Nice hotel located centrally, clean rooms.

Someone was smoking from another room. I called down to say that my entire room smelled like smoke upon bedtime. They offered to spray my room which would make it smell like smoke and perfume spray. I told them upon checking out the same thing. I was very suprised that I wasn’t offered any sort of compensation. I was basically awake from my room that smelled like a nightclub. I’ve worked many years in a hotel, and when you have a customer saying this, you note it, report it to the manager and talk to the customer in the morning for apologies and compensation.

The location, the design of the rooms and the breakfast are 10/10 + the fact that you have a matcha place exactly down and a lawson

I was lucky that I was travelling with earplugs, as you can hear the noise from outside very clearly. The soundproofing could definitely be better. Also, one morning housekeeping started vacuuming around 8 AM, and since you can hear pretty much everything from the room, it was quite disturbing.

Room was clean, staff was amazing x10, only issue was on our first night, our room was street level and the morning was loud because of street noise. We asked if we could have another room and they upgraded us to a higher floor and better room, this is why I give staff a 10/10 score, very helpful and accommodating. Location was good, easy to get around town and find things to do.

The hotel was wonderful! It’s conveniently just a short walk to BTS Ploenchit. The room was lovely, and breakfast was amazing with so many options.

The only thing I wanted to mention is that when I booked through Booking.com, I received a message from the hotel in the booking app asking me to send a confirmation email again. It was a bit strange, but I didn’t think much of it at the time, especially since I wasn’t concerned about being scammed on Booking.com. After I sent the email confirmation, I realized I needed to call the hotel to confirm if it was true, and of course, they said it was a scam—they don’t ask for a confirmation email. Now I was a bit worried, not sure how the scam got into the Booking.com app, so I called Booking and told them about it. They said they will look into the issue and get back to me on what has happened. I haven’t heard back from them yet. However, I received the email from the scammer asking to click on the link to fully reserve my room!! Thankfully, I knew it was the scammer so I reported a fraud email to my email provider.

Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Bangkok. Saubere und gepflegte Zimmer. Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig.

Struttura in ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla metro e dal Parco Lumphini. La camera era pulita e confortevole. La palestra e la piscina andrebbero migliorate ma erano accettabili.

Colazione ricca e varia ma non di alta qualità. Comunque sopra la sufficienza.

Lode alla colazione, eccezionale. L’hotel si trova in una zona servita (bar, ristoranti, rooftop, supermercati…) e comoda per gli spostamenti. Personale gentile e disponibile in ogni occasione.

Le stanze, seppur dotate di quello che serve, sono un po piccoline.

Hotel is very far from BTS. I was in superior king room where bathroom is very small, Room is as small as you can not walk in properly having a very low celling with very poor facilities. I didn't understand how could it be a ****4 hotel as they declared in website.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND OPEN UNTIL 11AM

THERE IS MOLD SMELL IN THE ROOMS, WE ASKED TO CHANGE ROOMS BUT THE OTHER ROOMS HAD THE SAME SMELL. THEY STAFF OBVIOUSLY KNEW ABOUT THIS AND THEY SPRAYED THE ROOMS. YOU NEED TO OPEN THE BALCONNY DOORS AS SOON AS YOU COME IN AND CRANK THE AC TO LOOSE THE SMELL. THE TOWELS SMELLED FUNNY AND WERE NOT GOOD QUALITY.

・60%OFFだったのでスイートルームに泊まったが、広くて快適だった。スイートだからかフルーツのサービスがあった。（他の方も書いてるが、ディスカウントされていなかったら少し物足りないかも？） ・朝食の種類が豊富で美味しい。 ・スタッフの対応もとても丁寧でフレンドリー。 ・パーキングエリアにコインランドリーがある。（フロントでコインに両替してくれる。１回60B） ・地下にローソンがある（24時までオープン） ・お隣のショッピングモール「オールシーズンズプレイス」が意外と便利。（こじんまりしているが、色々揃っている） ・オールシーズンズプレイスが15分おきにシャトルを駅まで出しているので便利だった。

・人によっては、駅から遠く感じるかも？ ・部屋にコネクティングルームのような扉があり、隣の部屋の音が少し聞こえることも…

Very nice hotel. Very scenic rooftop pool with accommodating opening hours. Nice mixture of guests. Convenient convenience store in the basement. Excellent restaurant at moonwalking distance (Japanese restaurant Yoka Yoka).

La ubicación inmejorable, el trato del personal genial, el desayuno buffet muy rico. Además la piscina es mágica y te dejan usarla e incluso ducharte después del check out si tú vuelo sale tarde y has estado todo el día por Bangkok.

Todo perfecto aunque quizás las vistas desde la habitación son feas.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Design moderne et très propre. Le service de chambre est super, passe tard dans la journée. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le personnel est comme toujours excellent, gentil et serviable.

Kamer was prima voor 1 overnachting.

Er ontbrak een spiegel in de kamer. Dit als je wilt zien of je kleding goed zit, ontbreekt een passpiegel. We hadden 2 kamers geboekt. In de ene zat een passpiegel en in de andere niet. Dit is wel voor mij een belangrijk punt wat ik miste. Zeker in een 4-sterren hotel mag je dit wel verwachten. Er was een tussendeur met een andere kamer. Dit is heel gehorig. Voor de rest was het oke.

