The thing I liked most was the beach access and how close it was to the location. Having the beach within walking distance of my stay was awesome and made the experience even more enjoyable.

I was disappointed that the beds were too small for two people. I booked two rooms: one for my husband and me, and the other for our three adult daughters and my granddaughter. Based on the room descriptions, I was expecting at least queen-size beds. Instead, both rooms were equipped with small double beds, which made the sleeping arrangements uncomfortable for our group. I would appreciate your feedback regarding this issue and how it can be addressed for future guests.

La ubicación está en Isla Verde, buenas playas y muy próximo al aeropuerto, fácil para ir en coche a Condado o el Viejo San Juan, pero la zona es poco agradable para el paseo.

Por error nos tiraron una bolsa de comida a la basura cuando les pedimos que nos la guardaran y se ve que decidieron aun así comerse algunas chocolatinas, se disculparon pero fue un momento raro. Por otro lado pese a hacer cambios con booking, la estancia se cobró a una tarjeta anterior y no a la que indicabamos.

We had room 111 and it was roomy, clean and comfortable. I believe our room was the largest. Two queen size beds which was ideal for us. Location was great, walking distance to restaurant etc.. beach was right around the corner. Lounge chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach. It is an INN so it's not a 5star place but I would recommend it for a few days stay. I bought some ceviche and cake from the locals selling as they walked thru-out the beach. There was a small truck selling food but in that area there aren't many vendors, so pack a lil lunch and a few waters and you'll be good. If you are looking for a good breakfast, lunch or dinner you can walk (about 7-10mins) left out of the hotel called Lechonera Diego. We went for breakfast and dinner. No reservation needed. Natural juices are the best.

I didn't like the window facing the street but they had black out curtains or shades and they did have ear plugs for your comfort which did work. It's not a deal breaker. I would stay in the same room again. They did run out of water one night but it was no fault of theirs due to the water shortage. We bought a few gallons of water and were able to wash up with no issues.

Staff never answered my calls… when I arrived no staff showed up till half an hour… I had to change reservation bcuz of flight delays… booking did the change and when I got there it wasn’t honored….wanted to add a day but was told I had to leave and check in at 3pm which made no sense …

Es un lugar viejo pero esta bastante bien para un par de dias.

The staff were great and the location was wonderful. We had a rental car, so it was a huge plus to have parking. A great beach access just next to the property. Well equipped kitchen should you desire to cook.

Location and price was great for a quick trip. Although the place is an older hotel, it was clean and well appointed. Was a quick walk to the beach, and good places to eat. Price was also great for the area. The owner was great with help during check in and local questions. If you are looking for an inexpensive clean safe place to stay a few days this is a good choice. Free parking was included also.

Close to restaurants, shopping and beach.

They have mosquitoes in the room and they have cockroaches. I’m familiar with the Island having roaches so I just wanna mention it so you’re not surprised if you see any. Besides that the room was clean. And the staff very friendly.

Nice location, spacious room

The room doesn’t have much light. It seems that the windows are never opened, very dirty. The shades don’t work. Front desk requests are unconventional: asked for documentation before check in, not aware that I checked out and sent me a message and even called me to make sure I was checking out on time.

Location is amazing right on the beach . The cost was my biggest selling point. I was able to do a few days before my cruise. I will definitely come back. The staff was super kind and accommodating. Your right in the middle of everything. They provided is with a great list of other pleases to go and try.

The room is clean and comfortable and it smells so good. Check in and check out is very fast. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt so safe walking around the area even at night. There's a lot of restaurants, grocery and gift shops around so you won't get hungry. I like that there's a kitchen so if you want to get some groceries and want to cook some breakfast you can definitely do that. And most importantly, the beach is a minute walk which is awesome! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found it very relaxing. I would definitely come back!

Size of building, feels a lack of privacy, the idea of sharing one fridge for all guests didn't sit right with me. It was not worth the money spent for one night, very over priced.

We came in later at night, so you can hear the music and driving around of the evening/late crowd.

Right next to the beach, enough parking, rooms were clean and had a decent sized bathroom/shower.

Walls were a little thin, didn't bother us much, but if you're a light sleeper it might be an issue.

The hotel was very cool the beach is a walk away and the street provides resturants , stores gas stations to walk and grab a bite. Shared hotel refrigde and very clean and afforable next too the airport.

It was a last minute stay as our flight was canceled. Thankfully they had a room available.

It’s not a beachfront property but there’s a path beside it that leads to the beach. We didn’t feel like walking that far to get to the beach.

This property is a good value for the money and is near the beach and many restaurants. It was perfect for what we needed. The check-in desk person was very gracious, polite, and helpful! There was also parking for our rental car.

Shared kitchen/refrigerator and no view from the room, but I think we got plenty of value for the money we spent.

room was clean but had an overwhelming odor of air freshener. the location is very very good and steps away from the beach.

property is sad looking. no welcome sign, little landscaping. front entrance is like entering a lockdown facility. the lighting in the whole place is fluorescent and depressing. light fixtures are outdated and old. low lighting in common areas. Sad furniture in common areas. Staff smoked (tobacco and weed) outside on their breaks that filtered in through the open side door. The rooms also have bright fluorescent lighting and outdated furniture. there is nothing warm or relaxing about the rooms. our window shade was broken so we had no natural light coming in.

Location to the beach and value were the top two features. It is an older and dated hotel, but safe.

We were happy with the property. Everything seemed clean and in order.

Man, the location is awesome. My room was cold. The water was hot when I wanted to take a shower. My room was kept clean. The hallways were kept clean. The grounds outside were kept clean. Did I mention the location is awesome

It’s an old building cosmetically need some attention. The kitchen wasn’t well cleaned or kept clean like the coffee pot was sticky and the cabinets could been wiped clean better and in the kitchen area it was hot so it wasn’t enjoyable to like go make a coffee or to cook something. Maybe you could put an AC unit just in that kitchen area so that if someone wanted to make breakfast they could enjoy the breakfast in the cooler

I love the fact that this is literally right off the beach, and 5 mins from the airport.

It’s a little loud on the weekend, but it’s to be expected with it being on the main strip where everyone is partying.

Very clean and spacious. Nice access to public beach. Security measures help feel safe; especially with room doors that don't feel super secure. It's nice the whole facility is locked up.

Door to room does not have a deadbolt. Street noise is very loud, but they give earplugs. I personally was able to sleep until the garbage trucks came.

Loved being close to the beach and airport at such a reasonable room rate. Beach towels were provided! Staff were very friendly.
