Aircond in room very good, very cold. I like. 4. Have tv, can see all thing. 5. Wifi very fast. Mantap Pak Abu, people say. 6. Have washing machine, after swim can wash cloth right away and dry downstairs at laundry. Good one.
1. I thought 2 toilet means 2 shower room, but end up only 1 shower room and 1 toilet, so eventho we came 4 people, 2 room, still need to go back and forth to shower at diff room (upper room) 2. Kind a like no privacy if you were two diff family because 1 shower room only. Overall, I enjoy this stay can repeat but need to consider the toilet. It would be nice to have 2 shower room.

房屋已经很久没有装修了 里面的设施设备有些陈旧了 最令人意外的是床单都没有收拾干净 有很多发霉的地方，两个床上都有 我觉得这个价位来说 应该能有更好的体验 毕竟旁边的五星级酒店也只比这边贵了 一点点

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026"SANGAT TERUK & OWNER PENIPU JANJI KOSONG" Saya menginap selama 3 hari 2 malam, tetapi tiada kemudahan WiFi langsung disediakan. Masalah WiFi ini sebenarnya sudah bermasalah dari SEBELUM kami check-in lagi, tetapi pihak homestay tetap tidak selesaikan. Paling mengecewakan, owner sendiri telah berjanji untuk pulangkan (refund) wang bagi penginapan 1 malam sebagai ganti rugi, tetapi sehingga sekarang senyap dan menipu. Servis homestay ini memang tersangat teruk dan tidak bertanggungjawab. Hati-hati semua, jangan mudah percaya dengan janji mereka!

However, the owner, Robin, handled the situation very professionally and kindly. He was very understanding and immediately offered a fair solution by extending our check-out time until 1 PM at no extra charge. This gesture really helped ease our inconvenience, especially on a very important day for us. We truly appreciate his responsiveness, hospitality and willingness to resolve the matter in a respectful and generous way. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place for its good service and responsible host.

What we are most unhappy about is the parking charges which were passed to the guests. Despite the pretty expensive rate (RM363.83 before deducting the genius points). It wasn't mention in the booking.com advertisement, so it took us by surprise when we found out that we had to pay for parking. We checked in just before 11pm & made an exit at 7.30 am the next morning to send our daughter tp uitm & returned 1 hour later. Upon this exit, the parking charges was RM11. Then around 8.30am, we reenter the parking lot. Upon checking out at 11+am,, we were further charged another RM5. Making it a total of RM16 in parking charges. So, in short, for a 12-hour stay at the apartment, we spent almost RM380 (RM379.80) in total. 1 more thing, I also spotted some small baby roaches scurrying near the microwave oven, the kettle & in the drawer where the utensils we placed. It is also high time for the chopping board to be discarded. I couldn't get myself to use it, even to place & cut some tomatoes & shallots on it for my tuna wraps. It would also be timely for the host to replace the microwave oven as it didn't function well anymore. The function keys were simply frustrating.. they did not work even after many attempts. After trying for the umpteenth number of times, finally there was light, rotation & sound, but no heating took place.. 🥴 The fridge was pretty unstable.. every time we tried to open the door, it almost topple down. I would also suggest the host place a dish drainer near the sink or at least put a high absorbent mat, so that the plates, utensils & cutleries can dry up a little before they are returned to the cabinet. Other than that, everything else is acceptable.

The unit did not match the photos at all. The pictures looked stunning, but upon arrival, the actual condition was very disappointing. It felt poorly maintained, and the atmosphere was unsettling the moment I entered. The gap between the photos and reality was extremely far. The wardrobe was dusty, and even the towels provided were dirty, which was very unacceptable. This further highlighted the lack of proper housekeeping and quality control. I-Soho at I-City is usually beautiful, so I did not expect this experience. My previous stays at other units were clean and well taken care of, but this one was truly disheartening. The difference between the advertised images and the real condition was far too significant.

View bilik kedua sangat cantik. Nampak playground icity dan sentral icity.. Kat bawah ada fasiliti yg lengkap dgn 7E, KK mart, mamak, murni discovery dan adanya brige to sentral icity mall.. Parking banyak.. Cuma agak keliru untuk masuk ke unit sebab di kunci tak nampak dan no unit berapa.. Selamat cuma ingat masa ambik kunci no unit.. Dan nak cari unit mana di tingkat atas juga susah..
