מקום לא פחות ממושלם!! קודם כל זידאן המארח בן אדם מקסים ונעים, הסביר על המקום והקמתו. הרגשתי שחזרתי בזמן, תחושה של אלאדין, מקום כל כך קסום עם אנרגיות ממגנטות. הכל היה נקי ומצוחצח, מיקום מעולה, ארוחת בוקר טובה. חוויה מדהימה.

סוויטה לא פחות ממדהימה!!! מרווחת, מעוצבת נהדר, הבעלים אדם שירותי וחברותי בצורה בלתי רגילה. אווירה נהדרת. קרוב לכל מקום בעיר העתיקה. ארוחת בוקר מעולה במלון ערבסק הסמוך. יש בחדר מעין חמאם קטן ומגניב. בקיצור- נבוא שוב כי הוקסמנו מהכל. הזמנו עיסויים עד החדר. תודה זיידאן

Staying in Zidan Sarai was a truly magical experience. The place has such special energy, filled with warmth and hospitality that made me feel at home right away. I learned so much about the character of the East and the Old City of Akko, and you can really feel the history and family love in every corner of the house and street. It’s authentic, rewarding, and unlike anything else I’ve experienced, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something truly unique and most beautiful.

Unique special and warm with considerate touches

האווירה הייתה קסומה ממש! זידאן דאג לכל הפרטים לנוחות מירבית. הוא הגיע וסיפר לנו את הסיפור של החדר המיוחד הזה והיה אדיב וזמין לכל דבר. האווירה אותנטית ומיוחדת מאוד! כבר הספקנו להמליץ לחברים להגיע ולגמוע את האווירה של עכו ביחידה המופלאה הזאת! המיקום מושלם, היה נקי ומסודר מאוד! ובונוס- יש חדר חמאם בחדר עצמו שבנוי מעל בור מים עתיק!

לא היה לנו מקום נח לאכול בו ארוחה. מתאים יותר לזוג, חדר ההורים פתוח למרחב- שלנו אישית זה פחות נח

Everything was amazing and utterly magical! An oasis of tranquility and comfort within the Old City, the suite had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Akko! The kids were quite comfortable on the sofa beds, which already had sheets on them. And the kitchenette was sufficiently stocked with what we needed, including waters and soya milk. Finally, the history and story behind the Sarai is beautiful!! We would definitely stay again, as it rates as one of our top places we have stayed in our lives. Zidane was also super hospitable and helpful with recommendations and anything else we needed.

We loved everything

The suite is exceptional in every way possible! This is a one of a kind experience and we would absolutely return! Zidan, the host, is a wonderful person who made this trip even more extraordinary. Can't possibly be any better than this. Amazing!

Very kind host Beautiful facility

Very unique, authentic and beautiful , with a very modern equipment. Excellent customer care. Centrally located and safe.

The rooms are even nicer than the pictures. Its a very nice place, authentic and decorated. Location is superb - close to the seafront, old city market, harbour and shops. Reception is friendly and available. Had a happy hour on the roof with live music, drinks and nibbles - all for free at sunset. Was beautiful!

Maintenance can improve. Washroom door hinge reported faulty, not fixed till we left. Huge dead cockroach in the shower. Design was overdoing it to a point where things were impractical, example: couldn't lock that washroom door from the inside, which is uncomfortable when you have kids with you.

It took us a little while to find Zidan's partner hotel, as Akko can be almost like a maze, but once we did, we were made to feel at home by the friendly staff. The owner of our "room" quickly came to meet us with the keys, and kindly walked us to the beautiful and extremely spacious property…which was tremendously helpful, as it's very easy to get turned around in Akko! The room was absolutely gorgeous, and the photographs do not do it justice. There is an amazing feeling inside of the apartment itself, much like an oasis in the middle of the hot city, where we were able to relax on the sofa, take a Turkish bath, or just enjoy the ambience. We learned the history of the beautiful apartment, which made us appreciate it all the more, and we were also directed to a location between our stay and the partner hotel, where we could relax and unwind with some tea or coffee. That was the same place where we had breakfast, which was well beyond anything we expected, and we were able to enjoy our second day in Akko completely stuffed with delicious food! An absolutely wonderful experience, and I was sad that I was only staying in such a beautiful and deeply historic place for one night.

I think the room had been unoccupied for a short time before our stay, as there was a thin layer of stone dust on the bed and the bedside tables in our room itself. However, I think this is a natural phenomenon from such an ancient stone building, and I cannot fault the owner for the effects of time passing! Otherwise, the room was impeccably clean!

The suite is the most beautiful place I have stayed at. Magical and gorgeous. Zidan is warm and hospitable and told us the story of how his family built the place. Breakfast is delicious.

This is an absolutely magic place, something —even if you travel a lot — encounter very rarely. The old carpenter‘s place has been remodeled to a suite that has incredible style and beauty. You are immersed into Akko‘s tradition and vibe. We had wonderful stay.

This is by far the most beautiful and unique place we have stayed for our vacation. We enjoyed it very much. It’s an amazing and lovely experience we will treasure for a long long time. The place is very comfortable and cozy. It is also very clean. Zidan is a wonderful host.

Simply Magical!

We stayed at zidan saray for 3 nights. 2 adults and 3 children. The suite was super comfortable, clean and we had everything we needed. The design is amazing and the location is perfect. Right in the middle of the old city, only a few minutes walk from every attraction including the beach. And above all, the great hospitality of zidan and the family. We had a great time! Highly recommended!!

The accomodation was wonderful - even better than the photos on the website! The owner Zidan made every effort to ensure we had everything we needed and took great care of us. I would definitely recommend this property.
