Reviewed Jun 14, 2025I got it for only Php1,395 so it's a good deal na rin po. Malinis, almost complete toiletries (toothpaste, soap, tissue) 3 guests kami, 3 towels din (sa iba kasi kulang2), 3 bottled water ang meron. Bulky lang ang table but it's fine atlst makakain parin kami ng sabay2. May Iron din plus point sakin.
What's disappointing is that I can't communicate with the owner/contract agad². The only way you can message them ay using this app, na unfortunately matagal sila makapag reply. I got an issue sa Tv. So I did some research to fix it on my own and I did (setting).

The lobby is dirty and run down, the halls smell, the bed was a 4” pad, the furniture was worn out, and overall the building can be summed up with one word….grime. I hate leaving a bad feedback, but you deserve an honest review. Ultimately, we get what we pay for.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2024The place itself is good for 2 people. It is NOT a two bedroom. It has a single foam/couch bed for a 3rd person. (No extra linens for that). We booked for 3 people...It is one room but very clean. Excellent shower with hot water! Can hear traffic outside but bearable. Jollibee and McDonalds was 3 min. walk if needed. AC, Netflix were excellent! Wifi was glitchy like most places here. Stayed for 1 night so, wasn't to bad. Great for the value.
*Not a 2 bedroom *No extra linen sheet for the foam/couch bed

The kitchenette proved to be functional, catering to basic needs. However, it's important to note that it falls short if you have expectations of a fully-equipped kitchen. Electrical units have had better days. Keep in mind that smoking is not allowed on the balcony, which could be a drawback.

Reviewed Oct 22, 2023The property is located near almost all major amenities, malls, food places, government entities, transportation among others. It is situated in the heart of the City. One thing I most like about is that it never rejected me. Despite the fact that Bacolod is celebrating Masskara Festival, and there are plenty of tourists to cater to, I was booked and approved outright! Thank you Ms. Ruby for the “Little Place”. I had a pleasurable stay. I had my “alone” time. Si I get to spend it well. Although I have not explored Bacolod I sure to be back!

The hotel ("housekeeping or maintenance" I assumed) staffs are staying frequently in the hall way (exit area) of the floor where we are also located and you can always hear their conversation and even the things they do use for their work chores, like the sound of metal ladder, banging of some other materials/items and other stuffs.

Reviewed Sep 25, 2022downtown, near everything not noisy as the apartment does not face Lacson Str Room small but functional and thoughtfully furnished I liked the small balcony, always fresh air and beautiful view Contrary to the description, free WiFi was available in the room!
It should be mentioned that the apartment is in Cityscape Residences (more easy to find) The time of my stay no induction cooker or microwave
