Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The host and staff are very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. The host took immediate action when I informed them that i left my gold rings, which i found out later my kid had already put in my bag. So sorry for the inconvenience. Fridge, shower, aircons were working well. The best thing is, it's connected to the mall. Even parking is easy. Definitely coming back
The second room could use a sleeping light or dimmable light because it was so dark when the light was switched off since there was no window in that room. I wonder if there is a plug in that room

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The location was very convenient. It was easy to access shops as we only needed to take the lift down to buy groceries or daily necessities.
The cleanliness did not match the photos shown in the listing. The walls were dirty, the curtains looked old and stained, the bathroom door was swollen and peeling, and the bathroom ceiling had mould. Overall, the property looked much more worn than advertised. Sorry I didn’t include any photos. I was quite disappointed and didn’t feel like taking pictures during my stay. I hope the property can be better maintained in the future.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026The unit was okay. Nice room, clean toilet. I have no complaints about the units, everything was okay.
Checking in was a lot of work. We had to collect the keys from the staff (the staff member was helpful), and then he explained how to get to the parking area, but it was very confusing. There was no video guide showing how to get to the parking—only a video on how to collect the keys. I’m not blaming the staff, as he is not Malaysian and the language was sometimes hard to understand. As an owner or host, you should prepare a video showing how to get to the parking area. The whole process was very tiring. After that, we finally found the parking entrance and then had to locate the correct block. It took us almost an hour just to collect the keys , find the parking entrance and the block.
