Ei ollut siivottu hyvin,kaikki pöytäpinnat pölyssä, keittiön kaappien kahvoihin jäi kädet kiinni olivat tahmaset. Hella ja uuni likaiset.suihkukaappi likainen.

Sijainti on loistava, lähellä keskustaa ja mm. futisstadionia. Sisäänpääsy koodilla sujuvaa. Rauhallinen ympäristö ja turvallisen oloinen paikka.

Siisteys olisi voinut olla huomattavasti parempi. Lakanat näyttivät siltä, kuin olisivat olleet edellisen jäljiltä, mutta omistaja kertoi että on vaihdettu, mutta ei mankeloitu. Silti niissä olevat hiukset ja pölyt ällöttävät minua. Asunto alkaa olla hieman kulunut. Yövyimme 2 yötä Studio-asunnossa, joka oli hyvin kuuma, vaikka ulkona ei ollut edes hellettä. Muiden samassa talossa yöpyvien liikkuminen ulko-ovesta tai portaikosta kuuluu todella hyvin asuntoon.

Apartment is a great location, I understand people may not like the hill but there is a bus stop right outside the apartment if you didn’t want to walk up. However every night we walked home and saw the northern lights above us which was magical. The hill was the perfect viewing spot! Apartment itself was clean, modern, had great facilities. Host was excellent and dropped off additional towels and messaged with the aurora was outside too.

The house is pretty. Note that there are a few houses in one complex. The one we get, all the rooms are upstairs. The amenities are nice and complete. There is washer, dryer, vacuum. Saw northern light right from the backyard. The host even text me to let me know there is northern light outside.

For winter its location was very uncomfortable. Its hard to get there with luggage.

It was comfortable and clean. I could pop my head out and watch the Aurora. It had amenities like washer, dryer, cooking area and big fridge as well as three bedrooms. It was cozy and warm. The owners were extremely responsive and nice!

It was a little bit of a walk or car ride to the center of town but I also liked some distance as well. I tried walking the first day and did Uber the rest of the days. Uber was quick and easy! There could have been a few more amenities like paper towels, more toilet paper and clothing washing fluid. I picked those up at the store. I could use a few instructions for the stove stop and also for the washer and dryer. The booklet for the place did not include that.

Well appointed property with good amenities for family including washing machine, drier, dish washer, etc. Also, good location for access to Tromso town centre.

Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet ,alles was man braucht ist da. Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt in der Stadt man muss ein bisschen den Berg rauf, was aber den Vorteil eines wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt bietet. Es ist auch ruhig.

Bardzo wygodna lokalizacja: łatwy dostęp z lotniska i do centrum (na piechotę i komunikacją miejską). Wygodne łóżka, pięknie pościelone, wyjątkowo czysto, ciepło. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie (zarówno kuchnia jak i łazienka). Dostęp do wszystkich urządzeń do sporządzenia posiłku, do higieny osobistej i do utrzymania czystości. Natychmiastowy kontakt z właścicielem. Otrzymaliśmy propozycję dostarczenia śniadania w dobrej cenie, ale już zaplanowaliśmy wcześniej posiłki i nie skorzystaliśmy. Byliśmy w 6 osób i apartament był dla nas idealny. Część wypoczynkowo-jadalna bardzo dobrze zaplanowana. Każdy znalazł miejsce dla siebie bez wchodzenia sobie w drogę. Very convenient location: easy access from the airport and the city center (on foot and by public transportation). Comfortable beds, beautifully linen, exceptionally clean, and warm. The apartment was very well-equipped (both kitchen and bathroom). Access to all appliances for meal preparation, personal hygiene, and cleaning. Immediate contact with the owner. We received an offer to have breakfast delivered at a good price, but we had already planned our meals and didn't take advantage of it. We were a group of six, and the apartment was perfect for us. The living and dining areas were very well planned. Everyone found their own space without getting in each other's way.

Wszystko było w porządku. Nie zmieniałabym niczego. Warto tylko dodać, że przyjeżdżając w okresie zimowym warto ze sobą zabrać raki/ nakładki na buty, dla własnego bezpieczeństwa i poczucia komfortu. Everything was fine. I wouldn't change a thing. It's just worth adding that if you're visiting in winter, it's worth bringing crampons/shoe spiki covers for your own safety and comfort.

The noisy neighbours at all hours of the night!

We loved the location just enough daily exercise (climbing up and down from the central area), but far enough from the city lights to see the Northern lights from the balcony.

Die Unterkunft wird von einem sehr netten und engagierten Ehepaar geführt, die alles tun, damit der Gast sich wohlfühlt. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben auch mal Schnell Tipps via WhatsApp, weil ihnen etwas Schönes aufgefallen ist, wovon sie denken, dass es auch dem Gast gefallen könnte. Für mich war es wirklich mein Zuhause in Tromso und ich werde gerne wiederkommen!

