Apartment was fully equipped. Excellent location, it takes about 25 minutes on foot to get to the center and around 30 minutes to the arena. Good base for exploring the city.

Apartment is spacious, big bed along along with bunk beds. Everything is comfortable, and the hosts have put effort into being welcoming. There is a coffee machine with pods, and chocolate. The kitchen is small but stocked with necessities and fridge.

There is a requirement in the fine print to transfer a pet person tax + 100€ security deposit via bank. This seemed very unsafe and was very hard to do some we visited from outside Europe. All costs should be included in the booking.com payment, and any extra requirements should be in bold at the top of the page. The host was kind enough to let is forgo the deposit and leave the tax in cash in the apartment. Apartment gets hot even in September. There is no fan or AC. We had to leave the balcony door open, and there were mosquitoes there in the night. Should put mesh. Shower cubicle is really cramped. Very narrow steps to reach the apartment

I like the responds of the email. The property good overall, can cook properly. Close by central station & food. A lot of supermarket near by.

Deposit is quite high. You should provide more cloth in the kitchen.

Appartement ziet er netjes en verzorgd uit, mooi ingericht. Ligt dichtbij het centrum van Antwerpen, dus de locatie is ook top. Fijn dat er ook een keukentje en een koelkast was.

Het was lawaaierig buiten op straat tot nog laat, en niet in een hele schone wijk. Een paar dingen waren stuk, zoals een hendel van het raam en het vriesvakje, ik heb me hier zelf trouwens niet heel erg aan geërgerd, maar kan wel onhandig zijn.

TV remote didn’t work. People in the downstairs apartment were shouting and slamming doors from 12.30am until 5.00am, hardly any sleep.

Nous nous sommes installés confortablement, et c'était assez espacé.

Pour accéder à l’appartement, il fallait emprunter les escaliers, qui étaient très étroits. Cela a causé beaucoup de difficultés à mes parents pour monter et descendre. Nous avons également constaté que certaines assiettes étaient sales et contenaient des cheveux. Enfin, la porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas correctement.

Appartamento discreto, abbastanza vicino al centro. Comunque ottimo per il prezzo pagato visto le altre tariffe.

Pavimento che scricchiolava fastidiosamente. Doccia scomoda. Scale strette e ripide per accedervi. Cauzione 100 euro da versare in anticipo con bonifico o PayPal per avere le chiavi. Restituita dopo pochi giorni ma è un fastidio in più che non mi era mai capitato.

The apartment itself was quite decent inside for a day stay. Closeby markt square.

De locatie was niet verkeerd en het was niet erg duur. Had op zich alles wat je verwacht in zo’n appartement maar best minimaal.

Bijvoorbeeld maar 1 gaspit beschikbaar dus het is wel even behelpen als je iets wilt koken. Ook niet heel fijn dat je voor de badkamer en wc dóór de slaapkamer moet (andere bed is in de woonkamer), waar de vloer extreem kraakt dus als de één ‘s nachts naar de wc moet, is de rest gelijk wakker. Ook minder dat er vlak buiten het raam constant een alarm afging. Er is niet echt een woonkamer dus je kan hier eigenlijk alleen komen slapen en douchen.

Spacious and clean apartment with roof terrace. Everything was very clean inside. Quick and easy communication with the host, for example we asked for late checkout which was confirmed very fast.

There was nothing to like because the apartment was nothing as described on the photos at all!! Two bunk beds and no Queen size bed!!!!

The bunk beds because those were not what I paid for. !!!! The apartment was a lot smaller too than advertised. And the staff was also RUDE.

Appartement très propre et agréable

Je trouve que payer 20€ pour deux chiens est abusif . En admettant un surcroît de ménage dû aux animaux domestiques celui ci devrait être indépendant du nombre car le travail est le même. Par ailleurs le Check out est annoncé à midi sur Booking.com mais c’est 10 heures en réalité . Il faudrait que propriétaire et Booking.com accordent leurs violons

El apartamento estaba limpio, era espacioso, tenia basicamente de todo.

La zona no es la mejor aunque no tuvimos ningún problema. El calor era insoportable, los mosquitos eran los reyes del apartamento.

Nice and clean apartment.

The apartment was on the third floor and could only be reached by using narrow stairs, which made carrying large suitcases up very difficult. There were also no mosquito screens on the windows, so a lot of mosquitoes came into the apartment at night, making it difficult to sleep.

Bardzo przytulny, czysty i klimatyczny apartament z dużym tarasem. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony ( ekspres do kawy, mikrofalówka, suszarka do włosów itp) Świetna lokalizacja i bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Gorąco polecam

Centrally located, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was clean. The terras was very nice to sit on. Even though it's a louder area, we did sleep well with the windows closed

It's a loud area , but there is a list of rules in the apartment that mentions not talking on the balcony after 22h, for example.

