Uitzicht op zee

Zeer achterstallig onderhoud. Deuren die niet normaal dicht kunnen. Stinkende douche/ toiletruimte. Douche putje liep niet goed af. Defecte verlichting. Aanvankelijk alle rolluiken defect. Na telefonisch overleg en aandringen wel op zondag en maandag gemaakt. Kleine bedden voor 2 personen. En meer…

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral zwischen Cascais und Lissabon, nah zum Strand. Sehr ruhig, da in einer Seitenstrasse. Gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Leider keine Klimaanlage, was bei den hohen Temperaturen im Sommer unvorteilhaft ist.

stayed here for one night and left wishing it was longer. the apartment is spacious, spotless, and full of natural light. the kitchen is fully equipped, which shows attention to detail. but the standout is the balcony, accessible from both the bedroom and the living room, with an ocean view that makes you want to cancel whatever plans you had. walking distance from the beach, and the whole place has a charm that’s hard to put into words :) Mariana and Daniel are exceptional hosts. i had a work meeting before check-in and couldn’t check in early, however, Mariana took it seriously and sent me a list of places to work from nearby. small thing, big impression. then, while we were there, the city had a water outage, completely beyond their control, and they immediately sent bottled water via Glovo and followed it up with dessert as an apology. for something that wasn’t even their fault. that’s the kind of hosting that makes you come back. and we will. Thank you Daniel and Mariana for an amazing stay❤️

Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und relativ gut ausgestattet. das wichtigste ist vorhanden. der Vermieter ist, zumindest anfangs, nett.

das Appartement war leider nicht gereinigt, die Ablagen und der Boden dreckig. Auf Hinweis kam vom Vermieter nur ein lapidares "sorry for that". Besonders störend war der offensichtliche Schimmelbefall, insbesondere im Schlafzimmer neben dem Wohnzimmer (riecht stark nach feuchtem Keller und kitzelt in der Nase). Das Zimmer konnte daher leider nicht genutzt werden. Dazu gab es an verschiedenen anderen stellen im Appartement ebenfalls Schimmel, allerdings wenigstens ohne Geruch. Auf Hinweis an den Vermieter kam dann gar nichts mehr. keine Antwort. Leider nicht gerade Kundenfreundlich. die Steckdosen kommen leider aus der Wand, hier hat der Vermieter angeboten, einen Monteur vorbeizuschicken. Wir wollen das Appartement nicht schlechtreden, aber Schimmel und mangelnde Hygiene/Putzen geht einfach gar nicht.

The staff was very nice. The apartment is very well located in Estoril. A quiet area.

The cleanliness could be better. There was a problem with the sockets. We didn't have any supplies in the bathroom and kitchen.

Sehr gute Lage zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr nach Lissabon! Sehr leichter Checkin/Checkout und sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter bei Fragen! Die Wohnung war für 2 Paare sehr gut geeignet! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Une très forte odeur d'humidité liée sûrement aux très fortes pluies des semaines passées. La salle de bain était pleine de traces d'humidité egalement. Goncalo est très agréable et a été de bon conseil.

Very nice property close to the beach. Felt very safe as a group of girls and Gonçalo was helpful and responsive to any requests we may have had.

We had a lovely stay and really liked the holiday flat. It was very spacious, light, clean with a great view to the sea.

Quiet location, close to sea and amenities.

Der Ausblick zum Wasser ist toll. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für 6 Personen. Es fehlte für das Deckbett des Sofas der Bettbezug und wurde auf Nachfrage schnell nachgeliefert.

Close to the beach and to train station. Beautiful apartment, exactly like the photos. Spotless and the linen smelled good! 😌

Noisy neighbours, but just one night.

Lovely views and close to beach and promenade with Cascais a 3km walk or Uber ride away.

2nd bedroom a bit small.

