The accommodation was a very good price, so we didn't have high expectations, but that was fine as we just needed a base for 3 nights. However the accommodation exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. Great location, within easy reach of lovely walks and the town centre. Also very close to a convenience store which sold some lovely things.

There was no soap, shower gel or shampoo which we had assumed would be provided (it might have said in the small print but we didn't see that!) so that was a bit of an inconvenience.

A super location and has parking. The shop a few doors away is super for self catering

Two bathrooms for a two bedroom is very convenient. Walking distance to town and it has parking! We enjoyed our stay.

L appartement disposait d un salon, cuisine bien équipée, 2 chambres confortables et accueillantes, 2 salles de bains . Accès wifi a disposition. L emplacement parfait, proche du centre-ville et des commodités (station service, supermarché)

La robinetterie des lavabos mal adaptée ( éclaboussures). Pression d eau faible dans la douche.

I would remove grass verge and wall outside to create more room for parking and turning car.

Location was great, delighted with apartment, clean and tidy, nice packet od biscuits left by the host.

A few niggles. The WiFi was totally inadequate, and prooved of no use. It was ridiculously warm in the hallway with no obvious way of turning the heat down. There were overly bright automatic lights, which weren't needed. There was no bread knife, and a lack of cooking implements. The owners might like to properly fix the bathroom taps. Annoyingly loose. Also grouting bloom should be cleaned from the ensuite bathroom tiles.

The location and cleanliness

Location was great - close to everything. Very quite and the nearest shop had everything you could need although a little expensive.

Très peu de choses ! La fonction sèche linge n'a pas fonctionné sur la machine à laver, et il manquait de quoi suspendre les affaires mouillées. Une odeur d'égout dans une salle de bains. Mais rien de grave du tout, superbe séjour !

Easy to find, code for Key. The host had left us Milk and a box of chocolates which was a really nice touch!

Location, comfortable bed, warm, it had all we needed next door to a food hall. Management and team were very accommodating and supportive. Thank you Joe and Niamh.

Cars parked outside house on sat morning on both side if house, blocking view of car reversing out to main road. So better to reverse park in house compound - easier to get out to main road.

What a beautiful apartment. Clean, spacious and beautiful soft furnishings throughout. Wifi as promised and parking at the door. We couldn’t fault it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Op loopafstand van het centrum, twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Eenvoudig, maar alles is aanwezig en netjes en geen last van de drukke weg die langs het huis loopt.

Erg smalle en zachte tweepersoonsbedden, koelkast in de keuken werkte niet geweldig (veel condens) en met de kleine pannen is het moeilijk om eten voor 4 personen te koken

The host gave us detailed information about check-in. The location of the apartment is fine, and there was a good parking spot right in front of the house.

Setting optimal water temperature was a little difficult.

It was next to a lovely petrol station that made fresh baked goods and had a variety of fresh food.

1. Could find location. Never heard of an eir code before that you apparently put into google maps to pin the location. Due to the bike show (not informed about this) it took over 30 minutes to travel the road when we missed the house and had to turn around. (Generally a 2min drive) We stopped at numerous places asking for help, and no one could tell us where the house was. The phone number provided didn't answer the calls, so we were reliant on receiving emails. 2. No working heater in kitchen or lounge rooms. 2 nights were cold. 3rd night, a heater was provided. 3. Tried to use the washer /dryer, but the drier instructions are 2 words that don't correspond with the appliance. 4. No internet connection, as a group of 4 after a long day of travel. We couldn't enjoy a movie together, using netflix, which was advised we could log into, this wasn't working. 5. Kitchen appliances were great. However, there were no utensils to support the kitchen. No tongs, no spatulas, no sharp knife to cut veggies etc. and pans were chipping off Teflon. We stayed 3 days here, and this part of the trip was not enjoyable and we couldn't spend quality time socialising together in the evenings due to the above. Sorry, this place needs improving We deserve a refund for this stay.

The sensor lights in the hall. Annoying the way they kept going on and off every time you went down the hall. Especially at night

The apartment was ideal for a stay with family. It was fully equipped and super clean. Location is great for walking into town or going to concert in INEC.

Didn't have a hairdryer or shampoo or shower gel which would be a nice touch.

Very easy access

The taps are weird and quite annoying. The milk left for us in fridge was off. I’d always appreciate tea coffee and milk being left for guests.

would be good to put a shingle out the front and give the place its name to make it easier to find. Also to give a clue like grey house with Red Door.

Everything! Comfortable, big property in a fantastic location. Close walk to the CBD, the park & facilities. Great beds, facilities and comfortable for two couples.

The exit lights and auto lighting was unnecessary. Not being able to choose what lights were on wasn’t great but that was our only concern.

The location is great with a convenience store nearby having a mini grocery store. There is not A/C, so we had to leave the windows open, which was tough on my allergies. The apartment was spacious and clean. Parking was easy and host was quick to respond with questions. We had what we needed except a coffee pot.

Since there is not A/C, the bathroom air did not circulate much which didn't work well for my allergies.

Smells mouldy, especially in the main bathroom. Also, there was a lot of hair on the floor throughout the apartment when we arrived.

The apartment was tidy and clean. It was a nice touch to leave us milk and biscuits. Location was great to get out of Killarney to explore and to walk into town for something to eat. Nice nearby garage with a good shop.

Great apartment, it was really spacious. It had everything we needed. Excellent location, close to everything.

1) It was hard to find the location. 2) The bathrooms smelt terrible. It at least needed airing and some scented sprays, candles to disguise the smell. 3) No soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, coffee, oil. no little added extras. 4)No cooking utensils, no tongs, spatulas, sharp knives. 5)No instructions how to use the heating, taps or washing machine.

Really clean comfortable. Great location near everything.

Parking and getting in and out of main road difficult. Hard to find place first night even with Google maps perhaps better signage of house.

We loved having two bathrooms! We slept with windows open and it was quiet. We had a lot of space. It was walkable to everything. Parking was included which was fabulous.

We would have appreciated more direction regarding using the (unfamiliar to us) heating system and the shower. Shampoo and soap are typically included and weren’t available and this was a surprise to us.small details like shower use directions and basic bathing products would make our stay better.

The bathrooms especially the shower in the main ensuite was so dirty. Look like it had not been cleaned in some time.

one little thing, could not find cutting knives. also, we had trouble locating apartment, maybe more specific instructions like 4 doors down from Centro.

Good space for 4 people and close to town centre. Parking at property good.

Not a criticism but property would have been easier to find if we had the name of the house, which is on the pier.

convenient to town, the owner stayed on the phone with us to find our way thru Friday afternoon traffic roundabouts to get there in one piece

a little tricky to locate with gps - could use a flag or something and mention gray house red door across from the apple green would’ve helped immensely

The ease of non contact check in was great .contact from the owner was exceptional

This apartment is very big and has way more space than expected. In ten minutes by foot you are in the middle of Killarney. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the host very flexible. I can recommend greatly to stay in this apartment.
