Spotless apartment, quiet neighbors, very good communication by host, short walking distance to railway station.

It is pretty close to the railway, so noise from traffic can be a problem for light sleepers.

Great apartement, very clean and nice. Everithing You need is inside. Near transport. Nice location. Near (10min. by legs) is a Big supermarket and shopping centre.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement, war für 3 Erwachsene super. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet - absolut alles vorhanden.

Appartamento pulito e confortevole. L’arredamento molto piacevole e ben organizzato. L’host ha risposto velocemente e gentilmente alle domande fatte.

Forse non comodissima alla stazione, ma è una passeggiata di 5 minuti. Suggerisco di prevedere un cambio di asciugamani e strofinacci da cucina per soggiorni che durano più di una settimana come è stato il mio.

Czysty, przestronny apartament. Bardzo łatwa komunikacja z właścicielem. Na obrzeżach Helsinek, ale bardzo dobrze skomunikowany i z centrum, i z lotniskiem.

At first it wasnt great getting the flat, very confusing. Did not know how to unlock key. Did it in the end. I like the property because it is a new build. Warm and lots of room.

It was wonderful. Easy to find with all informations which has been given. The flat is beautiful, it's really a cosy place ! All we need were provided. The owner is very kind and it was really perfect.

Nothing. We were only there 15 minutes.

Property supposedly had two beds, it didn't, it had one. Emailed the host but received no reply, tried to contact booking.com support who were beyond useless, so had to book property last minute elsewhere late at night at great expense. Was quite a lot of crumbs and dirt on the floor too for the 15 minutes or so we were there.

The aesthetic and how clean it was! Everythin that needed was in there

We like everything. A very beautiful apartment with a fantastic view from the balcony. It is fully equipped with everything from shampoo to conditioner. From salt and pepper to sugar .... The host is very friendly and communication is very easy. Checked in instructions are also very easy to follow. Love it!

Its a good located apartment, very clean, good equipped, host is always reachable and helping with everything. I had late arrival, host found solution how to deliver keys to me. Can recommend this apartment.

Booking.com is showing this apartment as with parking, in reality parking is difficult, from 6 am until 12 pm parking is possible on a parking clock only for 4 hours, which means, that every 4 hours you need to run and move the clock. This has to be in my opinion mentioned clearly by the booking.com, that people , who book from app and in the hurry would realize that and it would be not as a surprise. Helps also the host a lot I think. For the rest everything was perfect.

Cute, cozy, homey place in Helsinki. Felt comfortable at home, everything was clean, amazing decorated, and furnished. Nothing that we missed from it. A must stay in when in Helsinki.

I would mention the inside garden in the instructions

Instructions were clear and well-timed, place was spotless, all necessary stuff was in place

I like everything about the apartment

The Cleaningness, amneties, access, everything was fine.

Don't book if you have most of the work in the Helsinki centre. Firstly 25 dec. Christmas day is totally dead in Helsinki with almonds. 95% of the shops and restaurants were closed, so they never planned Helsinki visit on 24,25, 26 Dec. The apartment is about 23 min. Away with Uber ride from central train station ( 27 € fare) The apartment is very neat and clean, good enough for 2 people. But it was not warm enough to sleep comfortably. I had no good sleep. There was no extra quilt to have some extra layering. Now we were hungry and thought of finding some place to eat in centre and see Christmas decorations , We found Burger king , clicked some pictures of centre and again the taxi costed us 41€ to centre + 23€ to come back. So the moral of the story is to pay some extra money and stay in a good hotel in the centre with breakfast if possible. That is more worth than wasting your money and time in taxi rides. If you want to stay from the city centre then the place is perfect.

Clean and tidy

Cozy, bright and super comfortable apartment with great attention to details! Close to the train station, easy and fast access to the airport and Helsinki city center! Very quiet neighborhood with several shops nearby and the 24/7 supermarket right next to the train station. Would love to stay there again and highly recommend! The communication with host was great as well!

Cosy apartment at calm neighborhood surrounded with nature

Seemed as though owners live there when not renting - personal items around In photos did not know 3rd bed was a rollaway bed. But st least was comfortable Near train depot. A lot of foot traffic and people talking through out evening We had difficulty locating rental not clearly makes and parking was a challenge

The apartment was very homely and clean, there's everything one might need in a kitchen, the bed was comfy. The neighbourhood seemed nice and quiet.

The place was very clean, all the things needed was in the apartment. The host was kind to give the right instructions and was helpful . The location is in a quiet community and surrounded by nature.

We were three and there was only one set of keys, not all three of us had the same agenda and with one key there was a dependency. We also had to ask the host for help sometimes since the place is locked out at 20:00, if we don't have individual keys its a struggle. Also the water in the bathroom sink had a slow flow ( Glad that it did not clog)

Incredible communication from the host. Instructions to collect keys and how to enter were clear and straightforward - we were even able to check in earlier than usual after we messaged which was amazing. Apartment was extraordinarily clean and everything provided - also very conveniently located close to Pukinmäki station too. Would highly recommend!

Upstairs neighbours stomping around late at night, but nothing the host can do about that!

Clean spacious and quiet flat for a couple, perfectly placed for easy transport links and for local shops. Ten minute walk to railway station and then fifteen minute trip to Helsinki central station. Owner easily contactable by WhatsApp..

Could do with blackout blinds for summer months

Bright and well furnished apartment. Short term parking on the street near the apartment. Overnight parking is a short (5-8 min) walk away. The host provided the details and the key handover was done smoothly without any hiccups.

Lovely apartment

Best of all, the host was very attentive and responds instantly to my concerns and queries. Since my flight arrived early in the morning, they managed to help me by storing my bag first while waiting for check in. Very very excellent and helpful host. Wifi connection was excellent. Two train stations close by to the accommodation.

Everything was excellent, just perhaps some added bed comforters or thick blankets to warm up during cold winter nights.

We were on a short one day trip. But it was a breeze to access, and stay at the apartment. The owners were super helpful with early check in, and with storing our luggage. The location is nice and accessible with almost all basic needs, such as a train station, restaurant, grocery store and even the airport is close by. There's a lift in the building and all amenities in the apartment.

it is a very quiet place to walk and go around. you have super market close and one of them 24 hours. You really feel comfortable in this place. Great to stay and work, internet connection was good for my remote job.

It was a bit stressful to get the keys to the apartment. I got many messages to my phone. The hotel had registered wrong phonenumber. I even got a message that the hotel was 6 km from nearest center. The fact was that the hotel vas 600 meters from the center. A joke?

The infrared sauna was awesome for relaxing after a long day walking.
