Die Lage war für mich optimal! Kurze Fußwege zur Bushaltestelle (nur wenige Minuten), zum Bahnhof (unter 10 Minuten) und in die Innenstadt. Ein K-Market befand sich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Für mich war es perfekt.

Im Appartement: die Ausstattung an Besteck fand ich ungewöhnlich wenig. Da ich die Küchenutensilien nur fürs Frühstück benutzte war es okay. Die Dusch-Nische fand ich ungewöhnlich klein und hatte Sorge, daß das Bad/der Boden nach dem Duschen komplett nass ist, aber überraschenderweise war das nicht der Fall. Die Gummiflitsche für den Boden zog die Feuchtigkeit gut ab.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The location couldn’t have been better — it’s within easy walking distance to grocery stores and just minutes from the city center, which made everything so convenient. Whether we wanted to explore downtown or quickly grab essentials, it was all right there. Host provided towels and soap, kitchenware also available. The highlight of our stay was definitely the view. It was absolutely stunning — outside of the window is covered in snow looked like something out of a postcard. Waking up to that scenery each morning was truly special. The place was also very easy to locate, with clear directions and no hassle upon arrival. Overall, a beautiful, convenient, and stress-free stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We did have a small issue with cold air coming in through the window, which made the room a bit chilly at first. However, the host responded immediately and fixed the problem right away. We really appreciated how quickly and efficiently it was handled — it made a big difference and showed great hospitality.

Sehr gute Lage zum Bahnhof und zum Supermarkt und auch zum Zentrum war es nicht weit. Der Vermieter hat einen Heizlüfter bereit gestellt, weil die Heizung im Bad nicht ging.

Sehr einfache und ältere Ausstattung, hier müssten dringend Gegenstände ausgetauscht werden.(altes Besteck, Spiegelschrank, Geschirr, harte Holzstühle ohne Kissen) Leselampe ohne Steckdose Keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen kein Geschirrhandtuch, Aufwaschlappen Betten waren durchgelegen Bilder sahen gut aus, Realität enttäuschte 😞

excelente ubicación, el estudio tiene lo necesario para que pases una buena estancia, sin olores raros, buena calefacción y mantas, cocina funcional para que puedas preparar alimentos, los enseres no son nuevos pero están en buen estado y funcionales.

la luces del edificio deberían de ser automáticas, riesgo de accidentes al ingresar con poca luz, no es un problema del estudio, es del edificio

The location was great, the property was warm and clean and as advertised. Communication from landlord was timely and accurate. We would stay here again!

A spare blanket in the property would be a good idea. More than one kitchen knife, a pair of scissors, maybe another cloth and dishcloth for the kitchen.

Contrairement aux commentaires j’ai trouvé le logement chaud ce qui est agréable quand dehors il fait -10 degrés, le chauffage est bien et le studio est spacieux il y a de l’espace pour étaler ces affaires. La communication avec l’hôte est parfaite.

1- le rapport qualité prix, le logement ne vaut pas du tout son prix qui est extrêmement élevé pour je dirai un minimum de confort. 2- L’hygiène, serviette vaisselle literie.. l’hygiène est à douter le logement n’est clairement pas propre quand nous somme rentré la première fois il y avait une grosse odeur nous avons dû aérer un long moment… 3- la salle de bain, aucun confort il a seulement un savon de main sur lavabo rien de plus aucun bac à douche ce n’est pas du tout pratique Malgré les bons point qu’il peut y avoir je ne recommande pas le logement

Majoitus oli valitettavasti pettymys. Asunnossa oli epäsiistiä (lakanat roskaiset ja runkopatja tahrainen. Pinttynyttä likaa siellä täällä. Huonekalut olivat kuluneet. En lopulta jäänyt asuntoon, vaan vaihdoin majapaikan toisaalle.

Está muy bien ubicado. A 10 minutos andando del centro. Tiene dos supermercados al lado y varias paradas de bus. La estación de tren no queda lejos. El contacto con los caseros fue excelente. Al entrar no funciona el wifi y no tardaron ni 10 minutos en solucionarlo. Todo genial.

Hinta-laatusuhde ok yhden yön majoitukseen. Asunto toimi, astioita oli sekalainen kokoelma mutta meidän tarpeeseen riittävästi. Sängyt oli hyvät. Pysäköintipaikka pihassa.

Talo oli varsin meluinen, kun menimme. Meteli onneksi loppui kymmeneltä. Suosittelen korvatulppia mukaan. vessan hana vuotaa välistä kastellen lattian ja WCn ovea ei saa lukkoon. Ikkunoista veti.

They should put a bit more attention when washing the bed sheet, the smell was humidity, so it was quite uncomfortable

Great location, easy to find ( with clear directions from the lovely owners) and had everything I needed for my short stay. Comfortable bed, lovely warm shower/ wet room. Really close to the supermarket and city centre. When I had an issue the owners went above and beyond to look after me. Great value for money. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area for a few days

Huone oli tosi likainen, jouduin siivoamaan itse. Ainoastaan lakanat oli puhtaat. Pyyhkeet niin kuluneet että valo näkyi läpi. Kahvipannu rikki, kahvikupit kuluneet ja aterimet tahmeita/ rasvaisia. Yölampun johto vaarallisesti kulunut niin että vaarana sähköisku.

The host was friendly and it was a 10 min walk to the station. The area was safe and quiet.

