Reviewed Sep 11, 2026We liked our stay more than we even expected. The apartment was excellent: the wallpapers were beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, the bedding very pleasant in touch. The suite is close to the city center and very close to the railway and trams but it's surprisingly quiet, even on the small terrace outside (and as a quite sensitive person I can't express how much I appreciated the quiet). You can hear some distant noises but they're not very disturbing. The bathroom overlooking a yard full of greenery felt very cosy and having breakfast on the terrace made for a perfect start of our days in there. You can even see the stars at night! I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to everyone and anyone! Thank you for preparing such a cosy space for travellers :)
I guess the only significant noise is when people are climbing up and down the stairs. Sometimes you can also hear footsteps from the apartment above. You can't really help that but on the other hand there are not so many people around so it's not an inconvenience, apart from being slightly self-conscious as not to make too much noise yourself.

We visited in early September and weather was pleasant to sit outdoors under the trees in the evening

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Appartement war sauber, die Möbel haben einen Charme ausgestrahlt der sehr passend für die klassizistische Umgebung war. Die Altstadt in einer knappen halben Stunde fussläufig gut zu erreichen, die Tram Haltestelle zwei Minuten entfernt. Das Parken an der Straße hat auch gut geklappt. Sonntags sogar kostenlos. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch problemlos.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Camera e bagno sono grandi. Il letto ha lenzuola belle e morbide. E' facile raggiungere il centro a piedi o con il tram 11. Si può parcheggiare nelle vicinanze pagando con l' app Easy park. A 300 metri c'è un grande supermercato
Le scale sono molto ripide e strette se si deve raggiungere il secondo piano.. Lavare i bicchieri e i piatti nel lavandino del bagno non e' semplice. Il condizionatore è rumoroso. Il materasso è un po' rigido per me.

Dommage qu il est fallu appeler la plateforme pour avoir l accès même si mon hôte s est excusé, on a eu une grosse frayeur. Sans compter les difficultés pour payer le stationnement en ligne et l accès à la zone zfe d Anvers. Ce serait un plus d indiquer les modalités aux futurs résidents : au total plus d’une demi journée perdue pour la logistique

Reviewed May 30, 2026Sehr schönes Apartment. Ruhig und gut gelegen.Fenster auf beiden Seiten so, dass wir quer lüften konnten und es trotz der Hitze außen im Apartment kühl blieb. Wir konnten problemlos auf der Straße vor dem Haus das Auto abstellen zu moderaten Preisen bzw. nachts und am Wochenende sogar kostenlos.
Steile und enge Treppe. Mit großen Koffern vermutlich gar nicht einfach. Außerdem hatten die Bilder den Eindruxk vermittelt es gäbe eine Terrasse/Balkon. Das war bei unserem Apartment aber micht der Fall.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Een huiselijk appartement met heerlijk ruikende lakens. Supermarkt en klein winkeltje om de hoek voor (ontbijt) boodschappen. Hoewel er geen keuken was, waren er toch borden, glazen en bestek. Ook een magnetron en waterkoker zijn aanwezig, zodat je een lekker ontbijtje kunt maken.
De vloer kraakt nogal en de baskamerdeur piept erg. Een nachtelijk toiletbezoek is dus een lawaaierig gebeuren. We hebben de badkamerdeur maar open laten staan

