Man muss ca 10 Minuten laufen bis zur nächsten BTS Station. In der Nähe bei Sukhumvit Soi 3 (gegenüber) geht es abends richtig asozial zu. Das ist schon Frankfurt Bahnhof Level.

Ligging was, ook gezien de grote drukte in Bangkok, niet ideaal.

I don’t think I would stay anywhere else. I’ve always stayed here before I fly back to UK. Thank you, will be back again next time!

It was all good, location is fairly central. There was some breakfast confusion, it was all laid out but I may have arrive at 9.31 instead of 9.30 and although had a table was then told I was too late.

A bit slippery around pool. Poolside bar was way too expensive. Deterred our group from celebrating there. Kids even went and drank at branded hotel across the street as much cheaper. Beds were hard but this was the same experience everywhere across Thailand so nothing can do about that.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Aussicht und Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Wir hatten 3 tolle Tage hier. Nur eines der beiden Zimmer roch muffig. Im anderen Zimmer war der Boden etwas kaputt. Essen ist hier auch sehr lecker und Cocktails sind auch sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft immer gern weiter.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026We zijn hier twee keer gebleven, de eerste keer hadden we het erg naar ons zin en de kamer was voortreffelijk. De locatie is wel erg fijn en het dakterras met zwembad was ook top.
Geluiden op de gang van deuren die dichtgegooid werden. Koud water wat uit de douche kwam, na het melden was het opgelost. De douche lekte vanuit de douchekop. Daarbij liep het water uit de douche cabine door de gehele badkamer en moesten we de receptie attenderen van het verwijderen van het stof uit uit de airconditioning.

Rooftop pool was amazing and open until 1am, so perfect for when you come back from sightseeing/shopping and you want to take a dip, cool down and have a nice drink and snacks. The pad thais served at the hotel were fantastic honestly.
As a woman, I’d advise to take your own make up set up :) The lighting in the bathroom will make you come out looking like a Dalmatian.

בחרנו במלון הזה בעיקר בגלל המחיר, ובדיעבד זו הייתה טעות מבחינתנו. כבר מהימים הראשונים נתקלנו בכמה בעיות: לחץ המים במקלחת היה חלש מאוד, והטמפרטורה של המים הייתה כמעט בלתי אפשרית לוויסות – או רותחים או קרים, בלי אפשרות למצוא איזון. בעיה נוספת, ובעינינו גם בטיחותית, היא שהרצפה בקומה העליונה הופכת לחלקה בצורה מסוכנת כשיש אפילו מעט גשם. פניתי לקבלה וביקשתי שישקלו להניח משטחים מונעי החלקה כדי למנוע תאונות, אבל לצערי הרגשתי שהבקשה לא זכתה להתייחסות רצינית. המלון גם לא הרגיש לנו מותאם במיוחד למשפחות עם ילדים קטנים. עם זאת, אם אלה היו הבעיות היחידות, כנראה שהיינו יכולים להסתדר. מה שבאמת פגע בחוויה שלנו היה היחס שקיבלנו מהצוות. למעט הבל בוי בכניסה, שהיה אדיב, חייכן ונעים בכל מפגש, רוב אנשי הצוות גרמו לנו להרגיש לא רצויים. זו כמובן התחושה האישית שלנו, אבל לאורך כל השהות הרגשנו חוסר סבלנות וחוסר שירותיות, במיוחד כלפי הילדים שלנו. אנחנו מטיילים כבר כמה חודשים בתאילנד עם ילדים קטנים, וזו הייתה הפעם הראשונה שנתקלנו ביחס כזה. דווקא בגלל שבכל שאר המקומות חווינו שירות חם ומזמין, ההבדל כאן היה בולט במיוחד. לסיכום, אם המטרה היא לחסוך כסף, כדאי לקחת בחשבון שלפעמים החיסכון מגיע על חשבון החוויה. אנחנו באופן אישי נחזור לבחור ב-Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20, שבו התארחנו בעבר מספר פעמים ותמיד קיבלנו שירות מצוין, חדרים ברמה גבוהה ותחושה אמיתית של אירוח. זו כמובן הייתה החוויה האישית שלנו, אבל אם אתם מתלבטים בין שני המלונות – אנחנו ממליצים ללא ספק לבחור בנובוטל.

It’s very close to some of the streets with the world famous Bangkok ‘nightlife’. Definitely a central location that’s easy to get to - but certainly once you get around the corner you are going to see all sorts ;)

Rooftop cocktails were lovely but a bit expensive compared to other places we stayed.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Liked the pool area, very comfortable beds, quiet at night. Good location to access Sukhumvit. Shuttle service to the main road is super handy. We use that multiple times. Breakfast was pretty good.
Prices at the bar were too high and no happy hour. We would’ve loved to have sat around the pool having a few drinks, but it was too expensive. Don’t use the external laundry they suggest, the clothes were not that clean and items were missing.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026La piscine est sympa avec une jolie vue. L’ambiance au rooftop est vraiment bien. La salle de sport est bien aussi mais un peu petite. Le personnel est tellement adorable. La petite navette nous ramène au bout de la rue, nous faisant économiser 5min de marche.
Le petit-déjeuner ne propose pas grand chose sans porc, c’est dommage. Je trouve ça dommage que dans les chambres il n’y avait pas de bouilloire avec thé ou café à disposition pour les clients.

Si sentono un po di rumori dal corridoio, l 'insonorizzazione dovrebbe essere migliore. Navetta per la metro/treno sopraelevato fuori uso (camminata o taxi per raggiungere le fermate)

The shower was terrible!!! Very bad water pressure and also kept leaking out of the shower unit. The wardrobe door wouldn’t close either.