العيب الرئيسي هو الضوضاء الصادرة من السيارات والدراجات النارية، خاصة في ساعات الصباح الباكر سيكون من الأفضل أن يعمل الفندق على تحسين عزل الصوت في النوافذ أو الجدران لتوفير إقامة أكثر هدوءًا وراحة للنزلاء وايضًا الغرفة صغيرة نوعاً ما

They upgraded our room for free and the upgraded room was lovely and spacious plus the aesthetic was very cute. The location was also great. The hotel had a nice boutique hotel vibe

- It is decent hotel and a clean room - They provided a good breakfast box for the early departure to my wife

- But we were unlucky to prepay for three nights, and we were not allowed to change, though, we tried to escape the place - Centrally located but not much to see around. You have to walk 300-500 meters ... as soon as you have to walk, it is much easier to grab a Grab/taxi and then you are anywhere and faster - They take a 1000 baht deposit in cash and return in cash, when you head to the airport and you don't need bahts anymore... it is quite strange to take deposites for this level of hotels... or, maybe, they are not that level after all .. - Breakfast OK, but other hotels have it better - Rooms are OK but tiny as compared to other hotels - The view - a building across the street - Sound isolation? ... - no, never heard ... - well, we were not disturbed but we were afraid that we are heard too far - Air con control?... - no, go to the entry door and do it manually, especially, when you are already in the bed ... Etc. Quite a lot of small things. Not terrible. And if there were no other options, I would be totally fine. But there are better and less expensive at the same time. So, I would opt for another place.

Room size on corner room is the best and really comfy decent room…catered for all my needs .

The breakfast is very bland and basic but it’s only 199 bhat and I rarely ever eat anyway.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable. Bars and restaraunts are in walking distance.

Good location, nice roof top pool, handy to have a connivence store below, room was spacious. Staff were friendly.

We were on the second floor and it was loud! They give you ear plugs but honestly just needs to be soundproofed again. If you’re given a second floor room facing the street I’d ask to move. I’m not even overly sensitive to noise but this was bad. Bed was very firm.

Everyone was nice expect from one of the front desk guy. He was very rude. I have had some food from the mini bar items, while checking out I was waiting for the bill. There was a discount for the mini bar item and it seem the final bill did not apply those discount - so I asked him to explain the bill and check if the discount was apply. He said yes the discount was apply but all in the item were in full amount and at the total (there was no discount). So I ask him where did that apply because i do not see it in the bill - he then kept saying the final amount and this is the bill. The whole stay my encounter with all the stuff member was nice but that whole conversation with the front desk guy was rather difficult.

J'ai vraiment aimé le service personnel qui est très gentil et serviables, la situation géographique est vraiment idéal car proche de tous a pieds et les prix sont très corrects. Si je devais revenir a Bangkok, je reviendrais assurément dans cet Hotel. Encore un grand merci au personnel de l'hotel.

Al een beetje gedateerd, was het wel comfortabel en dicht bij bts en centrum Siam/Chit-lom. Bed en kamer . Ontbijt was ook goed, en niet eentonig. Wil je zelf eten maken, dan heeft deze kamer een elektrische kookplaat, magnetron en dergelijke

Дуже брудно, все обшарпане і брудне. Стіни і вікна в плямах. Змішувачі і дзеркала в розводах. Вікна брудні. Постіль біла, але також в плямах. Стеля вся в плісняві. Під ліжком ніколи не прибирали, купа бруду. Меблі в готелі візуально гарні, але коли підходиш, то бачиш що все потребує хімчистки. Дуже дивно, що в мережевому готелі такого рівня такі проблеми з чистотою. На сніданки - великий вибір їжі, але все брудне, липке і не охайне. Не дуже хочеться їсти в таких умовах, вибір великий - але вибрати нічого, не смачно

The corner room which is spacious. I used to stay at their sister hotel 2 min away. The Quarter Ploenchit will be my first choice when I travel to Bangkok for business (as this is only 5 min walk). Comfy bed as well.

There was a construction going on in front of the building so it was very loud almost the entire night. The windows are not that isolated. That was not that comfortable

Le principal problème est le bruit. L’insonorisation est quasiment inexistante : on entend constamment la circulation, mais surtout un bruit électrique de démarrage/arrêt qui se répète toutes les cinq secondes. C’est particulièrement pénible au moment de s’endormir et cela nuit fortement à la qualité du repos. J’avais lu plusieurs commentaires évoquant ce problème avant de réserver, et je confirme malheureusement qu’ils sont fondés.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and couldn’t fault. Easy check in. Really kind and polite staff. Rooms are amazing quality and big sizes compared to other hotels. No issues with AC. Close to Lumphini Park, Central Dusit, One Bangkok and BTS/MRT connections across Bangkok. Able to walk or haul a tuk tuk easily. Best cafe “Cafe Luna” short walking distance away, for local drinks in peculiar setting!
