The toilet flush broke. We had to open up the top of the tank and stick our hand inside and lift the ball and flange to flush the toilet.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. El lugar estaba muy limpio, cómodo y exactamente como se describía. La vista es simplemente espectacular y fue uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos durante nuestra visita. La propiedad cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y amable en todo momento. La ubicación también fue muy conveniente para explorar el área. Sin duda recomendaría este Alojamiento a familiares y amigos, y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí en el futuro. ¡Gracias por una experiencia tan agradable!

This property located in a beautiful area. It is quiet, clean, lots of security and the host is amazing. They respond promptly if you have questions and provide clear check in/check out instructions. I recommend it hands down! Great stay ;)

La vista espectacular que tiene.

-close to water activities for a hype up bioluminescent plankton paid excursion along a mangrove lagoon. -it is 7 stories high apartment building so you can walk inside the floors right after eating if too hot or rains outside . basement parking available. - the ocean view/ breeze is great for meditation or yoga lovers - do it in the roof top -HVAC Oven top bedsheets clean, and functional. -Each floor has a separate trash room. - 2 full size bed , bed sheets is soft

- outside construction noises machineries etc early morning 7-12 - dated furnitures cabinets kitchen utensil/tools toilet washbasin , sliding doors ( can’t lock from inside) ironing unit not functional. Fridge rusted dated. -microwave door has rust inside -sewer underground plumbing bath towels smelly and dated ( we requested for new ones) - balcony poor site boat parking for 60 ppl x2 - toilet flush kitchen sink drainage were slow leaving a residual smell in the room this place seriously needs to have a makeover. Sorry just my honest opinion. -kitchen cleaning supplies not new , we requested for dishwashing soap, new dishwashing scrub, dish towels

The view from the apartment is absolutely priceless and truly the highlight of the stay. Also, the rooms were clean upon arrival.

The place is showing its age with rust and wear everywhere. Everything felt old and rusty. There are metal bars on the door which made us feel like we were leaving a prison cell every time we went out. The kitchen was uninviting, so we had no desire to cook there; also, while there was a coffee machine, no coffee was provided. The balcony furniture was so rusty it was unpleasant to sit on, and one end of the balcony was cluttered with dirty beach gear (chairs, etc.) that we didn't even want to touch. Lastly, the pool area looked unclean, so we decided not to use it at all.

Amazing view host was amazing !!! I will definitely come back to this amazing spot. Owner was very professional and provided us with insights of places to eat and go. I highly recommend this location .

La vista hermosa, centrica para lo que la necesitabamos.

Entiendo que la propiedad tiene potencial de mejorar el area del lava manos, bañera, y cocina con sus utensilios deben modernizarlo. Esos mismo dias tambien rentamos otra propiedad en completamente remodelado y nuevo que pudimos hacer la comparacion y sugerimos esos arreglitos para mayor comfort!

El apartamento es amplio y con hermosa vista José es una persona muy amable y muy dispuesta

El alojamiento cumplió y superó mis expectativas: limpio, cómodo, acogedor y muy seguro. No tengo ninguna queja, solo agradecimiento por la excelente estadía.

L’apartament esta ben situat per visitar Cabezas de San Juan i veure la bahía bioluminiscent. Hi ha llocs per menjar aprop. L’apartament es lluminós i net amb unes grans vistes. El propietari és amable. Els llits són cómodes. És espaiós.

Les parts comunitàries de l’edifici et tiren endarrera a l’arribar. Un passadis ple de portes amb reixes brutes i descuidades, mobles antics i quadres descolorits a les pareds. L’ascensor fa por. La piscina no es la millor. A l’apartament la nevera esta super rovellada. La nevera portàtil que et deixen, esta per tirar. Només hi ha una tovallola de dutxa per persona i una de platja. Cap per posar els peus quan surts de la dutxa ni tampoc cap pel lavabo.

Is was a pleasure to stay here. It’s super clean and has an amazing view. It’s has all the facilities that you need, even beach chairs and cooling box and all for free.

The location was great- close to restaurants and a beach. The view from the apt was lovely and the space was of a good size. Generally clean (see below for problem areas) and well appointed. The boat was very responsive.

The place is kind of old. The keys could have been labeled better, as well as having more information. Ex; key needed to operate elevator, wifi password, clean up instructions and check out time before the morning of. Also if note- fan in bathroom was covered in a thick layer of dust, could not regulate shower water, ac made loud gurgling noise for about 20 seconds every 20 minutes so I did not get much sleep. It would have been nice if the 2 fans could have been operated separately and if there were reading lights at the bed.

Hot water was not working. We only had one night, so host did not have enough time to fix. We reported the issue and requested a discount as partial refund. Host never responded. The rent was on the high side for Puerto Rico

Love the location, view, and the surrounding restaurants, park, etc. Additionally, the owner responded promptly and was very helpful. Too bad El Conquistador has blocked access to the Marina & El Coqui Water Park, etc.

Facilities: There were some issues, such as the elevator not working all the time; the A/C unit made a loud noise every few minutes; the WI-FI kept disconnecting; & toilet seat way too low. Other than that, great.

The condo is nice, well-equipped, and clean. High-security bars on every condo entry door.

The condo is right above the powerboat marina, so tons of people-watching at the crack of dawn. Beach 15-minute drive away.
