J'ai choisi cettz classe de studio pour avoir un lavelinge dans la chambre. Si ce n'etair pas le czs, j'aurais choisi une chambre simple car je n'ai pas d'autre besoin. Quand j'ai voulu mettre en marche le lavelinge, elle ne fonctionnqit pas, erreur E002. J'envoie un message...Seulement le lendemain, je reçois un message d'ouvrir le robinet d'eau mais je ne vois aucun robinet à ouvrir concernant le lave linge... et d'ailleurs je ne vois vraiment pas pourquoi ce serqit qu client de faire des recherches pour ce robinet et l'ouvrir! Quand je suis rentré ce jour là, c'etait trop tard pour moi de faire tourné la mach8ne et j'ai manqué l'opportunité pour laquelle j'avzis réservé fe type de studio J'ai trouvé la réponse de Noli vraimebt très légère et je suis extrêmement décu de ce manque d'attent ion

Self check in and checkout is really great. Great position in the city, really close to the railway station which itself is only 13 minutes away from the Helsinki central railway station and trains run every 8-10 minutes. There is also a mall not far away with great restaurants and 3 big grocery stores. Great for joining community, has mentions of events in the apartments in the elevator. The elevator itself is really fast. Trash bins for sorting waste in the apartments are really useful. Kind of cultural shock for someone outside of Finland. Free Sauna and Gym. After cleaning, staff put our stuffed dog into the bed and put a blanket over him as if he was sleeping. 😍

Lack of spoons and forks (probably due to sterility concerns) despite having plates and cups. A bit slow on the check-in side due to having to print stuff on the screen instead of using a physical keyboard.

Très proche de la gare de Malmi, hôtel calme et propre. L'enregistrement à l'entrée est très simple et hyper pratique quand on arrive tard.

Ma chambre était collée à l'ascenseur, et ça fait pas mal de bruit dans la chambre

Struttura ben gestita, silenziosissima e pulitissima. Camera di dimensioni adeguate e ben climatizzata. Punto di forza assoluto la posizione: a 2 minuti a piedi c'è la stazione del treno che porta direttamente in centro città e in aeroporto, con corse ogni 10 minuti per tutta la giornata (circa 3,30€ a tratta). Proprio accanto c'è anche la fermata dell'autobus. In camera cucina attrezzata con frigo grande con congelatore, microonde combinato che funziona anche da forno, fornelli a induzione, lavastoviglie con pastiglie incluse in numero più che adeguato per un'intera settimana e lavatrice a disposizione con vari programmi, anche lì con detersivo fornito. Dettaglio non scontato e molto apprezzato. A disposizione anche una cucina codivisa al piano strada. Check-in perfetto: siamo arrivati la sera tardi, il codice aggiuntivo per la porta e il check-in automatico hanno funzionato perfettamente, tutto molto intuitivo. Nessun problema o disagio. Nel complesso tutto perfetto.

Nulla di grave, tutto perfetto nel complesso. Se proprio devo trovare un suggerimento, magari aggiungere qualche pentola/padella in più in cucina.

最初は、ヘルシンキ中央駅近くのホテルにしようと思いましたが、なんといっても、駅前（norimalm駅）にあり、ヘルシンキ中央駅や空港方面に行く電車も頻繁にありアクセスで困る事はありませんでした。 あと、部屋はさすが北欧、おしゃれで清潔で アパートメントホテルなので、コンロや食洗機もあり、ヘルシンキのスーパーで野菜とコンソメを買って、 簡単な料理も作れて、超快適でした。　 次回、ヘルシンキに訪れる事があれば また、ぜひ泊まりたいです(^^)

これは、みなさん書いておられる事ですが チェックインが、私のように、セルフチェックインの操作が自分だけでは、できなく、てこずっていたら、 STAFFの方に横に、ついて説明してもらい ようやく、カードを作成してもらました。 手数をかけないためにも、もう少し操作方法が 誰が見ても分かるものを置いて欲しいです。各国語対応のもの 私のように、セルフチェックインに不安のある方は、STAFFがいる時間にチェックインする 事をおすすめします。それまでは、ヘルシンキ中央駅にコインロッカーがあるので、スーツケースを預けて、観光する事をおすすめします。 でも、いったんガードが作成出来れば、滞在中のカードの管理は必要ですが、入る時は、ガードをかざすだけで、外側の扉も開くので、遅く帰っても、大丈夫です😊 　

Erinomainen sijainti lähellä Tikkurilan asemaa,lentokenttää ja helppo mennä Helsingin keskustaan ja joka paikkaan. Palvelut vieressä. Todella siisti.

