hindurch zwischen einer Lücke der Häuser davor. Strassenbahn in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. 2 Stationen bis zur Fußgängerzone. Das Haus wurde 1977 gebaut, aber es wurde auch modernisiert. Moderner Lift, in der Wohnung Fußbodenheizung, neuer Fliesenboden, moderne Küche, Induktonsherd, kombinertes Mikrowellen/Backofengerät, Geschirspüler. Für uns als Paar war die Wohnung komfortabel. Für eine Familie, 2 Personen auf dem Klappsofa, finden wir das allerdings sportlich.. Die Bilder entsprechen den Tatsachen. Hervorzuheben ist die sorgfältige Einweisung durch den Vermieter.

Location is great,easy to find, near beach,tram stop,supermarket & restaurants. Centre 25 min walk away,which was a great way to walk off dinner! Communication from hosts was very good. Reviewed Nov 30, 2024The location is excellent. The city center can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes with a nice walk along the coast. If you want it faster, take the tram whose stop is approx. 50 m from the property. All shopping opportunities are within a radius of approx. 1km and can also be easily reached on foot. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and nothing is missing. There is an elevator that can take you up quickly or, if necessary, to the underground parking space that can be booked. There are also plenty of parking spaces outside in the immediate vicinity, although I clearly prefer the parking space in the underground car park. The owners try very hard to make your stay as good as possible and are in contact at any time if you wish. We will definitely come back and are already planning our next stay.
There's not really anything to complain about. There's construction going on in the immediate neighborhood, but even that's hardly noticeable. Once again, we can only praise everything about the property and what is associated with it and would give it 5 out of 5 stars if it were given a star rating.
