Our stay was fantastic! It is a beautiful and nicely decorated apartment with very confortable bed and sofa. It had everything we needed and was very clean. And only 5 minutes by car to Seven Seas beach. Tours available nearby. Stunning views! The host was super nice and received us when we arrived. We felt very welcomed by such a wonderful host. Would definitely stay there again! Att Mildred 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at the cozy studio apartment in Fajardo. The studio was beautiful and truly more than worth it—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was excellent: peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything we needed. Gaby, the owner, (and Kuki the dog) provided exceptional service from start to finish—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again!

Gaby is the best! We loved the location and walking into Fajardo for breakfast. The apartment is very convenient, safe, and family-friendly!

Gabby is wonderful!

The views were great from the place and the host was very responsive and cheerful. Location was very good too.

Not very clean. There were bed bugs when we stayed. We informed the host and he said he will take care of them after our stay.

It was an amazing location. The sea is just crossing the road. It was extremely clean and the decor was according to location. The neighbors were peaceful. The host is excellent, was so nice and called me to give me exact directions. He was even waiting for me in the parking area.

Ocean front property, view was spectacular. Building is old, bathroom needs upgrades, and definitely the apartment entry door needs a replacement.

So close to the sea, convinience, beach at 1 minute, a view like no other it really makes you feel that you are on vacation. Fully-featured apartment covered parking security service very nice people lots of food choices, amenities boat trips jet ski just a 2 minute walk.

Beautiful Location. Very nice nautical decor. Friendly, helpful owner. Well equipped kitchen. Close to Kayak Village and the Bioluminescent Bay.

Construction in front that blocked a part of the ocean view.

The location was good for bioluminescent kayaking and restaurants. Ferry in Ceiba about 30 minutes away.

View from the patio was of construction trailer and dumpster. Pool was small but ok.

It would be good to have a blackout drapes. Also must post by cash or PayPal.

Gabi was exceptionally friendly and accommodated every request. He went out of his way to make this jet-lagged traveler comfortable. I loved the size of the room!

Nice location at the waterfront below El Conquistador. Has some good local restaurants nearby and a great little balcony to enjoy a sunrise view. Blackout curtains and good wifi made it easy to sleep in a bit and then get a little work done in the morning. Owner or manager was responsive and cheerful and even had a couple of welcome beers for us.

All went well, no complaints.

The place is very cozy and comfortable, sofas were memory foam and very comfortable, kitchen had every thing you need for making a small meal! Internet connection was really good! Gaby was very helpful and friendly, made us feel at home! I will definitely be back!! Thank you Gaby!

The Host was great! He made sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed to make my stay great. I would highly recommend staying here.

First of all, Gaby is a great host. Always in communication with us. The view is spectacular! Palomino island is seen from the room. We enjoyed the sunrise and took pictures. The accommodations fit us well, clean and comfortable. The location is about a 7-10 minute walk ( depending on your pace) to restaurants with different food options. Nice and quiet area. We will return and recommend it to other family members.

Our host, Gaby was very helpful and quick to fix the wifi as well as giving us ideas of where to go in the area.

The ocean view patio was shared. If we looked straight ahead we couldn't see the water as it was full of machines, construction supplies and garbage bins for the Conquistador hotel. The machines started up at 6am. We were right beside the Conquistador but were not allowed on the grounds!

We couldn't make Netflex work for one night.

The location is wonderful, within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants and a small sandy beach. The lighting along the street to restaurants & beach needs some additional lights. The patio area is spacious. Bedroom/living area is all in one room with a shelving unit dividing the bed from the living. Kitchen is small but adequate with dishes, cooking pots, utensils and there is a full size fridge/freezer. Sink is outside toilet/tub room with a large counter and a closet. There is no dishwasher but the owner left us sponge and dishwashing liquid.

The washing machine and dryer are not actually in the apartment but they are in the basement floor and are coin operated ($2.00 in quarters for wash and same for dryer). Security guard will make change. There is no detergent dispenser so you will need to buy or bring your own.

