(Only for improvement..but everything is great!!..)...#Too much dust .👉..the bedsheets,the sofas cover and the towels smell like a long time inside the cabinet ..i can smell it..the sliding door in the bath room is needed to be fixed i was stuck inside..no sliding roller...😔 Once again...I'm not complaining i just observed.it.🙏...i have severe asthma and my sense of smell is very sensitive..my comments is just..to improve more..❤️.but everything is ok.stuff and owner are very kind and attentive.. building is very secured.. everyone are so friendly....9/10❤️ thank you so much..❤️🙏i probably come back again...

Reviewed Feb 12, 2025The property is strategically located with nearby bank, groceries, convenience store, and restaurants. Most of them are just a few steps away. Public transportation was also very accessible. The place was clean and has most of the things we need for a comfortable stay.
The pillows were too firm and high. We tried to use the throw pillows but they had a bad smell like they weren’t washed. There was also a smell from the drain (like from the pipes or grease trap) and the smell often spreads throughout the unit.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2024Wonderful unit. Great location. Everything was as pictured. Hotel-like comfort at a very reasonable price, with a great view too! Owner and caretaker were very responsive and gave detailed instructions. Parking was free and was right at the same tower, so it was very convenient. My parents and aunt loved staying at this unit. We’ll definitely book this unit again when in Tagaytay! Thanks again!

Reviewed Jan 30, 2023We loved everything about it. The view, location (very close to eateries and Robinsons mall), corner unit, very cosy, Netflix, that day bed by the window, clean apartment. It has every necessity you need and more. The books and humidifier were a nice touch! I enjoyed reading the book of Hygge - was then wondering if the apartment was inspired by the book ;) Erin and the caretaker, Lorelei were very responsive and ensure that their guests are well taken care of.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2023What I like about this property is that, it’s nearby restaurants, grocery store and famous tourist attraction Skyranch which is few steps away from the building. It is clean and cozy, we definitely enjoyed our stay.
The administration office location , where guest can buy pool passes. I find it uneasy to access the office because we have to walk down 3 buildings then to the parking where the office is located. It would be better if the pool passes are available at the building Reception itself.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2022I really like the location. Perfect view of taal. kahit nasa dining or kitchen ka pa kitang Kita mo Ang buong taal lake. ☺️🤩 Clean room. Fresh linens, complete toilet amenities. Complete kitchenwares. Will definitely book here again next time. Hosts are also nice & responsive in all inquiries. Will recommend this to my friends. 👍🏻