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Het appartement was ruim en uitstekend schoon. Alles was perfect in orde. De locatie was ideaal: op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het Centraal Station, en ook het stadscentrum was goed te voet bereikbaar. Daarnaast was het prettig dat je in de buurt van het appartement, of zelfs direct ervoor, kunt parkeren. Het is wel aan te raden om de Belgische parkeerapp 4411 te downloaden. Er bevindt zich bovendien een parkeergarage bij het Centraal Station waar je vooraf een plek kunt reserveren.
Omdat het een oud appartement (in een herenhuis) is, is het vrij gehorig. De vloeren zijn van hout. Onze bovenburen waren helaas erg luidruchtig, vooral tijdens de tweede nacht van ons verblijf leek het alsof ze aan het springen waren. Dit duurde een tijdje en gebeurde midden in de nacht. Dat was jammer en heeft onze nachtrust best beïnvloed. Maar het deed geen afbreuk aan het plezier van de dag.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026L’appartement est agréable et confortable, avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Les serviettes ainsi que les produits de base sont fournis, ce qui est appréciable. Il ya machine à laver et sèche linge si besoin. L'hôte est arrangeant ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé.
Il manquerait toutefois quelques accessoires essentiels comme une passoire, du sel et du poivre. L’ajout d’un porte-manteau à l’entrée serait également une excellente idée. Il faut également faire attention à la poignée de la salle de bain qui est cassée et qui tombe également. Je n’ai pas rencontré l’hôte en personne, mais nos échanges par SMS et via la plateforme ont été polis et cordiaux. En revanche, la réactivité pourrait être améliorée : certains messages sont restés sans réponse, ce qui peut susciter un peu d’inquiétude avant le séjour.

Терраса очень красивая и уютная.Дизайн кухни прям покорил мое сердце.
Стоянка был большой минус, постоянно искали, так как под окнами занято.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025Apartamento muy amplio, con decoración clásica pero muy cuidada, resultando muy acogedor. Cocina muy bien equipada. Muy limpio Bien comunicado en transporte público. Éramos 4 personas y nos encontramos el sofá cama ya preparado para dormir, detalle que agradecimos mucho.
Solo algún detalle a mejorar: la mampara de la ducha no es entera y hay que tener mucho cuidado para que no se salga el agua y en el baño se alguna se necesitaría alguna percha o toallero más

Eine Kleinigkeit: Überschwemmung in der Dusche lässt sich nicht vermeiden. Erhielten unseren Zugangscode sehr spät und mussten ca 20 Min. vor der Tür warten.

Gute Erreichbarkeit der Stadt, unkompliziert mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuß, was wir sowieso gerne machen. Gemütliches Apartment mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Bezahltes parken, direkt in der Umgebung unkompliziert.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025I would really like to write a review for the accommodation, but it is not possible because five minutes before my arrival I received a message that we would be accommodated elsewhere. Where we were accommodated suited us, so I did not deal with it. But I had no idea who was accommodated above us. This has never happened to me before. A lot of screaming, stomping, running around the rooms. Normally I thought the chandelier in the living room would fall. The owner did not respond to the messages at all. She only responded after the third phone call. So unfortunately an unpleasant experience.
No response to messages. As I don't speak Dutch, I had to ask a friend to call the accommodation provider.

Quiet area and next to tram stops and 15 mins walk to main rail stations and shopping, plus with lots of restaurants, cafes and groceries within 5-10 mins walk. I stayed for 5 days on a business trip, wifi great, table to work from, a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Note - Make sure you arrange in advance the check-in for smooth process :)

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025It gives retro vibes, so Pinteresty. The bedding is neat and good looking. The kitchen and the sitting area is very beautiful and equipped with all the basic things. Towels were provided, there is washing machine, ironing board, cutlery, kettle, and toaster. It is good for 4 people ( 2 separate twin beds) or a family of four, where everyone has to share same big room so not recommended for couples who wants some privacy.
The shower doesn't have a curtain due to which the water is all over the floor making it damp. The washroom's door lock was broken, needs to be fixed.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2025Charming spacious studio flat with comfortable bed, great shower, and everything you need for simple self-catering for several days. In a beautiful suburb only 15mins walk from central station. Highly recommended.
There are 2 flights of stairs which was no problem for me but might be problematic for some visitors. The fridge is noisy at times which might keep some visitors awake.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025Lovely apartment, really comfy bed, great location we really loved the local neighbourhood. Great pastries from Domestic bakery! We ate out locally in the evening to avoid the tourist traps of the centre and it was all very good. If we return to Antwerp we will stay again.
Could hear a little noise from other apartments but wasn't bad at all.
