Studio Sea View - Royal Ascot

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Meerblick war wunderschön und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert und freundlich. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass für unsere kleine Hündin bereits ein Napf bereitstand. Die Regendusche war ein Highlight und auch der vorhandene Staubsauger war praktisch. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür, sodass man bequem die Umgebung erkunden kann.

Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden!

Appartement fidèle à la description, il est très bien décoré et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Il est bien placé, près du tramway et surtout en face de la plage.

C'est un peu bruyant, la rue est très passante et forcément le revers de la médaille dû au tramway. Un ventilateur serait un plus car dormir la fenêtre ouverte est compliquée à cause du bruit de la route.

Le propriétaire du Studio était très serviable , sympathique et joignable à tout moment. Il nous a donné plein de bonnes adresses. Le Studio a une belle vue avec terrasse vers la mer. L’arrêt du tram est à 50 m, il va de Knokke à la panne super pratique 18 € pour trois jours.

Manque juste peut-être un lave-vaisselle si c’est pour deux semaines, mais nous c’était trois jours c’était très bien

The apartment is clean and comfortable, the street is a bit noisy.

I didn't like the terrace at all, compared to the apartment, the terrace could be a little more luxurious. The view is really nice, but it's uncomfortable to sit outside. A little renovation would be good.

Je voelt je meteen welkom bij het binnenkomen in de mooi, smaakvol, gezellig ingerichte studio. Er stond water klaar op een mooi gedekt tafeltje.

De badkamer is redelijk klein.

Le studio était très beau, équipement parfait, très bel accueil à l’arrivée par des petits gestes (chocolats, eau, table mise,…) et toutes les petites affaires de base pour ceux qui ont oublié quelque chose ! De plus, propriétaire sympathique et réactif.

L'emplacement correspond à la description de l'annonce, il est bien situé. La vue en partie sur mer est agréable au 7ème étage. Le décor du flat est simple, il est fonctionnel et moderne. L'immeuble en général est bien entretenu. Je recommande cette location.

Nous avons eu la malchance de passer le séjour en pleins travaux très bruyants juste en face du bâtiment. Impossible d'aller sur la terrasse, ni même d'ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit incessant des disqueuses et autres engins de chantier dès 06h30 du matin, mais le propriétaire du flat n'y est pour rien ! L'évier de la cuisine était complètement bouché mais j'ai démonté le syphon pour le nettoyer et y remédier. C'est en ordre maintenant. :-)

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. le studio était très propre,bien équipé, niveau confort je vous recommande sans hésitation .

C'est toujours un plaisir d'y aller on se sent chez soi .Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour. Le propriétaire à l'écoute . La situation, le confort, la propreté.

De locatie was goed, het uitzicht van uit het appartement was erg mooi, alles was erg netjes en verzorgd en goed contact met de host!

Lokalizacja perfekcyjna. Gospodarz bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Cudowny widok.. wysoki standard. Szczerze polecam. The location is perfect. The host is very polite and helpful. Wonderful view.. high standard. I highly recommend it.

Tous les commentaires positifs écrits sur le site Booking à propos de Michael ainsi que ceux concernant le logement sont parfaitement justifiés. Il n'y a donc rien à ajouter. Je ne peux que recommander le Studio Sea View - Royal Ascot et j'espère avoir l'occasion d'y revenir.

Ce que j'ai moins aimé, et qui n'a rien à voir avec Michael ou son logement, est le parking. Si celui-ci est un réel plus, entre autre parce qu'on peut passer (via l'ascenseur), sans sortir de l'immeuble, du sous sol à l'appartement qui est au 7° étage, il a cependant un défaut: l'étroitesse des emplacements. Si vous êtes un peu corpulent, vous avez intérêt à avoir un toit ouvrant pour sortir de votre voiture si vous devez incruster celle-ci entre deux véhicules déjà parqués ... Un régime avant votre séjour à Ostende est une autre option ... Heureusement votre voiture n'aura pas toujours deux voisines ... et un pilote correct passe quasi partout.

Mooi uitzicht en de legging is niet te ver van het centrum. Tramhalte dichtbij. Gebruik van privé parkeerplaats (wel tegen extra betaling) gezellig ingerichte studio. Eigenaars zeer vriendelijk.

Slecht bed, zeer harde matras. We hebben twee nachten niet zo goed geslapen.

De ligging en de bereikbaarheid waren prima. De indeling en inrichting van het appartement zelf ook.

Studio Sea View is een mooi, smaakvol ingericht appartement. Er is duidelijk aandacht aan besteed en gedacht aan de details. Het appartement was heel schoon en de gedekte tafel zorgde voor een warm welkom! Het allermooiste van het appartement: het uitzicht op zee! Het contact met de host verliep heel soepel: onze vragen werden snel en duidelijk beantwoord. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Het bed was voor ons iets aan de harde kant, maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur.

If you are looking for a place close to the beach with a balcony and a nice sea view you found it . The apartment is located on the 7th floor. It’s a beautiful nicely set up studio with a small kitchen which has everything you need to fix a breakfast and more. The bathroom is small but very modern and comfortable. Please bring beach towels if you want to go to the beach. The decoration is beachy and very tasteful. A big TV even with Netflix . Enjoy a wine or your coffee on the balcony with a nice ocean view. Last but not least, Michael is a very nice host who responds very quickly . Parking in the garage is possible, little tight but manageable. Big plus you can get from the basement to your apartment level. We will come back!

Prachtig uitzicht, de kamers waren schoon, de keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien, we voelden ons er helemaal thuis. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer, we hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad.

Lovely comfortable spotless studio. View across to the beach. Great location right by the seafront, close to the centre and right by the tram stop. Loved Ostend - bright and breezy with an amazing beach plus plenty of art and culture.

Pillows were not the best (but thats a personal preference)

It is a very comfortable studio, beautifully decorated and attention has been paid to providing basic necessities such as coffee, tea and even shampoo. There is a shop nearby and the view is great.

I expected it to be at the beach front, unfortunately that was not the case.

Well situated across the road from the seafront, with sea views from the balcony. The tram stops just outside so is very convenient for doing the famous coast tram journey. The studio is spacious, modern and relaxing. And there is underground parking if required.
