Cozy Mayfair Homestay

The location was a little away from centeal kuala lampur but i choose it because it was peaceful and i had rent a car for commuting so it was fine loved the cleanliness and facilities offered the check in was also very easy and briefly explained it was so good that i booked an additional 6 days after i come back to kuala lampur from my langkawi trip. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Clean with modern design. Come with 3 bedrooms with 2 attached bathrooms. has aircon and fan in each room and living room. has washing machine, hangers to hang clothes, vacuum cleaner to clean the floor, hairdryer. TV in living room is a smart TV, able to see Youtube etc. Good Wifi. Has a small kitchen with portable induction stove, kettle, water filter, a frying pan and cutlery with plates and cups and dish detergent. Truly feel like a homestay. Has facilities like swimming pool and gym. Kids enjoy the kids swimming pool in the residence and adults enjoy the gym. Just beside the residence, there are GP clinics, Coffee Bean cafe, Pizza Hut restaurant, 24 hours KK mart, a cafe selling coffee and Western food - which are accessible through the side gate of the residence. Check in process come with clear instructions via Whatsapp. Self check in, self collect 2 assess cards from mailbox. Need access card to enter the residence, the lift, the carpark, so remember to bring along the access card when you leave the house. Come with 2 carpark slots.

small suggestion: maybe can provide slightly more garbage bags and toilet rolls for those who booked the apartment for certain number of days. Grab food only can deliver food to lobby downstairs as access card is required to enter the lift, so need to go down to lobby to collect the food.

We had a fantastic experience staying here. The homestay was exceptionally clean, and everything was well prepared. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Truly an excellent place to stay.

Yeah we just stay for one night and obviously the homestay was superr good . Nobody from my familu give bad reviews about the house. From the side of design so aesthetic people who comes for vacation can take pic there. The house is very clean and also they provide laundry , fridge, electric stove and etc. Overall worth for money.

The bad odor coming from the toilet's drainage and it can't be expelled. My family need to sleep in a bad odour the entire night smelled like people poop every second. It became worst when in the morning to afternoon. We all can not stay in the room/house.

The unit was very clean and spacious. We were hosting a birthday function in FunFun Event Space and this unit was only 5 mins drive from the place. The facilities in the unit was good and satisfactory for a family of 5 staying for 1 night.

Would've been great if the unit had a water filter and a microwave.