Great location, tucked away, peaceful, minutes from Seven Seas beach which is probably my most favorite beach in PR now, great view to the sea, very friendly host gave great advice on everything local, little local restaurants within walking distance, convenient parking with security, felt very very safe, quiet and relaxing location. I'd stay near this location again. Felt quite authentic compared to San Juan. Very close to El Yunque, Ceiba ferries to Vieques. We did a bioluminescent bay tour that was minutes from this apartment which was a highlight of this trip. Amazing to see and highly recommend booking in advance as we did. We wanted a cheaper accommodation option for our trip and this was within that price range.

The bed was squishy and the sofa was squishy so by the end of the week my back hurt. The place just felt like it needed updating in the kitchen and bathroom which had no extraction fan so really made it steamy and unpleasant in the bathroom. Less knick knacks and more minimalistic decor with updated bathroom, kitchen, better beds, and it would've been solid gold. The sliding doors need to be repaired as one was difficult to close and open, the deadbolt on the front door didn't function with the key from the inside. The host was extremely friendly, kind, welcoming, very nice and gave us great advice on sorting out the ferry to Vieques but read the fine print...Booking.com says "accepts credit cards." but that must just be for the initial holding of the reservation? I expected to be charged when I left on the credit card I used to book, but the host only accepts PayPal....and asked for payment for the entire week when we arrived. Caused a bit of a palaver trying to sort it out because I don't have PayPal and prefer paying at the end of a stay automatically. Kind of put a dent in the vacation vibe sorting it out. This was one of the more affordable options for us, but even so, I felt it was a bit overpriced considering the above.

Directions to parking could be explained better

- Good location for boat tours or the kayak village (though I wouldn't recommend that in itself) - Sea view and an outside terrace - Shared pool - Comfy bed - Good AC, big fridge, freezer with ice and in general everything you need!

- Most things were a bit outdated, broken or dirty. There was a tea towel laid out that just smelled of death and the toilet flush broke, as two examples. The pillows on the couch also looked really dirty. - I think there was something going on with the host because communication wasn't that great. - In the check-out instructions it said to leave the parking permit with the security guard, but he refused to accept it, so we had to take it back to the room - You either get daylight or no privacy, there is no in between - Very strong air fresheners that I had to immediately take out and then it took us a while to get the smell out (I have asthma so they are terrible for me). Luckily you have to big terrace doors and a fan in addition to the AC. - The area is super touristy so we didn't really enjoy it and the food was not great and expensive

We liked having small apartment with kitchen. It was clean smelling.

We had no hot water. The owner came quickly when we called but it couldn't be fixed before we left. The kitchen really needs to be fixed--cabinets are peeling apart.

Location was excellent. So nice to have a dedicated parking spot.

Cleanliness could have been better. Furnishings were a little dusty, paint and tile work definitely showing signs of age and wear. But we were mostly out of the room, just used it as a home base, so it didn’t bother us too much.

I loved the location. It was very quiet for the most part.

The condo needs some definate TLC and maintenance.

Nice quiet location. The park is a great area to hang out with good restaurant choices. Seven Seas Beach is nearby also and another great place to hang out. Gabriel (Gaby) is a great host with many great suggestions.

The stove was awful to work with, the toaster didn’t work and the door locks were difficult to work with. The elevator also broke down.

We loved it. Felt very relaxed. The owner is wonderful and friendly. A real pleasure. Eateries within walking distance or a short drive. The view is exceptional. We are already making plans to go back. Highly recommend.

Gaby. What an extraordinary host. He made us welcome to his apartment like his own family. We, unfortunately met hurricane Fiona during our stay. Despite of that, he made sure that we are at least comfortable with our stay. He provided us with a generator that could power their the air fan, the refrigerator and some lights needed during the night. His apartment is very well decorated and arranged accordingly. No regrets with this booking. Will see you next time Gaby.
