La struttura è davvero bellissima e accogliente, fornita di tutti i servizi necessari, non mancava nulla!! Abbiamo anche visto l’aurora boreale direttamente dalla casa. Le famiglie che ci ha ospitato è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, hanno fatto davvero la differenza in questo viaggio e li ringraziamo tantissimo, uno dei soggiorni più belli della nostra vita! Grazie di cuore

Reviewed Jul 19, 2025We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The owners actually put us in a larger apartment because we were travelling with a large group (4 adults & 5 kids). The apartment was very clean and modern, the hosts answered superquick to messages and we all enjoyed ourselves.
The upper rooms were a bit hot, but the windows could be opened so it wasn’t an issue.

Niet enorm luxe, alles beetje versleten. Kinderen moesten alsnog samen in bed slapen omdat 1 bed niet was opgemaakt. Daarom vond ik de prijs kwaliteit verhouding matig

Reviewed Feb 19, 2025Posizione fantastica, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, in un quartier tranquillissimo e suggestivo. L'appartamento è grande e perfetto per due nuclei familiari. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano (o secondo piano secondo la notazione norvegese, che considera il primo piano quello che noi chiamiamo piano terra). Si ha libero accesso al giardino dove i bambini hanno potuto giocare ininterrottamente nella neve con gli slittini a disposizione degli ospiti. Molto comodo l'ingresso al piano terra nel grande atrio dove lasciare giubbotti, scarponi, etc. All'ingresso è disponibile anche della legna per il camino presente in sala.
Manca qualche pentola in cucina! Se avesse due bagni sarebbe il TOP!

Reviewed Feb 3, 2025Very convenient location, only an 8 minute walk to most of the tours we booked. The views from the balcony were beautiful and there was plenty of room for our family of 7. The hosts were beyond attentive, they even let us know when the northern lights were visible above the accommodation. Highly recommend booking a stay here.
No dislikes, our stay was amazing, but maybe a tip to others. As the accommodation is located in a residential area, extra care needs to be taken along the roads due to snow/iced roads. Taxis are your best bet if you are worried about a slip!

Il fatto che ci sia un solo bagno in un appartamento che può ospitare 10 persone, noi eravamo 8 ed è davvero inadeguato un bagno solo per quel numero di persone, anche se bello grande. Dovrebbe essere evidenziato meglio nell'annuncio.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2024Localisation à 10 minutes à pieds du centre-ville. Décoration très jolie. Belle terrasse. Vue magnifique sur tout Tromso. Appartement spacieux.
Le ménage pourrait être mieux...traces sur les portes, miettes sur la table basse. Attention l'hiver pas facile de monter et tres peu de place pour stationner. On sent quand même qu'il y a beaucoup de rotation.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2024Location near city, about 10min walk. Apartment has great view from balcony and some rooms. Kitchen were fully equipped.
The road towards the house was slippery (temperature dropped and snow melted), our taxi didn't want to go up and dropped us on the street. We had to drag luggages up the slippery slope (luckily we had clampons). Our apartment was on 1st Floor, so need to carry luggages again, 1 floor up the stairs. There was only 1 bathroom for 8 of us, not so convenient. Some of us saw there was a small mouse (went into the bathroom and also the room with 2 double beds) Apparently they noticed there was a hole in the corner of that room. **After the trip, one of our friend realised the potato chips she bought and keep in her luggage, the packaging was bitten with holes at the bottom. The owner should take care of this issue.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2023The apartment is very nice, the location right in the center and everything within walking distance. You have a great view of the city / harbor.
We were 9 adults and the apartment is too small for that, there is only one toilet/shower which is a problem. The rooms were crowded with extra beds, so you should use this apartment with a maximum of 6 people. The driveway was unfortunately completely snowed in and slippery.

The house is located at the top of a hill, so the walk up is uphill, or by stairs which can be challenging in snowy conditions.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2023Nice apartment with a terrace and an amazing view. Large rooms (just a minor point, two of them don’t have any closet or hanger for clothes) and well equipped kitchen. Roy was really kind and available.
The road to reach the apartment is a bit steep and with ice and snow quite slippery, which could maybe be a useful information for guests.
