Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Die Lage und die Aussicht ist wunderbar und wir würden diese Suite bei einem nächsten Besuch wieder buchen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte bestens. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wichtig ist auch, dass ein Parkplatz zugemietet werden kann, mit direktem Zugang aus dem Treppenhaus/Lift.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Great location in the center of town and within 1 min walk to the pier, 5-10 min walk to the grocery store. My husband and I stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit, which was very clean and spacious. It also included washer and dryer. Is also next door to restaurants. Also, there is an option to utilize the basement parking space at an additional cost (note overall public parking is limited in town). There is a nice kitchen in the unit, but no microwave. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend.
No microwave, and unable to remotely open/close the basement garage (for parking). Overall, these are not deal breakers and still a great, lovely stay.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Die Lage ist gut (was in dem kleinen Ort aber auch fast grundsätzlich gegeben ist) Das Wohnzimmer mit der Küche ist sehr schön eingereichtet.
Die Übergabe des Schlüssels (man musste sich fast minutengenau abstimmen (Rückmeldung sonst 60 Minuten Wartezeit!), was bei einer Rundreise mnachmal etwas schwierig sein kann. Die anderen Zimmer sind im Vergleich zum Wohnzimmer im Design etwas abgefallen. Rolladen (vermutlich Batterie leer) ging in einem der Schalfzimmer nicht (bei Mitternachtssonne etwas ungünstig). Für 570 EUR /Nacht aus unserer Sicht eindeutig zu teuer (wir hatten auf unserer Reise stylischere Apartment in Top Lage, die fast 50 % günstiger waren).

Vi trivdes veldig godt i denne romslige og koselige leiligheten. Beliggenheten er sentral, og det er gangavstand til alle de viktigste stedene i byen. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The location is fantastic - could not be better - and the apartment is well equipped and in good taste.
Our apartment was on the first floor right above the street. There was a lot of noise and no privacy with every passerby staring right into the apartment at us. The apartment lacks air conditioning and was scorching hot, the thermometer showed 28.5 celsius inside the apartment when we arrived and the only way to cool it was to open the balcony windows which let in noise and cooled it down only to 26 celsius. My son was unable to fall asleep due to the heat. The apartment is rather expensive yet the owners are cheap and you get nothing - not even a single bottle of water or a piece of fruit in a 2-night stay. We announced our arrival time but had to wait 15-20 minutes more to get the keys and this seems like a recurring pattern. The main bedroom had a decent bed but the second bedroom had a pair of tiny beds and they were very uncomfortable. I am still rating it 8/10 and not lower because of its advantages, but the owners can easily improve by installing air conditioning, giving guests a welcome package, adding a lockbox for keys for self check-in, putting in a larger bed, and so on.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026De locatie in het centrum van Scolvaer is top. En de ruimte en kwaliteit van de accommodatie is ook top! Echt een fijn verblijf gehad daar in Svolvaer.
Het zou fijn zijn als er duidelijk wordt vermeld tijdens de boeking of je aan de voorkant of aan de zijkant zit. Dan zijn die verwachtingen duidelijk. Nu zaten we aan de zijkant, met wel hele dag zon op ons terras, dus uiteindelijk toch een zeer fijn balkon.

This is being picky, and should be read as constructive. A little information about the area, restaurants etc. and instructions for the hob and coffee machine - but we soon worked it out anyway. A bath would have been appreciated but only because we participated in the artic triple event and were aching afterwards!

Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dalle agenzie per i tour di Svolvær e da numerosi ristoranti. Unica piccola nota negativa, non compromettente, è l’assenza di alcuni generi di base in cucina (sale, pepe, olio, zucchero). Per il resto, accoglienza e pernottamento sono stati ottimi. Tornerei sicuramente.

Parking is easy and the view is good especially if you book a 2 bedroom penthouse which booked by our friends, so we got the chance to enjoy that view as well

我以為房間如同刊登的照片，是大面積面向海邊，可是整個房間只有出去到小陽台的地方可以看到一小部分的海。另外check-in 也不是很方便，必須在事先告訴房東大約幾點到，到了之後再打電話給房東，房東再步行過來 (約5分鐘) 面交鑰匙, 對於沒有電話卡的旅客不是很方便。

The staff gave us the wrong code to the door, we couldn't get into the apartment, and it was after the office hour, nobody was on the phone neither at the reception to help you. Had to stand in the coldness for over an hour until I found the person who clean the apartment on another floor. He gave me the correct code.