Het was een super fijne locatie, op 20 minuten lopen van de stad. Helaas lag het appartement wel een beetje in een grimmige en vieze buurt. Het appartement was voor de prijs echt prima. de bedden sliepen goed, het was schoon.

Wij verbleven in dit appartement toen er een hitte golf aan de gang was. Het was in het appartement 31 graden. Gelukkig hadden wij zelf 4 ventilators meegenomen, anders was dit niet te doen. Je kunt overdag niet persee een raampje open zetten zonder de rolluik naar beneden te hebben ivm veiligheid.

Studio propre, confortable et équipé suffisamment pour quelques jours sur place . L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Anvers à pied et profiter de l’ambiance de la ville. A quelques minutes du Palais des Sports , des transports en communs et d’un parking sécurisé 🅿️ Notre studio donnait sur la place. Il y a effectivement un peu d’animation en soirée, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchées de passer un agréable séjour. Je recommande cet hébergement pour son rapport qualité-prix

Un Wi-Fi parfois instable. Système de caution ou de dépôt de garantie un peu déroutant ( qui se règle néanmoins très facilement ) Le quartier ne nous a pas particulièrement inspiré confiance, surtout en soirée. Bien que nous n’ayons rencontré aucun problème, l’ambiance nous a semblé moins rassurante que dans d’autres secteurs de la ville.

We enjoyed the place, was pretty central and you could get anywhere you wanted. Besides a couple of bars on the first floor, which weren't too loud, which is a positive too. Great apartments, super comfy and a clean terrace, was great hanging out there while some people enjoyed staying inside and talking through the open window

No AC, but we were there in a famous heatwave, and we did indeed survive the heat. Also, if you are in Antwerp to stay inside all day, you are weird ;) Also not the best Wi-Fi, but it is there, and you shouldn't waste all your time online 😌✌️

The apartment was clean and located not far from the station and Chinatown with many delicious food options. We enjoyed Antwerp by staying out of the apartment as much as possible!

Only very weak WiFi is available in a single area of the apartment—no streaming and could barely do email. The floors, beds, and hallway stairs creak. Guests come and go all night. Walls are thin and doors have gaps around them, so the neighbors’ cooking smells and esp. noise are all there. Despite a heat wave and me traveling with an elderly person, the host refused to provide a single fan and ignored my early message about this so that we couldn’t bring our own. Lots of mosquitoes and very little sleep.

好立地、安い、設備が良く快適

予約時に別途市税がかかることは記載があったが、さらにデポジット100€も必要であるということについては記載が無かった（但し、私の場合は日本口座への払戻が困難であるとの理由でデポジット免除となった）。

Its not far from the train station and its not very expensive

The hot water wasn’t working and when I told the owner she completely ignored it and didn’t even apologise about it or anything, very disappointing, me and my friends had to take cold freezing showers after our night out. Also the balcony door wouldn’t look, didn’t feel very safe.

Clean

Having to pay a deposit through a different bank account to get the key code. No key for the terraced door, huge security risk as apartment reachable by neighbouring balconies. Owner took no responsibility for this. Lots of rules and threats to keep the deposit eg no noise after 9pm but people in the building loud and by a late night drinking establishment.

No té aire acondicionat i lo del dipòsit de 100€ per transferència

Zeer schoon en compact. Bakker en supermarkt dichtbij net zoals restaurants. Afas dome 30 min lopen. Dichtbij openbaar vervoer

Ramen zonder hor. Veel muggen. Kiepstand zou ook fijn zijn. Keuken en vloer gedateerd. Mn vloer leek waterschade te hebben gehad.

Attenzione alle scale molto ripide

Heerlijke ruimte met een fijne keuken met grote koelkast tot je beschikking.

Het was ontzettend warm binnen, geen airco maar dat was al bekend. Maar er kon maar 1 raam een klein beetje open wat niet veel frisse lucht gaf. Hiervoor zat er geen hor waardoor er veel muggen waren. Veel muziekgeluidsoverlast van de naastgelegen kroeg tot in de nacht.

Makkelijk inchecken

Rookmelders ontbraken en de vluchtroute via het raam was gebarricadeerd. Als er iets gebeurd bij de voordeur kan je er niet uit

Het appartement was ten opzichten van de stad een hele goede locatie dichtbij de winkelstraten! Het appartement zelf was goede grootte en prima faciliteiten

Helaas was het s’avonds en s’nachts buiten heeeel rumoerig. We moesten met de ramen open slapen ivm dat er geen airco aanwezig was….. Hierdoor hoorde we alles van buiten waaronder ook een bar/kroeg die de hele nacht door ging met muziek en geschreeuw.

Gute Ausstattung

Schwierig mit dem Toilettenraum, wenn es nicht eine Familie, sondern zwei sind.

