The host is very accommodating. All in all 10/10 perfect stay and would like to stay again if we go back to Bacolod

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Joseph and Dulce's Amaia Steps condominium! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the many amenities available, which made our stay even more relaxing and convenient. A special mention to the security guards at the gate—they were always courteous, welcoming, and professional. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025This is a lovely apartment. Comfortable and clean. The facilities and WiFi are good, the location is excellent and the owner, Joseph a great guy who took us out for coffee and cake during our stay. I have stayed in a few places in Bacolod City, but this has been the best.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Owner is communicative. The place is enough for 2 pax. And if you're traveling 3 pax, you have to expect to use the other bed that is not that clean and no covers. Overall, I still love this place, very near to sm and transportation is very easy. The owner itself is very communicative and friendly. Would definitely go back and looking forward for improvement.
Needs improvement for more 'clean' beddings, towels etc. They are clean but there are signs of usage. The sofa is not cleaned well, there are stains and dust marks, stubborn dust. I suggest if this stays has washing machine, this would be very helpful.

Reviewed Feb 2, 2024Great location. Right next to Ayala Mall so restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets are so easy to find. If you love fresh seafood, I also recommend trying Gina's Seafood Restaurant which is a short walk from Amaia. The condo unit is clean. The host is very kind and checked on us every now and then. We had a wonderful time. We will stay here again next time we visit Bacolod.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2023The location was great. Accessible to restaurants & shopping center. We like the cleanliness of the unit especially the fresh linens.
In booking.com site, It was stated that this unit has free parking and no reservation needed. But when we got there the parking spot of this unit has already been rented out to someone. So we had to undergo the hassle of finding parking outside of the property everyday. And was disappointed on how the host dealt with our concern.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2023Location: Easy access to the mall (restaurants/grocery store across the street). Owner is very accommodating and responds right away for questions. I asked the owner for clean towels (after 3 days of our stay and he brought us clean towels).
nothing except they should have a hide a bed sofa and change of towels every few days. No washing machine in the facility.
