Logement fonctionnel avec des équipements modernes et performants. On récupère les clés à un restaurant chinois à 500m. Des Kmarkets aux alentours, et un grand centre commercial à 500m aussi. La rivière est à 20 min à pied (on y est allé pour le parc Angry Bird). Si vous êtes en famille, les éléments de la pièce seront disposés un peu différemment, notre hôte a pris soin de déplier le canapé lit avant.

rien en particulier, tout est moderne et propre, et pas de ménage demandée en partant.

La non praticità per recuperare la chiave. La casa è dotata di una padella e di un tegame e basta. L areazione non si puo' spegnere, l'ho trovata fastidiosa e rumorosa costantemente. Se come noi avete una macchina i parcheggi intorno sono per residenti o per una sosta massima di tre ore. Posizione centrale se siete a piedi.

Edificio nuovissimo, appartamento funzionale e ben posizionato. Pulito e fornito di tutto ciò che occorre.

Bisogna fare attenzione dove si parcheggia l'auto. I parcheggi ci sono ma sono quasi tutti con permanenza max 3 o 2 ore. Comunque di questo eravamo stati sufficientemente avvertiti dalla host

Hyvä sijainti, siisti ja rauhallinen. Todella hyvä kolmelle aikuiselle. Hieman yllätti, että asunto oli eri kuin kuvissa, mutta eipä sekään haitannut.

Pienenä toiveena olisi pyyhkeet joissa on ripustusrenksut.

Parveke ei ollut siivottu

The location is good! It is not too far from the train station or the center of town. I really appreciated the washing machine! That was the main reason I booked this place so I'm happy that the washing machine was in working order and had detergent provided and a drying rack. It was also nice to have a kitchen. The building fortunately has an elevator so I didn't have to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs.

It had not been cleaned well. The main two issues were that the sheets on the bed had a lot of hair on them (mostly at the foot of the bed) so I'm not sure if they weren't washed at all or just not well (the bedding did not smell bad, just a lot of hair.) The other issue was a stinky wet sock stuck in the rubber door seal of the washing machine. It smelled so bad that even after I put it in the garbage can the whole bathroom stank for awhile and stank again when I opened the trash lid to put more trash in. The other cleanliness issue were small things like crumbs in the fridge and such. It was also annoying to have pick the key up from so far away. Also I'd messaged the host right after booking with a question and got no response (I found the info I needed elsewhere).

Ihan siisti asunto hyvällä paikalla ja hiljaisessa talossa. Kylpyhuone/vessa on tilava. Makuuhuoneen sängyssä oli hyvä nukkua ja petivaatteet olivat mukavat.

Isompina puutteina: astioita kaapissa likaisina, keittiövälineet vähissä (esim. juustohöylä), kahvinkeittimen tippalukko rikki, keittiön pinnat osittain likaisina. Pienempänä miinuksena se, että asunnossa ei ollut kokovartalopeiliä.

Easy check in, not too far of a walk from the accommodation, spacious and quite.

I did not realise on booking this is an air bnb style apartment rental, not any kind of hotel or serviced apartment. This feels very unethical during a housing crisis.

Estaba muy cerca del centro, aunque Rovaniemi no es tan grande, todo está cerca. Piso grande para dos personas. Tiene lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, secador,... Bastante bien equipado Muy bien de temperatura, que se puede ajustar El propietario responde al momento por cualquier duda o peticion

La cocina tiene lo indispensable para dos personas un dia. Es decir 2, o 3 pares de cubiertos, una olla y sarten. Tuvimos que pedir algo de papel higienico, ese mismo dia lo teniamos en el piso. Los armarios de la habitacion no son para ropa, están hasta arriba con colchones y ropa de cama

Apartamento muito espaçoso e aconchegante. Bem completo para quem gosta de cozinhar. Localização muito boa, a poucos metros do mercado e tem um ponto de ônibus bem em frente. Fica a 11 min a pé do terminal de trem e a 10 min do centro onde tem as agências de turismo.

The location is good.

We arrived at 16:00, which is the official check-in time. We received the code for the key lockbox exactly at 15:56. The key was supposed to be in a lockbox at a restaurant about 15 minutes away from the apartment. However, when we opened the box, there was no key inside. At the restaurant, some staff members told us that the apartment was not ready yet because it was still being cleaned. Check-out time is 11:00, so there had been five hours to prepare the apartment. The people at the restaurant also said they were not responsible for the apartment. I contacted the host through Booking.com, but did not receive any response. After about 45 minutes, a man arrived and gave us the key, but he said he was not the host either. When we finally entered the apartment, there was an extremely strong smell of cleaning chemicals. It was so strong that we couldn’t stay inside, so we had to open the door and windows for about 30 minutes to air it out. Despite the strong smell, the floor still had visible shoe prints and was not clean. My husband ended up cleaning the floor himself so we could walk around without shoes. There was also no working heating in the room, and the air conditioning could not be regulated, so the apartment was very cold.

Det är rent och läget är väldigt bra. Bussen som går till Santa Claus Village och flygplatsen ligger precis mittemot.

Man behöver gå 9 minuter till restaurangen för att hämta nyckeln.

La personne qui loue est très communicante et disponible ce qui a facilité les échanges d'informations. L'appartement donne sur le beau musée d'art contemporain que nous avons visité et où nous avons déjeuné. La chambre est toute petite mais cosy, idéale pour une nuit. Salle de bain grande, fonctionnelle et produits de toilette.