Slechte ventilatie

We kregen enkele dagen op voorhand de code van het slot waar de sleutels van het appartement in zaten. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar van het appartement. (snelle feedback) Het appartement is gelegen op 15 min wandelen van het centraal station en op 30 min wandelen van de AFAS DOME. Een supermarkt, cafés, bakkers bevinden zich in de omgeving. We hebben er gelogeerd wanneer het heel warm was en waren aangenaam verrast met een gezellig terrasje aan het appartement. Bijna alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Shampoo, douchegel, haardroger, handdoeken, keukenhanddoeken, koffie en thee. Een kookplaat, koffiemachine, microgolfoven. Goed voor een kort verblijf.

Bij warm weer is er wel geen airco aanwezig. Frigo zonder diepvries en geen oven aanwezig. Als men dit op voorhand weet kan men zich daarop voorzien. Niet geschikt voor ieder publiek aangezien er toch trappen zijn (2de verdiep in een oud gebouw). Bij terugkeer,op de late avond of 's avonds, van de AFASDOME voelt de buurt niet altijd veilig aan. Maar daar kan de eigenaar natuurlijk niets aan doen ;-)

Mooie ruimte met comfortabele bedden. Op ongeveer 20 minuten lopen vanaf de kathedraal in het centrum. Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding prima.

Helaas geen airco aanwezig in de maisonnette, zou een enorme plus zijn als die er was.

De locatie. Het keukentje was ook voorzien van alles dat je nodig kan hebben als je op vakantie gaat. Alsook het sleutelbakje was zeer handig om in te checken wanneer we aankwamen.

De inkomhal en trap waren zeer krap, zeker aangezien onze baby mee was en dus de buggy, de cosleeper,… mee moesten. Het was ook weinig geïsoleerd binnen de accommodatie, waardoor wij ons schuldig voelde wanneer onze baby begon te huilen (wij konden namelijk ook andere gasten horen in hun accommodatie).

The cleanness of the accommodation was excellent, since the space was well-maintained, tidy and overall comfortable. Everything was thoughtful arranged and it’s clear that care is taken to ensure guests have a good experience and excellent stay.

Despite the host’s clear efforts to minimize noise, the closeness to other apartments makes disturbances avoidance impossible. The host’s awareness of the issue is notice through a notice stating how noise is not allowed to after 9pm. Unfortunately, loud people talking on the communal stairs were very noticeable through the night, starting from 2-3 am and again at 4am, making sleeping impossible. Even normal activity, such as people walking upstairs in their own apartment seemed amplified: you can hear everything. This is not the owner’s fault, as the issue lies with the building itself and the impossibility to control who you’ll be sharing the overall building structure with.

Gemak van sleutelbox, zodat inchecken niet fysiek hoeft.

Helaas werd er door de buurman(cafe) nog tot laat muziek gedraaid en hard gesproken buiten. Zelf niet zoveel van meegekregen, maar partner en kinderen des te meer. Voor ons voor 1 nacht verblijven redelijk/goed te doen.

The location of the property is great at just a 10min walk from the station. Property has a well equipped kitchen with pots and pans, including a fridge and a cooker which is very convenient. Only missing thing was a toaster

We were on the second floor and the wooden staircase is very steep and narrow which made it very difficult to take the luggages to the room and back downstairs

La posizione a pochi passi dalla stazione raggiunta comodamente a piedi, ci sono molti supermercati vicini e la fermata della metro è a due passi.

Il phon era completamente fuso e non funzionante, qualche ospite prima non ha segnalato questo problema, il resto tutto ottimo e secondo le aspettative

De aankomst, we wisten niet in welk appartement we moesten zijn, we kregen geen code voor de sleutel, eerst werd er niet opgenomen, na verschillende mails en afgesnauwd te worden kregen we de code

Perfect location, a very cozy apartment.

There was no hot water and the stairs were a bit dangerous.

The property was very nice and bigger than we expected.

There was a painting hanging on the wall on a very risky place. One of us was getting the sleep couch ready to sleep in it and the painting fell without even touching it, it kind of looked like it was put on that risky place on purpose. We needed to pay a pretty large amount of money, much more than the painting was worth and when we tried to call them several times to talk about it, but they didn’t answer the phone

bad communicatie, the keybox was broken so we could not get in the appartement. After that we did not have warm water for 1,5 days. No answers from the host when it would be fixed. We had to ask ourselfs about 3 times. Once it was fixed we just found out by trying ourselfs, not because they would have told us that it is fixed. The hygiëne of the place was also not really good, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, and we where just provided the minimum neccesary on towels,. Overall a shame that this department is handled so careless, as it could be a nice place. Certainly will not go there a second time

We were advised to be quiet from 9pm which is no problem- however it was incredibly loud there. There seemed to be lots of music playing for hours
