Tolle, ruhige Randlage und ein wunderschön eingerichtetes, typisch charmantes Häuschen. Super Ausstattung und ein rundum toller Aufenthalt!

Erg schoon en ruim.

Lokatie was top! Mooi opgeknapt appartement met mooi ingerichte keuken, fijne douche en een klein binnenplaatsje. Check out om 1100 was ook relaxed.

Het 2p bed was erg zacht, een topper op een boxspring. De matras ontbrak. De slaapbank was hard en van skai dus erg zweterig.

Alles, wat een luxe, rituals badspullen, maar ook watjes en wasmiddel koffie thee zout pepper. Alles wat je nodig kon hebben was er. Locatie was top overal dichtbij.

Our second time here. Perfect location, you can walk from the railway station and everywhere in the centre. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Huge fridge. Extra toilet downstairs is very useful. Easy key handover, friendly easy-going host who let us leave our suitcases for 3 hours after check out, no problem.

(Original) stairs are cute but really steep with a suitcase. Price went up quite a lot.

Alles eigenlijk. Erg vriendelijke en snel reagerende gastvrouw. Een fantastische accommodatie met een zeer complete inboedel wat onze verwachtingen overtrof, op een fantastische locatie. Het was top!

Het enige wat een klein beetje tegenviel was het comfort van de slaapbank. Maar voor 2 nachten was dit te overzien. De bedden daarentegen waren goed.

Communication with the host was quick, easy, and very friendly. The apartment is located right in the city center, yet on a quiet street, making it a perfect place to relax. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen—and even more. The bathroom was also excellent, with high-quality toiletries provided. Another big advantage is the public parking located just a short walk away, which makes staying here by car very convenient. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

Nothing all was great

Modern eingerichtetes Apartment in zentral gelegener Lage. Perfekt für 2-3 Personen. Sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet (Kaffeebohnen, Tee, Kekse, Milch, Zucker vorhanden).

Man teilt sich mit einem anderen Apartment eine Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist sehr alt und bereits ein mehreren Stellen gebrochen, was wirklich gefährlich sein kann.

Indeling met slaapkamer boven, het zag er allemaal keurig uit, en lekkere koffie :-).

Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Koffie, suiker, afwasmiddel. Douche gel en shampoo. Vertrouwde plek, we zijn er vaker geweest.

Stijle trap van split level is niet voor iedereen.

Ja de benadering van degene die de sleutel.kwam brengen woonde er boven en was duidelijk in uitleg en vrie vriemdelijk en de locatie en de ruimte en de mogelijkheden

Die Lage war perfekt, wir konnten alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

Fijne locatie: loopafstand van station en centrum. Heerlijk bed en prachtige badkamer.

Vriendelijk ontvangst en mooie locatie net buiten centrum en vlakbij parkeergarage en station.

Helaas zit het appartement niet direct aan de A. De bedbank in de huiskamer is erg gammel, maar slaapt wel prima.

Een mooi schoon appartement, alles zit erin wat je nodig hebt tijdens je verblijf.

Kan niks verzinnen

Heel ruim appartement, met koud water in de koelkast en koffie en thee faciliteiten. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse.

De trap naar boven is best stijl, voor ons geen probleem maar kan lastig zijn voor iemand die wat minder mobiel is.

Prima plek om te thuis te ontbijten en te koken. Hele aardige gastvrouw. Mooie badkamer en slaapkamer.

De slaapbank in de kamer. Er was ons uitgelegd dat we die groter konden maken. Maar dat lukte niet. Uiteindelijk er wel goed op geslapen. De witte kuipstoeltjes zitten niet zo best.

Mooie plek. Lekker centraal. Fijn om zelf te koken. Heel stil.

Vriendelijk. Host liet gelijk zien waar alles was en vertelde dat ik haar altijd kon bereiken voor vragen. Goede faciliteiten en erg fijn verblijf.

Er was geen olie en afwasmiddel in de keuken. Ondanks een vaatwasser is het toch handig om afwasmiddel te hebben.

Eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung in direkter Lage zur lebendigen Innenstadt. Sehr empfehlenswert. 👍

Het appartement is ook erg goed bevallen ligt heel centraal en voor drieën zeer ruimtelijk

Great location, walking distance from central attractions. All facilities are new, high quality, and the coffee machine with free (beans) coffee was the cherry on top of the cake… host very helpful for a fast check-in with plenty of explanations about the area.

Mooi gerenoveerd arbeidershuisje, vlak achter de vismarkt in het centrum. Mooie woonkamer met een keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Een klein buitenplaatsje aan de achterkant. Boven een slaapkamer met een mooie douche en toilet.

Perfect location on my favourite street in the city, with beautiful view of the canal😍 Aysegul was very welcoming. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Alloggio bello e comodo, facile da raggiungere a piedi sia dalla stazione che dal centro città. Si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla e silenziosa. Cucina molto bella e ben accessoriata, addirittura con la macchina del caffè che usa caffè in grani di ottima qualità che viene macinato al momento: abbiamo apprezzato! La casa che abbiamo affittato è disposta su due piani: piano terra con una zona giorno unica, con divano, tavolo per 6 persone e cucina. C'è anche un bagnetto molto comodo per chi dorme al piano terra. Il soggiorno è separato dall'ingresso e dalle scale: c'è una porta che permette di chiuderlo così da creare una stanza separata, inoltre si evita che dall'ingresso entri il freddo. La camera superiore è una mansarda aperta con letto matrimoniale e bagno completo. Tutta la casa è ben ristrutturata, molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere bene anche un soggiorno prolungato. Nel soggiorno c'è un divano letto da una piazza e mezza, che per due adulti forse non sarebbe stato molto comodo, ma la proprietaria ci ha fornito anche una bella branda: abbiamo dormito benissimo. La proprietaria è molto simpatica, gentile e disponibile: ha risposto subito alle nostre richieste e ha fatto il possibile per aiutarci.

Uno dei materassi del letto matrimoniale in mansarda era molto molle. Chi lo ha usato non ha dormito bene. Non saprei dire se il materasso è un po danneggiato o se è una questione di gusti e abitudini. Il piano mansardato si raggiunge tramite una scala ripidissima con scalini molto stretti: una tipica scala olandese delle case di una volta. Occorre tenerne conto, soprattutto considerato che al piano terra c'è solo una toilette: il bagno completo con la doccia è in mansarda.

The hostess is very nice and accommodating. Location is good. Not far from the train station. Has 2 toilets, one upstairs and another downstairs.

There was a brief period of street noise at night but not long. Stairs up to shower room are quite steep.

Geräumiges Apartment im Erdgeschoss direkt am Kanal. Freundliche Schlüsselübergabe, richtig schön, mal eine echte Person zu treffen, die entspannt mit der Ankunftszeit umgeht und einem einen richtigen Schlüssel in die Hand drückt;) Sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, schickes Bad, praktische Küche, kleines Terrässchen nach hinten raus und nach vorne direkt der Blick auf die A.

Alles sehr freundlich, eigentlich nichts zu meckern. Der Preis war wegen Stadtfest relativ hoch, aber das ist in Groningen anscheinend generell so.

Everything was perfect!!! The apt is in a very good location near the down town. It is clean and with anything you might need! All new!!! Aysegul was very friendly and helpful! We love the place and we will back very soon!
