The location is a plus, that's about it. It's very close to Isla Verde beach, which while not a particularly pretty beach, is a beach.

The door handle lock to my room was broken. After trying for about 20 minutes I gave up, but was eventually able to open a window to my room using a credit card. The owner said they would send someone out to fix the lock but they never did. The next day he stopped responding to my texts. Throughout the entirety of my stay, I was unable to lock the door to my room. There was also only running water from 12-1pm, and when it did run, there was no pressure. The room was hot, I found a bug in my bed more than once, and the curtains do absolutely nothing to block the light. Bring a sleep mask for sure unless you plan to wake up at 6 every day. The parking lot is also too small for the number of units in this building. You will probably end up parking on the street if you can find some.

I liked the Location and that we could walk to different restaurants from the location and it was easy to get in contact with the property owner as well as easily get the keys to the property.

I didn't like that there were roaches EVERYWHERE. when we first go there we literally just took out bags in the room and left to get food came back to bugs all over or bags and from there we literally slept in out close as we had a flight layover and just needed a place for a few hours.

Nobody answered my message or pronouns when is necessary because we had more than 12 hours blackouts and I wrote to the WhatsApp number and I didn’t received any answer. The apartment was really old, dirty and with just 3 hour of water from the 24 of the day, was really awful

Location was wonderful and the property had air conditioning which was appreciated.

When we arrived in PR we were never forewarned by our host about the apparent water shortage in San Juan, so the amenities promised were unavailable. Our first 4 nights there, there was no internet connection and when we tried to contact the host, he would frequently answer hours later. He actually also went into our apartment without letting us know. We asked booking to handle the situation and the host directly lied to them in order to avoid giving us a refund. Absolutely unprofessional and I would avoid staying here if you can.

Me estafaron, renté un apartamento frente a la playa y me dieron un espacio horrible, oscuro, feo, no funcionaba el internet, ni el aire acondicionado, hacia mucho ruido, no habia nadie quien resolviera nada. Pesimo el servicio, muy inseguro porque la reja estaba destrozada la cerradura, la luz de la entrada no servía, el sofá todo sucio y hecho un asco.

The place was great nice view of the ocean walking distance to it and the surrounding places to eat beach was relaxing and the sunsets were amazing also like how safe I felt the whole time I was there

Lots of pigeons and their droppings outside but we near the beach so I didn’t mind. No water for the rest of the stay because a pipe burst and the city of San Juan had to cut the water making showering difficult.

The apartment needs a lot of work to be done. Very out dated. Closet doors doesn't close Iron needs replacing No ironing board The lock to the entrance door is not a good one. Anyone can unlock that door. We had no light to see I had to use my phone.

Close to the beach and had parking.

The noise even the ac was really loud, the bed was uncomfortable old mattes with springs, the TV has noise on the speakers so whatever you are watching will have an extra noise effect, if you’re by yourself on the check out you would have to find a parking outside to turn the remote back to the apartment.

Las fotos se ven muy bien, pero la vista real es decepcionante, además no había tenedores, ni cafetera... tuvimos que solicitarlos aunque al fin nos los dieron. Pero también pedimos abridor de botellas, abre-latas y saca-corcho pero ya nunca nos respondieron. La limpieza es muy deficiente. Además promueven la vista al mar, pero las ventanas están en mal estado, no se pueden abrir, y los cristales estaban sucios, así que se te quitan las ganas de abrir las cortinas para ver el mar... IMPORTANTE: La refrigeradora y el equipo de AC son antiguos y además tan ruidosos que es prácticamente imposible dormir.

This was hands down the worst place I have ever stayed. The room was absolutely crawling with ants and cockroaches—there were so many that I didn't even dare to turn off the lights to sleep. To make matters worse, I found leftover food from the previous guest still sitting in the fridge, which is completely unacceptable. The check-in process was a disaster. There were zero instructions provided beforehand. I actually had to take the initiative to text the phone number provided just to figure out how to get into the building. Save your money and stay somewhere else; the lack of cleanliness and basic management here is appalling.

Lots of outlets did not work. Bed was way too hard. To the point where it was uncomfortable. Hosts were unresponsive.

The apartment was filthy and neglected. Most electronics were rusted and barely functioned. The electrical outlets appeared unsafe, with visible damage in some cases. The building also has a serious pest problem – there was droppings all over. I would not recommend staying here unless urgent repairs and a full extermination are done.

The location is perfect, steps to the beach and walking distance to casino, restaurants and stores.

The mattress needs a topper, a little uncomfortable and another set of keys would be nice.

The lock box was not marked and there were over 30 lock boxes on a fence, it was pouring rain and it took 1/2 hour for the contact person to help me locate and open the correct lock box. The room was dirty, there were no wash cloths, hand towels, paper towels or dish towels. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. No Coffee pot as listed. The bed was dirty, the top sheet not on the bed the pillows were too big for even a giant. WE WOULD LIKE A PARTIAL REFUND, WE COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER.

I was scammed by this person, I was calling for over an hour nonstop to get the room number and code to get into the lock box to get the apartment keys and got no response, host called and texted me an hour and a half after I was supposed to check in.

Room was not what I expected .. fridge make noise, no hot water to shower the whole weekend, bath was not clean good , bed are not made for 2 people to sleep comfortably, bed was so uncomfortable, contact owner about the water no response.

It was dirty public hair on toilet on floor. Dirty shower floor. Dirty mops in closet.food left in fridge. Bed was as hard as a board. Elevator did not work. I left in a few hours and rebooked to a nice hotel. The place was a dump.never again.

I didn’t like that the room was infesting with roaches and ants. The shower do not get hot at ALL and it shoot out like a pressure washer and it was very uncomfortable .

The location. Perfect. The room was ok. Good fridge The a/c was good, a little to noisy.

The host was very unprofessional. Then promised a refund a week later and still nothing. Walked into the room bed unmade, trash in both trash bins. Trash on the cabinets and in the restroom. Hairs everywhere, even after he changed the sheets. I still woke up with someone hair in the bed with me. Arguing with the host about rather or not I suppose to be in the room. He changed his tune when I finally asked me my name. Quickly tried to apologize but words already had been exchanged. Check in was 3 I arrived at 9pm. I was not pleased. The way he was talking on the phone I feel as if he just changed the bed sheets, pick up the trash and sprayed air fresher.

The roaches that were there ,the cigarette stain on the couch, the blood stain on the bed sheets. We did not sleep due to paranoia of the roaches.

Location was great, clean place. Needs to improve bed, AC and refrigerator the rest was exactly what I was looking for.

AC, not cool enough, refrigerator was mold and very old needs improvement and the bed was king of uncomfortable even though was the right size for 1 adult.

Dirty, floor wasn’t swept properly and there was hair on the sink and in the shower that didn’t belong to me. There was airport bag tags stuck to the blanket. The ceiling was caving in and one of the pictures was obviously water damaged. Sink and fridge badly rusted. It was difficult to lock and unlock the door. The check in process was weird.

I didn’t like how the door knob could be jiggled and the door would open. Not very secure. Wouldn’t have wanted to bring my wife and kid
