The coffee machine was disgusting and had never been cleaned. I booked for 3 adults only to find a small sleeper couch that was even uncomfortable to sit on, let alone sleep on.

Th Wi-Fi was slow and sometimes wouldn’t work ,wish their was more blankets because it was cold and it would of been nice if they had a stove or air fryer

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026La stanza è molto bella e accogliente, pulizia ottima, e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ha anche un box se dovesse servire per parcheggiare la macchina. L’host molto gentile e il quartiere residenziale molto bello e sicuro.
L’unica pecca purtroppo è che alla sera faceva freddo dentro la stanza, forse aggiungerei una stufetta o qualcosa per scaldare un pochino. Poi abbiamo dormito comunque bene perché le coperte dei letti erano pesanti

The check-in time was supposed to be from 2pm but we waited outside for an hour for the cleaner to finish. When we got the chance to get in, the cleaner was still not done. We were expected to checkout on time the next day despite the late check-in

There was no twin plugs for us to charge our phones, it was so cold we couldn’t use things like heater because there is no plugs! Hosts aren’t reachable at all. The sofas are uncomfortable, they could do better with setting up the dining room. The TV wasn’t working yoh it’s a lot.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Pillows were yellow did not look good. No electrical points near the mirror to blow dry hair. The lights in the headboard did not work. The headboard is not fixed and is making a noise when you turn in bed. The sleeper couch in the lounge was super uncomfortable to sit and to sleep. The bathroom/tiles/shower not clean. We had to buy toilet paper.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Location was excellent, felt secure and bedlinen was changed very frequently. The lady who came in to deal with bedding and towels was very pleasant. The bed was large, perhaps two queen sized together and very comfortable
Advert felt a little misleading as a larger place was expected from it. As a retired Health and Safety Officer I found flaws.1) a plug was away from the wall in the kitchen and a vase was propped against it to stop from moving forward .2) the cover for the drain in the shower was free and a slipping hazard. 3) a table top ironing board was provided but the only surfaces where it could be used were slippery and you had to be extra careful when ironing that the board didn't slip and iron fall on you 4) No utensil was provided for your toothbrushes and there were a couple of score marks in the shelf around the wash basin which could have been a harbour place for germs. 5) There were scores in the toilet seat which again could harbour germs. 6) the toilet seat was badly marked on the underside from previous use. 7) the walk-in shower was excellent but there was a large amount of limescale on the walls, making it appear that the shower had not been cleaned for some time and the shower partition also hadn't been cleaned for some time. 8) it appeared that there was little management supervision over the cleaning process. The skirting boards in all areas looked as though they had been washed with dirty water and left unsightly marks on all of them. It was a pity with just a little thought from the management team would have solved a lot of the problems. As a ex-holiday let owner I appreciate what the situation is but attention to detail is most important.

The shower door is a little loose, tighten it a bit and you’re good. Had struggle connecting the tv. Since it was late, I gave up and slept-not a train smash.

The property could do with a thorough clean — the towels, sheets, dish cloths, pillows, coffee machine, shower, and blankets had stains, dust, or dirt. It was a short stay, so I opted to sleep on the sleeper sofa instead of the bed because the bedding didn't look clean.