Wymysł właściciela żeby zdejmować buty na dole i wchodzić po schodach boso gdzie schody były całe w sierści psów. Brudno w kuchni, naczynia niepodomywane. W suszarce na ubrania gruba warstwa kłaków w filtrze. Pościel wyglądała jak psu z gardła wyjęta.

Hyvä sijainti. Siistit huoneet ja petivaatteet. Ihana ja tilava parveke.

Lattialla sohvan takana oli lääketabletti. Onneksi koiramme ei löytänyt ja syönyt sitä!

Close to the city center, room with balcony, beautiful view of the city and mountains, private parking, door code.Whoever complains about the cries of seagulls, I say, these are the sounds of life.

Nice apartment close to the city, it has a view on the fjord, enough space and everything you need at an apartment. The owner even made it possible to check in earlier due to early arrival.

Location is def strategic as it was easily reached. It does have view mountains as claimed. Tremendeous view😍. Everything is perfect in terms of facilities.

The property was too cramped for even 5 people and we booked it for 7. The pictures were different and we were deceived. Our heads constantly banged against the attic ceiling. I won’t recommend this place for big groups.

Location to the city and bus stop was great.

The boot store was right outside our room which could be noisy at times. Also there was not great storage room inside the room.

The floor was very oily and dirty. All the cooking facilities are very dirty and disgusting. We need to deep wash it before use. The owner didn't give us the exact address turn out we went to the wrong place.

House was super comfortable, clean and cosy. The host were also unbelievably helpful. Easy check in and out process

Location was great with brilliant views but is up a pretty steep hill which was a little treacherous in the snow with suitcases :)

The apartment was fitted with a fully equiped kitchen, which made peparing food really easy. Entering the apartment is using a code so there was no fear of forgetting the key. There was a parking space we could use.

The pillows were not the most comfortable.

the apartment is very small, but has everything you would need during your stay. Location is within walkable distance to the city, it was comfortable enough. The locks are automatic, so we did not have to meet with anyone in person, check/in and checkout was comfortable. The locks are very noisy though. The room was so small we barely found place to have our suitcases open. Overall, it was fine for exploring Tromso.

The location was nice. You could walk to the city center and there is also a bus that stops in front of the apartment.

The description on the website is misleading. According to the info the studio has one living room/kitchen, one SEPARATE bedroom and a bathroom. And that was also mentioned in our booking document. I had to work so that’s why I wanted something with a separate bedroom. But what we’ve got was a double bed in a kitchen with a very small table for breakfast/lunch. When we brought this under the attention the contactperson said he would change the info but he has not. Booking.com is aware of this situation.

Room is not big, but clean and everything we need is there! Location is good, if you don’t mind walking down from hill: 10-15mins walk distance to downtown / coast area. Host replies us fast. Recommend this place.

Sofa chair is a bit in the way. And window could have some cover when open.

The ventilation in the room does not work properly, because you can feel the wind and cold from outside. The room is in the house and there are different guests around you, for example you can hear them well during the night. The location is not very attractive.

The owner was late to reply to any messages, the key code to enter was also given late which left us waiting around after the check in time. The property had no hot water when we arrived, after multiple messages and the owner reluctant to help he finally turned up and advised that it couldn’t be fixed so we would have to make do with cold water throughout.. not acceptable and not what we paid for.

The sound insulation of the house is too poor and the area is very small, if you have other options please choose other.

very comfortable apartment in a nice spot of Tromso. The owners are attentive and kind.

The bathroom is very well equipped, the kitchen is fine and the bed is comfortable. You can reach the city center by 15 minutes walking.

The flat is on a hill. In the winter, with the ice and the snow, it’s not so comfortable to walk from and to it. Also, the room is quite small and neglected. There is a kind of hole in the wall trough which the air enters all the time (see in the picture). I told the host that it was a problem, since it was very uncomfortable to have cold air in the room with -7 °C outside. The host just answered that it was for the ventilation (???). Anyway the worst was the noise: the noise of the key machine, the noise of the other guests and the noise of the cars outside (even louder due to the hole in the wall). It was almost impossible to sleep.

The room is small yet quite cozy. We got everything we need. The staff is very responsive. Good value for money.

15 minutes walk to the city centre, but we understand that we get what we pay for.

Apartment was well equipped, had most of what I needed in the room, including the washing machine, dryer and kitchen. Room was warm when needed so perfect for people who hate the cold.

Pillows were a little low, but bed was wide and spacious. Location it up slope from the city, takes about 10-15 minutes up slope walk, so a good workout. Host provided the pin late to access the place but was responsive when queried about it when at door step. Reading previous reviews about this being a very spacious place was confusing as the room itself, despite having everything you might need inside, wasn't spacious to have more than 2. Security was doubtful as it seems everyone in the apartment will have the same password to enter.
