Great location, great facilities, very comfortable and very beautiful aspect. Lovely owner who helped us with our car issues

Se proprio devo scrivere qualcosa, manca la doccia nel secondo bagno (eravamo 2 famiglie per un totale di 8 persone) e l’asciugatrice. Ma tutto perfetto!

Clean, modern, even a bit luxurious with a great view. Great kitchen, washing machine is a bonus. Very quiet and calm location with a good hiking opportunity to Nonstind right on the backyard

The bed rooms are a bit small but it’s not a big deal

The water sensor under kitchen sink is too sensitive during we wash vegetables and dishes. It keeps making bi bi sound and cut off the cold water.

Wir haben 2 Kinder und sind deswegen etwa spät Ausgescheck, Hausmeister ist ziemlich nett und hat nichts dagegen gesagt, Super View und saubere Zustand der Wohnung. WEITER EMPFEHLEN

Un grand et superbe appartement avec une vue magnifique dommage que les chambres soient si petites alors qu'il y a tant de place

pas de tapis de bain les chambres sont minuscules ainsi que les lits j'ai donc dormi sur le divan à l'étage et le mari de ma copine sur le divan au RDC il y avait une autre chambre avec deux lits single mais pas de draps

Wunderschönes, sehr großes Appartement in toller Lage. Innerhalb 1-1,5 Stunden waren sämtliche Ortschaften zu erreichen. Alles war sauber und super eingerichtet, auch die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein.

L’appartamento nuovo e ben arredato veramente confortevole, dotato di tutto: dalle mollette per il bucato, al microonde, pezzette nuove da usare in cucina, aspirapolvere, carta da cucina etc, sembrava una casa abitata tutti i giorni, non mancava nulla, una cosa si: lo scopettone per pulire i pavimenti mentre c’erano i stracci per il pavimento. Vabbè quisquilie. La casa è su tre piani fronte porticciolo con 3 camere letto, 2 bagni, 1 cucina grande, 3 salotti, 3 terrazzi. Peccato che la doccia era solo nel bagno al piano superiore, ma in quello sotto non c’era posto per metterla. Wi-Fi buonissimo, aria condizionata non l’abbiano usata. Certo non abbiamo pagato poco ma la casa lì vale tutti.

Non siamo riuscite a far partire la lavatrice perché risultava bloccata e non abbiamo trovato le istruzioni Per l’induzione ho dovuto videochiamare in Italia per farmi dare spiegazioni.

The location is in the middle of Lofoten Islands, a little over 1 hour drive to Reine or to Henningsvær in the other direction. There are huge balconies on every floor, and the view of the harbor is unbelievable. The apartment is very big, with 3 bedrooms, and 2 living rooms. The internet is fast and consistent. The parking is nearby, a few meters away across the road. Kitchen and bathroom are modern with quality appliances.

There are some stairs to climb, one flight of stairs to access the entrance, and inside the apartment the 3 bedrooms are on 2 different floors. But the view on each floor more than made up for the climbing.

This home was perfect for our family's vacation. Even more beautiful than the photos. We appreciated the nice kitchen and the washing machine, and of course the beautiful view from the large windows. The beds were super comfortable and cozy.

- the flat is perfectly located : Ballstad is a charming and quiet place in the middle of Lofoten, perfect for hiking and little bit away from the crowd - the apartment is even better than the pictures, the view is amazing, all fournitures are modern. We loved watching at the mountain on the other side of the harbour - the host is helpful. He helped me on a topic not related to the flat, we really appreciated it To sum up, we loved everything about this accomodation

The location is spectacular. We had an incredible view of the harbour and watched the aurora from the balcony at night. There are reading nooks, plenty of spaces to sit and eat - and plenty of room for multiple couples. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could need. The unit exceeded expectations in terms of space, location, and cleanliness.

Our only complaint was that there was only a single shower for 3 bedrooms. Since we were on a dive trip, it meant we had to squeeze into a tiny shower. If we had just been hiking, it wouldn't have been an issue. But 1 small shower for 3 bedrooms felt inadequate.

Host was very quick to attend to our needs. Facilities were very good. Surroundings were excellent. We really enjoyed our times here.

This home was exceptionally clean, you could tell from the moment you walked in. The kitchen had everything you needed. The views were amazing and lots of room to spread out and relax. This home was a 15 minute drive from the Leknes airport and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay.

There are 3 bedrooms, two of the three rooms are really small and weirdly shaped making the bed placements awkward.

Overall perfect apartment with everything we needed with a beautiful view! Simply nothing to wish more! 10/10

This hidden gem exceeded all my expectations, and I'm thrilled to share my amazing experience with you. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the sheer size and beauty of the property. It was much bigger than I had anticipated, offering spacious and comfortable accommodations that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impressive, blending seamlessly with the breathtaking surroundings. It truly felt like a cozy oasis nestled amidst the stunning natural wonders of the Lofoten Islands. However, what truly set this place apart was the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. From the very first greeting, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and passionate about sharing their love for the Lofoten Islands. Their local insights and recommendations made my trip even more special, allowing me to explore hidden spots and experience authentic Lofoten culture. But it was the views that stole the show. "Spectacular" doesn't even begin to describe the vistas that greeted me each morning. Imagine waking up to the sight of majestic snow-capped peaks, mirrored in crystal-clear fjords that sparkled like diamonds. The ever-changing colors of the sky during sunrise and sunset were nothing short of magical, painting the landscape with a palette of hues that left me in awe. Whether I was sipping coffee on the balcony or enjoying a meal indoors, I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking scenery. Beyond the property, the location was ideal for exploring the Lofoten Islands. Countless hiking trails, picturesque fishing villages, and stunning beaches were within easy reach. I spent my days discovering the natural wonders and immersing myself in the rich history and culture of the islands.

Fantastic location, superb views to the sea and mountains from big windows and from all three (!) balconies. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped, everything was clean and new. Very comfortable beds and sofas. We enjoyed our stay!
