Sky pool 4 star hotel grade stay in i-City

it was very clean and comfortablee.. the view is amazing too.. would definitely repeat it later

dont like that the towels were stained.. but i guess its my fault, shouldve bring my own

Easy to check in and check out. Near to icity

Need to install apps and min amount is RM10 eventho parking is less than that.

The night view is beautiful and amazing. You can enjoy the fireworks when there is a special event. The air conditioning works perfectly.

-The main door is difficult to open. -The towels are old and it is time to replace them with new ones. -The shower and bathroom door knobs need to be repaired or replaced. -The sink is slightly clogged, causing the water to drain slowly.

Love the location..near to mall...

1. Mug crack 2. Wash mchine problem 3. Sink in toilet prolem 4. Cannot enter to parking lot 5. Iron board bad 6. Second bedroom smell I stay here 7days due to work.but i hd book.then i need stay till end.

Near shopping place.

Parking

Kekurangan nya Ade kebocoran sikit di singki toilet but sokay kitorang fun ja

Kebersihan dan kemudahan. Lokasi yg berhampiran deng pusat tarikan icity

Good location, safe place , security at lobby all the time

There's no mineral water at my room

Very close with i-city Mall.

The bed sheets need to be replaced.

Hotel sangat selesa. Dekat dengan pusat bandar dan ICT

Staf lambat respon. Tak angkat call. Wasap pun lambat respon

Its ok n enjoy

The location - easy access to iCity mall & themed park..and service were excellent. Security and Housekeeping was very helpful & friendly. Ms Ling - PIC cum CS was very efficient. Thank you & well done!

Thgs to improve #unit 32-3A 1. To remove broken items frm the room 2. To repair the damage wooden floor to the bathroom

the room is clean and comfortable ... but as a reminding... can be info the hotel if you need parking slot, if not like me... no more hotel parking slot, and need to pay for the origainal price... however, i like it ～

report multiple issues in the room that require immediate attention. The air conditioner is producing a disturbing noise, the TV has no audio, and the bathroom light is continuously flickering. These issues are unacceptable and are significantly affecting my comfort. I ask the management to fix the problem but they no staff all off duty. I request that these problems be resolved immediately. Kindly treat this matter as urgent. Thank you.

The toilet part liking and the shower door big noise when u open and close. Already complain about this one. Someone come and fix the liking tub. The mattress and the bedsheet need to change for more clean, the pillow also no really good. I sleeping the 1st night, i hear loud music on my top, can’t sleep til morning time 5am. I see the notice after 11pm no noise but seem the guard cannot control the guest making noise til morning time. I feel so disappointed.

NA

Host - very unresponsive and delay in responding. It takes so much time for them to reply and return back the deposit.

Nothing i like about my stay. The facilities was really bad. The host was not friendly at all. Not recommended for people to stay at this property. The wifi was really weak and the tv also cannot on. Need to wait lift for soo long about 10 minutes, the service was out.

The service really bad. The wifi was really weak, tv cannot open and connect wifi. There are 3 plug broke. i dont like my stay here, will not recommend this property to my friends or my family member

Location is just right. 100m next to I city and the malls.

My son didn't sleep well due to the bedsheets and pillow case, ada gatal2 and biji2 linen dia... should invest in new bedsheets and casing. We had to cover the pillow and bed with our own clothes to sleep. ... and when I joined with my other friend at unit 40-01 bedsheets and pillow case dia pun mcm tu juga.

Good. Comfy. Lovely. Will book again later!

well, maybe nothing.

the nite view.. cool

Nearby mall n I city

Facility I got this time very bad.....not servis n house not 100% clean... Car park ... deposit too higher more than rm500 n late pay the deposit back..

Just opposite icity. We enjoyed the fireworks from the apartment without joining the crowd. It was so nice and great experience!

Swimming pool was on Maintenance & Could not enjoying the infinity pool which heard have very nice view.

Theme park is right beside. the mall is right beside, food shops are opened until midnight or 1am. I enjoy the infinity pool and view from there.

Nice 🤍

NO IRON BOARD, NO KIBLAT DIRECTION FOR MUSLIM, ONLY ONE REMOTE AIRCOND, NOT-PARKING FRIENDLY

This my first time in many years giving bad review. They used cheap marketing saying the price is RM109, suddenly when paid, they asked for deposit of RM250 which is way too high that other provider's practise. If not paid, they wont give the room details. On top of that, they said need to pay extra RM20 for parking. I feel so cheated. And you know what, the parking location until the hotel entrance is sooo far. if you bring many luggage, forget it. Back with the deposit, they promised me to be refund within 1 day, now 2-3 days also no refund, and say will be refund in 7-14 working days if only they satisfy. Are you serious?? Holding people money for that long. They're smart to ask me leave a good rate before the refund process. Im going to lodge a report to KPDNKK if not receive it in another day. Oh ya, if you are Malaysian, think twice if u need water to wash after complete you ' poopoo business', there are not water host, u are only provided with tissue. To host, please be more transparent and do not oppress client who support your business.

The views are very nice can look at ICity park right below, the rooms are clean and cozy. It is very convenient, from the stay I can just go down and walk to ICity mall with less than 5 mins. Overall it's a very nice stay and super worth it for a place like this, to me that is perfect. The facilities are well cleaned, great Tvs, everything gives a good quality vibe. Will definitely come again!

Nothing, it's perfect, will definitely come again.

Love the place. It have plenty of room and soo comfortable. The swimming pool have a great view

The parking is quite hard to find the exact spot for you and the bathroom has no bidet

I booked this unit for my special guest. When my guest check in he found out some food left in the fridge by previous guest. The sofa area also very untidy. This unit charged me quite significant amount during booking as the cleaning service charge, but they did not clean properly.