Tällä kertaa huoneemme oli hissin vieressä ja sen kolina kuului yölläkin. Sisäänkirjautuminen automaatilla on joskus vähän rasittavaa.

Huoneet olivat erittäin siistit

Perfektní moderní, čisté a pohodlné ubytování hned vedle nádraží Malmi. Parádní vybavení apartnánu, bezkontaktní check-in i při pozdějším příjezdu. Do centra Helsinek jezdí celý den vlak, nádraží je pár minut chůze od hotelu. I když ke hned vedle nádraží, je tu klid. Obchod nedaleko hotelu. V hotelu možnost využít saunu, je zde cook corner, play zóna. Apartmán skvěle vybavený, postel pohodlná. Je zde i restaurace, kde je sleva na konzumaci. Kontakt s personálem perfektní.

Noli Malmi is my usual place to stay. Ideal location for my visits. Very clean rooms.

It could be good to mention bed size as "double bed" not always big enough for 2 people. I think there is also possibility to have a room with a BIG double bed which might be bigger than 140/150 cm.

駅から近く、周りに大型スーパーがあったので買ってきたものを部屋で食べれて良かった。　食器など必要なものはひと通り揃ってます。部屋はこぢんまりしてたけど清潔で綺麗だった。　中心地に比べて安いのでお得に泊まりたい人にはいい。ただヘルシンキ中心地から電車に乗る場合、ちゃんと調べてから乗らないとホテルの最寄りの駅を通過してしまう。マリメッコアウトレットに行くバスのバス停が駅前にあって便利だった。　スタッフも親切だった。

冷蔵庫が大きく、モーター音がうるさくて夜中に何度か起きた

Appena entri in camera senti puzza di cane, poltrona e tappeto macchiati, bagno sporco, tavolo e armadietti della cucina pieni di impronte, anche il phon unto e sporco. Mai stata in un posto piu disgustoso.

Çok konforlu ve temiz bir yer. Toplu ulaşımlara ve marketlere oldukça yakın. Her detay düşünülmüş. Talimatlar açıktı. Ortak alanlar da çok kullanışlı.

Şehir merkezine toplu ulaşımsız gidilemediği için biraz pahalı bir yer. Şehir merkezinde de benzer fiyatlara ev bulunabilir.

Huoneessa kaikki tarvittavat, hiustenkuivaaja, astioita, uuni, kahvinkeitin. Mukavat sängyt, ilmastointi. Sijainti aivan metro-ja bussiaseman kyljessä. Hiljainen ainakin tuolloin. Henkilökunta vastasi nopeasti jos oli kysyttävää. Hinta kohdillaan.

Vessassa viemäri haisi jatkuvasti.

Выбирали этот отель второй раз именно из-за удобного места расположения. Понравился номер, вид из окна, тишина, чистота.

Было бы прекрасно иметь в номере небольшой телевизор. Эта наша поездка совпала с ЧМ по футболу и нам пришлось искать, где посмотреть трансляции матчей.

Понравилось то, что рядом с отелем есть большой магазин. Рядом с отелем на соседней улице можно было припарковать машину бесплатно. Рядом остановка общественного транспорта. Есть большая кухня для всех.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The hotel had everything a person needs when they are on vacation. It's right next to a train and bus station that can take you to the centre of Helsinki in under 20 minutes. We're very satisfied with our stay here!

- nie posprzątano pokoju ani razu podczas tygodniowego pobytu (raz zostawiono mi papier i wyniesiono śmieci, a sprzątanie było mi zaproponowane popołudniu przedostatniego dnia, kiedy właściwie już nie było to potrzebne ze względu na wyjazd) - w piątek wieczorem jedna z wind przestała działać i przez weekend jej nie naprawiono

This was our third time staying at Noli Malmi and there's a reason we keep returning. Helsinki is an expensive city but staying at Noli Malmi is very affordable (especially if you're planning on staying for a week or more) and incredible value. The studio was clean and modern and since the building is situated directly next to the Malmi bus and train stations, getting to Helsinki city center (or anywhere else in Helsinki) is quick and easy. Bistro Palo which is situated on the ground floor offers awesome burgers and a buffet for lunch as well as brunch on weekends. Highly recommended! We greatly appreciated the fact that it is now possible to opt out of housekeeping services during your stay so we could sleep in without the fear of housekeeping disturbing us.

On check-out day, housekeeping still knocked on the studio's door while I was showering despite the do-not-disturb button being pressed. There was also a slight sewer smell from the sink. Since we never had this problem in any of the other studios we stayed in in previous years it might be a good idea to check the pipes regularly.