L appartamento è molto bello, accogliente e in ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo avuto un problema con le chiavi la prima sera ma l'host è stato super gentile e disponibile e in pochissimo tempo ha risolto tutto. Consigliato

El apartamento era muy bonito, cómodo y en una muy buena ubicación, cerca de la playa, del transporte público, también supermercado cerca, y con productos de limpieza y utensilios de cocina para comodidad

Locatie was goed. Niet te ver van strand. Leuk appartement.

The fact that it was clean, spacious and close to the beach.

The apartment is beautiful, in a great location, and the views from the balcony are stunning. The facilities were great and we had everything needed, including hair dryer, iron and kitchen appliances. The nespresso machine was a bonus too. The whole place was very clean and looks very fresh. Local shops are easy to get to, and the beach is only a 5 min walk away with lovely restaurants nearby. Had a fantastic trip away, would recommend this apartment to family and friends, and we will be looking to return at some point.

Our only negative was we had such a short time here, would of loved to stay longer than the 3 nights. We had no negative experiences of the apartment!

The washing machine was difficult to use, beds were not comfortable.

Property was clean and spacious. Good communication with the host. Good view from the balconies.

Very small bed. Old pillows. Few things were broken. Toilet had strange smell at certain point.

Good location near beach and small shop. Everything in kitchen was ready to cook. Nice and clean apartment. Good communication with owner and easy sel check-in process. Great to live here!

I have to sum only small details: Pressure of warm water was low. We had to wait more than 2 minutes for warm water. One afternoon we had only cold water. No elevator, it is little "gym" to enter the apartment with big luggages (2nd floor). The door to bedroom was noisy. Shower didn't have 1 door. Only 1 light in the bathroom heading to face. Hard to open balcony door. No big problem was here.

Modern and spacious apartment with great ocean view. Location is short walk to beach and small grocery store. Had two balcony to enjoy. Owner was responsive and apologetic for minor issue with apartment. Surprised us by having a Port wine delivered. I would stay at this location again.

Shower could use an upgrade, and had low water pressure (apparently a neighborhood issue). Apartment is on the third floor and an elevator would have been nice.

The space was generous and bright and airy. We made use of the kitchen and really appreciated the washing machine! The balconies at sunrise and sunset were spectacular! We loved that we could easily walk to the beaches and the grocery store and the train station but we were well away from the crowds so this was a very peaceful retreat! We used this as our base for exploring the Sintras and also spent some time at Cascais.

There was always a foul smell coming from the toilet (p trap not working or it didn't exist?) and it was very difficult to get hot water for a shower. After my husband worked at it a bit, he figured out how to get hot water directed to the shower but the water pressure was very low. It was hard to wash the sand off our bodies but if you don't mind a cool shower, this isn't a problem for you! If you plan to make your own meals you won't find any cooking oil or spices (only salt). The beach umbrella was not working and it would have been nice if there were extra beach towels available for our use.

Location good near to beach . Lovely view.Very clean apart from bathroom in general. The host was helpful and answered our questions by text but issues should of been rectified.

Rated as 4 star which it is not the property is based in a residential block which your not made aware off. The apartment is in need of some updating especially the bathroom hence why there is no photos of bathroom on website.The shower pressure is very poor taking upto 20mins to heat up and have a shower. The toilet is very badly stained.Dirty toilet brush. The kitchen cabinets on wall were hanging off. We did let the owner know who said the cabinets were being fixed the following Tues. I feel we should of been informed by either the owner or booking.com as a safety issue. When renting out a property issues like this shouldn't arise.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking - would advise staying in the apartment with a perfect view. Recommend it highly enough 10/10 for everything and would not hesitate to stay again.

The view from the balcony was my personal highlight. I could sit on the balcony and watch it for hours. The apartment itself is also very nice and stylish, very spacious, bright and nicely decorated. You can tell they put in a lot of effort into that. It is fully equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach is just a couple walking minutes away, and about 30 minutes walk to Cascais. I has a wonderful stay at this apartment and would clearly recommend it!

Was easy access. Only a short walk to the beach. The rooms were a nice size and decorated well. Marianna was a pleasure to deal with..