The bed was a bit dirty - there was hair on the blankets. The place was a bit old as well.

Todella rauhaton talo, meteliä pitkin yötä. Hyvät korvatulpat ehdoton edellytys, jos on tarve nukkua.

Jääkaappi oli plussaa, siitä ei ollut mainintaa. Astioita oli mukavasti. Asunto oli siisti. Sijainti oli hyvä. Rauhallista, muista asunnoista ei kuulunut mitään.

Astioita ei voinut tiskata tiskiharjan ja pesuaineen puuttuessa. Roskista ei ollut. Talo oli aika rähjäinen.

문을 열 때 조금 노하우가 필요함. 호스트의 잘못은 아니지만 체크아웃하는 날 오전 7시부터 12시까지 단수된다길래 전 날에 냄비에 물 떠놓고 다음 날 아침에 그 물로 세수만 하고 나갔음. 제일 큰 문제는 호스트가 알려준 와이파이가 목록에 아예 안 떠서 한 오후 5시쯤에 연락했는데 (번호 3개 알려줬어서 셋 다 전화해보고 이 앱으로도 문자 보내고 세 번호 모두에게 메시지도 보냄) 아무도 연락 받기는 커녕 콜백도 없음. 담날 아침에 체크아웃 2시간도 안 남았을 때 지금 봐주러 갈 수 있는데 지금 넘 늦었지? 이렇게만 답장옴.

The bed was quite comfortable, with warm duvets, and the temperature of the room was set just right - we slept quite well. The kitchen was serviceable: not too many utensils, but the essential things were all there. Plenty of room to hang our clothes and store the luggage out of the way.

The bathroom was rather cramped with a tiny sink and no place where to put a razor, shampoo, comb and other stuff. No trashcan either. There was not even a soap bar nor a bottle of body wash. There were only three tiny towels - one for the hands and the other two to dry off after a shower, and they were all threadbare.

Hello, I stayed here for 3 nights and everything was excellent, a clean, warm apartment and close to the center, so I highly recommend it, it is very good value for money! We will gladly return to this apartment.

At the beginning the apartment was a little bit cold but the owner provides us a radiator. So no negative side in this apartment.

Good location, easy to get in. You get the house key and then you can come and go as you like.

A nice little apartment not too far away from the city centre. The hosts is very friendly, and no problems with communication. Not much traffic around the house. Would recommend if you are staying in Rovaniemi 👍

The shower set up could've been a little bigger/different, but all in all not a big problem.

The apartment was nice and clean. I was picked up by the owners friend Joshua who was very kind and helful to mem he deserves all the praise.

One night and out. Glad it was not longer. There are better options.

While using the exterior key box there were two drunks loitering at the entrance door. The neighbors had loud music blaring into the wee hours. I texted the management (twice) about reserving a taxi- they never responded at all. I wound up phoning one and the call cost me as much as the taxi ride to the airport.

Location is good, very close to the city centre and railway station. studio is spacious and all are as described.

Shower and Bathroom are clean, but need some rearrangements and renovations.

This is the second time that i sleep in studio Kaaarto..near center ,very warm room ,is easy to find .just 5 Minute to walk from the station Train and from Center City.I recommend Studio Kasrto and we will return soon!!

A fantástico apartment! The location is near to the railway station, just 7 minutes walk, and taxi is also ok. We enjoy our new year evening here, the room is fully-equipped , very clean and warm. I will be back if I travel to Rovaniemi again!

The pillow is a little low.

Easy to walk to from the station and close to supermarkets and museums. Property also has a fridge which (if I remember correctly) is not mentioned in the description (so that was a bonus). Kitchenette was perfect and contained all I needed for my stay, the property was very comfortable and easy to find thanks to the directions given.

There was a dirty glass left in the microwave but that was the only issue that I found. Everything else was immaculate.

Great price for Rovaniemi. Really good location near to the train station, supermarket, city center.

The owner was very flexible to try to help with some stuff. This is grealy appreciated.

The fact that the location didn't allow for luggage stored after check out, before an evening flight. This was resolved with help of the owner though, so he did try his best to solve it.

The apartment is very calm, with all amenities needed and with comfortable beds. There is private parking and it was easy to follow the instructions to access the place.

One thing I found weird was that the shower place was not separated from the rest of the bathroom so keep you stuff outside to avoid them to get wet. But I suppose it's a cultural thing to display the bathrooma like that there in Finland

The place is really near the center and the cost is low, so if you don't what to spend a lot of money, this place is for you.

Position was very good and the house was clean. The owners give you, clearly, all the indications via email. There is the possibility to leave your baggage in other house, at least 10 minutes by foot, after the check out and for the rest of time.

Beds were separated whereas in descriptions and photos were close. Lights in the main room didn't work.

Room is very close to everything, also there are a small kitchen, very useful.

Easy booking process & location.

I wish I read reviews before booking as you did have to pick the key up from another location which I was not aware of. It is 740 metres rather than the 600 stated & in the cold snow with luggage it is not very convenient. I assumed going off pictures that it was a double or queen bed, however it was set up as 2 singles. I do not recall selecting the bed type upon booking. As it is a residential until block rather than a hotel there is no control over noise etc. It is very noisy, people walking up the stairs, talking in their units & even using the bathroom. I could also smell cigarette smoke from another unit. Note there is also no lift at the property.
