Fake booking that is why i rated low

Location coz its accesible.

- Dust everywhere. - No toiletries and basic accomodation necessities like bath mat, door mats, and dust pan. - Netflix wasnt working properly, and the contact person was not very responsive with netflix questions. - Broken cabinets. - Roaches everywhere.

The room was clean and quiet. Our needs were met and there were restaurants and a convenience store nearby.

Check in at 3pm is later than I usually arrive at a place. I had to wait, but the room was not being prepared.

Amazing location

Our stay was severely disappointing due to several significant issues. First, the property itself had considerable drawbacks. The daily ₱450 parking fee was exorbitant, especially considering the inconvenient, open-air lot requiring a long walk to the condo lobby. Second, the unit fell far short of the advertised description. While the Taal Lake view was as promised, the overall experience lacked the comfort and relaxation we sought. Numerous problems plagued the unit: - Missing/Broken Cooking Appliances: Upon arrival, we discovered a lack of a proper stove or induction cooker (despite needing one for Christmas Eve dinner), with only a small, inadequate electric stove available. The caretaker admitted the induction cooker was broken, a fact the owner had known for a considerable time but failed to communicate to us beforehand. - Clogged Sink: On December 25th, the kitchen sink clogged, causing rice and water to overflow onto the floor. - Water Leak: A water leak occurred on a rainy day, damaging the wall and floor. - Foul Odor: A persistent foul smell emanated from the sink. - Pest Infestation: Small cockroaches were present in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, and bedroom. - Lack of Cleaning Supplies: No mop was provided. - Missing Amenities: Advertised complimentary toiletries were absent. Third, the owner's lack of clear information regarding parking added unnecessary stress, particularly on a rainy day. Fourth, upon checkout, we received an accusatory message from the owner regarding the clogged sink, implying we were responsible. This was unacceptable considering the pre-existing issues we encountered. Our Christmas getaway, intended for relaxation and enjoyment, unfortunately turned into a disappointing experience. We will not be returning to this property.

Patio door wouldn't close all the way. Very few parking options. Check in was a disaster. Give them atleast half a day to get you checked in

Great view! I loved having my coffee in the morning looking out at the Taal volcano! And its a very comfortable apartment, with a hot shower with good pressure. The only negative I have to say is the sliding door/window needs to be fixed. It was not possible to close it, and it made some noise in the night. Other then that, this is fantastic value for money. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tagaytay!

We really enjoy the view from our room. We also love to eat in the table facing the Taal. The vibe was cozy, there are a lots of bed. You can also watch movie and have some karaoke. We will defintely comeback for a stay again.

There arw few things they don't have for a dinning set, like pitcher. We also looked for board games, but didn't see any. The CR although it's clean and have a heater, there's no place to put your things when you get a shower.

The place was so nice and clean compare to the other unit... It is best place for family and friends to good stay its so comfortable... Best recommended! Thanks to mam kristine for accomodating us... Will come back again to get this unit..😊

Cooking utensils were difficult to use as the cords didn't reach plugs etc.

Location

Not as clean as I hoped. Some of the dirty blankets were left in the storage of the sofa bed. Some molds in the bin in the bathroom were toilet papers were kept. Woke up the next morning with the AC unit dripping water resulting in a puddle of water on the floor. We contacted the owner regarding the blankets and a caretaker came to take care of the matter. Netflix account/code not valid.

The perfect view of the taal volcano from the unit. The unit is cozy and homey, not like the other units. The place is very relaxing and perfect for a staycation. This is my 2nd time staying in this place, and still there's no thing that can disappoint me in this unit.

The room has an amazing view of the taal volcano. The placing of the high chair and high table against the window is perfect! Also, the room is spacious and can accomodate up to 6 persons. Looking forward to my next booking with my friends or family.

The best part was how nicely the place was designed, especially the cozy nook with a great view of Taal. - Plenty of comfy sleeping spots - Everything we needed in the kitchen - The bathroom was spotless (unlike other places we've stayed at in Wind, this one didn't smell weird) - The owner was really helpful - Big TV with Netflix

Unfortunately, the internet was down during our stay due to a problem with PLDT, and the data signal was weak.

The view from the window is breathtaking. You can clearly see Taal Lake. The unit is clean when we arrived. We did not meet the owner or caretaker but they provided clear instructions. The internet is also fast which is nice.

The kitchen has an electric stove but it does not even make water boil, so it's nice to have an induction stove that is working (the one in the unit is not working). No pitcher for water and drinks. The sliding window rattles all the time since the place is very windy. In the description, its says that there are free toiletries included, but we did not see any, so we had to buy from a nearby convenience store.

1 Window/Door is broken, when the Air blows you can hear the impact inside the room, which worries me a lot😔😔😔.

The location is perfect. The lake view is the best I've seen. The wifi is quite fast. The room is clean. Big TV with Netflix. 4 beds! We checked in very late and the owner was kind enough to assist us.

The window latch was broken which caused a lot of noise due to strong winds. The owner is already in talks with bldg admin to fix it.

Smooth check in, very spacious unit. Clean and very bango ng room upon entering. And the lake view sobrang gandaaa!! Very accomodating ni Ms. Kristine and responsive sa inquiries namin. Very good dn kasi may free parking sa commercial area ng condo first come first serve basis. Overall experience was great!

We were not able to use the free wifi coz of low to no connection but oks lng. Overall stay was indeed great! 😊

Location was great! Easy check in. Fast response from the property owner. Beds had fresh linen and comfortable. Enough towels. Property is under new ownership.

Bad Sewer smell in the kitchen/kitchen sink, small bugs (maybe small roaches) came up through the kitchen sink drain at night. Closet did not have the rod to hang clothes. Microwave door and rice cooker was not wiped clean/ still had grease marks. No toilet paper upon arrival.

A perfect place to stay. Everything was nice. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Comfy and close to everything The view was great, we could see taal lake and sky ranch. The sunset was breathtaking! The staff was also kind and helpful with anything. Would definitely recommend. Thank you! 😊

The reception girl.. I didn't get the name but the one on duty last Dec 23. She's not accommodating simple questions cannot answer directly..

They have to correct the timings in the website because it says there that the check in: 12:00 nn & check out: 2:00 pm. So we arrived at 12:00 nn and they said check in is still at 2:00 pm, so we have to wait for 2 hrs. The following day the check out was said to be at 12:00 nn and since we knew it was 2:00 pm we woke up late, but to be fair, they gave us consideration until 1:00 pm. Just a little confusion on this but the rest are fine especially the location and views. Highly recommended.