Iso ja siisti huone. Huoneessa on vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi, pakastin, tiskikone, kaikenlaisia astioita jne. Riittävästi monta pistorasiaa. Tosi iso vaatekaappi. Tosi hyvä äänieristys, vaikka hotelli sijaitsee radan vieressä. Ilmaiset pöytäpelit ja biljardi vastaanottotiskin vastapäätä.

Hotellin ravintola oli suljettu kesän aikana, ja henkilökunta ei voi ehdottaa hotellin lähellä olevia hyviä ruokapaikkoja. Toisaalta, Prisma on aivan lähellä, ostimme ruokaa sieltä. Huone ehkä kaipaa mikroa.

交通方便，環境舒適，設施多元有桑拿，傢俱設備完善就像回到家🏠一樣，下次還會想住的住宿～

The staff and the facilities are the best! All the people I met working there were really kind with me ;) Location is very well connected

В номере есть все необходимое. Чисто и опрятно. Понятное и удобное заселение.

Душно,система кондиционирования работает плохо. Очень шумно,плохая звукоизоляция,достался номер возле лифта и всю ночь не давали спать звуки как из окна так и из коридора/лифта.

Чисто,красиво оформления комнаты много света.

Небыло столовых принадлежности вилок,ножей,ложек.интернет не подключился, может телевизора,чтоб посмотреть новости.

可愛い内装に、子供も大喜び。滞在前や、滞在中に不明なことはスタッフさんがメッセージにて丁寧に対応してくださり安心しましたし、チェックアウト後にスーツケースを預かってくださったことも助かりました。またぜひ利用したいです。

シャワー使用後に下水道のようなにおいが洗面所に広がった点。部屋のドラム式洗濯機が使えなかったこと（電源は入るが水が出なかった）

GREAT quality for the price!! I was surprised at how nice it looked! Plenty of space in the studio I booked, all utensils included, comfy bed and pillows (I was scared the pillows were too low but they ended up being good!), really loved the big window that let some light in! Overall a very nice hotel, the location may be a little bit outside the centre but it's EXTREMELY easy to get there because the train station is right below the hotel. The airport is also about 25mins away in the other direction! Perfect location! Bathroom facilities were great, there was even a washing machine installed! Tap water was good, enough cups, glasses, plates, cooking utensils available. Convenient power sockets, different choices for how much light you want (plenty of lamps to turn on and off), spacious wardrobe. Highly recommend!

There was a smell in my room that might be the plumbing or garbage. May need some repairs but it could probably be fixed! The hotel also faces two big boulevards on either side, so once you open the window you can hear the traffic. However, during the night those streets were quite calm (and mind you, during the summer when it's bright outside), so I only woke up when rush hour traffic hit in the morning. If you like it dead quiet, you'll have to keep the window closed.

Tolle Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber, einfacher Check in,

Skvelé vybavenie izby, všetky spotrebiče čo treba. V cene skvelá sauna, fitness, biliard, stolové hry na recepcii… Super jednoduchý self checkin a checkout.

Namiesto manželskej postele sme mali 2 malé spojené a stále sa odťahovali od seba, na izbe bol trochu smrad lebo nefungoval digestor a lokalita nebola veľmi príjemná.

Hyvä rauhallinen hotelli olen ollut usein aiemmin vaimon kanssa ja on tykätty keittiö hyvin varustettu

Astianpesukoneen luukku ei mennyt kiinni ja pesin astiat lähtöaamuna käsin mutta ei se haitannut ilmoitin respaan lähtiessä

Sisäänkirjutuminen aivan ravintolan vieressä. Sillä hetkellä musiikki soi erittäin voimakkaasti ja oli vaikea keskittyä pitkän matkustuspäivän päätteeksi. Kirjautuminen tuntui vaikealta tästä johtuen.

Meidän huoneemme oli yli 10 kerroksessa ja huomasin viemäreiden haisevan todella paljon, olisi siis varmasti paikallaan laittaa tuota hajua eliminointiin tarkoitettua ainetta viemäriin. Ymmärrän, että vähäinen käyttö ja viemäreiden kuivuminen aiheuttaa hajuhaittoja, mutta viihtyvyyden puolesta tähän on hyvä kiinnittää huomiota.

Allgemeine Sauberkeit, 2x in der Woche geputzr, die Lage gut in die Stadt zu fahren, mit dem Zug, 200m, und kaum 15 min in der Mitte der Stadt

Dass es kein Frühstück gibt. Ok, kannst auch selber die Sachen ins Zimmer kaufen, aber ein einfaches Frühstück wäre gut.