Le mieux serait de savoir suffisamment à l'avance où récupérer la clé de l'appartement pour ne pas avoir à traverser à nouveau le froid alors qu'on se croit arrivé. Il nous a semblé que la clim soufflait du froid et qu'il faisait froid, peut être à tord, mais nous avons très bien dormi. Un poil excentré.

Proximité gare de bus et train. Appartement très propre et bien équipé.

La difficulté pour avoir les clefs, code pas reçu dans les délais. Éloignement entre la boîte à clefs et l'appartement . First appart hôtel laisse penser qu'il s'agit d'un appart hôtel alors que c'est un appartement dans une résidence privée.

Ei parkkipaikkaa, kallis yöpyminen parkkisakot kanssa!

Ótima localização. É so atravessar a rua para ir ao shopping.. Andar poucos metros e se deparar com a rua central, toda enfeitada com coisas natalinas. Um encanto. O apartamento é simples, porém tem tudo para uma ótima hospedagem. Possui vários utensílios e equipamentos domésticos. Um otimo chuveiro, com água quentinha. Eu amei!

El apartamento muy acogedor, muy completo tenía de todo, en una ubicación genial. Nos ayudaron también para dejar las maletas para cuando acabamos el alojamiento.

Quizás por mencionar algo, falta de parking aunque hay aparcamiento alrededor.

L'appartamento non corrispondeva a quello prenotato sul sito, sarebbe stato corretto avvisare. Pulizia non proprio eccellente, briciole e macchie sul pavimento, materasso della camera molto molto morbido.

We were told the taxi driver will wait for us at the airport, to give us the key for apartment. We have been informed that we had to pay £60 to that taxi driver. He wasn't there. When I got in touch with the agency, I was told I have to find myself a car/taxi to the town centre in order to pick up the key for the apartament. And I've been told I still have to pay £60 to the taxi driver, given that from the key pick up location to the apartament was about a 5 min drive. And, of course, extra £ to get from the airport to the key pick up location. Insane!!

The apartment was very clean and fully furnished.

The key pickup location was far from the apartment, and since it was my first time in Rovaniemi, it was hard to find with just the address. We searched for the key locker for a long time in the cold and darkness.

De hygiëne, verschrikkelijk slecht. Het bed was gewoon goor, overal lagen haren in bed. De matras topper zat onder het bloed, de vaat afwas lag nog smerig, de handdoeken niet schoon, onder het bed is het ronduit smerig en vies. Ookal kwam Niina na een belletje met schone lakens etc, waarvoor dank, maar als het goed schoon was geweest, zoals het moet zijn, was het niet nodig geweest. Zelfs de slaapbank zit onder de (pret) plekken. Dit is absoluut geen aanrader, niina kan het niet aan of het is gewoon zo smerig

Excellent location, right in the city centre very close to shopping centre . Comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities and great having a washing machine provided.

Checkin was not available until 1600 which is too late and there was no flexibility in this being changed. There is no luggage storage provided, however, when I contacted the host, she did let me know about a nearby Supermarket that will store luggage for €5/bag for the day. No check in information was received until exactly 1609, which by this time we had collected our bags and were at the property. We then found out that the key was actually located a 10 min walk away outside a restaurant. This is not acceptable and if the key can’t be kept in the address, then guests should be notified in advance that they will need to walk somewhere else to get the key. The temperature that day was -4 with heavy snow and so we were very unhappy to find this out so late in the day. We booked the room for 3 adults however they only provided 2 towels and so we had to share towels.

Keittiössä haisi paistorasva ja liesi oli likainen, siinä oli hiuksia ja rasvaa. Emme onneksi tarvinneet laittaa ruokaa. Ruokapöydällä roiskeita sokeripitoisesta juomasta ja lakanoissa laikkuja. Olisiko hienpolttamia jälkiä. Hieman ummehtunut tuoksu lakanoissa.

Loistava sijainti, uusi rakennus ja siisti asunto. Sohvasta aukeava lisävuode oli toimiva peti kahdelle.

Asunnon kalustus oli pienten asioiden osalta epäkäytännöllinen, esim. makuuhuoneessa ja sohvan vieressä kaipaisi kohdevaloja, samoin yöpöytää. Rakennus on liikkunut, joten makuuhuoneen ovi meni huonosti kiinni ja seinissä liikuntasaumoja oli nähtävillä. Astioita oli rajoitetusti, tiskiharjakin olisi ollut kiva. Vaatekaapeista puuttuivat henkarit. Asunto oli eri, kuin mitä kuvissa esiteltiin.

Autopaikka oli vaikea löytää, alueella vain 2-3h kiekkoparkkialueita, lähin maksullinen parkkialue löytyi Skandik Hotellilta, n. 500m.

The apartment is very neat and process of checkin and checkout is clear. It is in the central location near to attractions.

Meille sijainti oli täydellinen.

Es ist ein sehr gutes Apartment. Die Ausstattung ist modern und die Sauberkeit ist absolut top. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Beschreibungen sind ok.

Es wird vor der Buchung nicht klar, dass der Schlüssel an einer Adresse 1km entfernt abgeholt werden muss. Es gibt zwar einen Privatparkplatz in einer Tiefgarage im Haus, aber es wird vor der Buchung nicht klar, dass dafür Kosten von 15€ pro Tag zusätzlich anfallen.

Very Nice Flat in a good position situated near the city centre

It's not so practical to withdraw the key in another place not very near to the flat.
