Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The location is the advantage, since it is connected to icity central mall, NSK shop for groceries and skywalk theme park.
1. Ac not functioning in the bedroom, very difficult to make them come and fix. Finally we just slept in hot throughout our 4 days of stay. To make it worse, there is no ceiling fan or table fan in the house. When i request it, they decline. 2. The chair is dirty with a lot of stains. But we just use it anyway. 3. Only 2 pillows were provided. I have been to quite a number of homestays but this is the first that provide only 2 pillows, for me 4 pillows is suppose to be the mininum, due to this it made us sleep uncomfortably with only 1 pillow for each one.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026The location was great, it's next to the mall so shopping and food options were really convenient.
We booked 4 apartments thru My Trip & My Stay. Although the apartments were clean, all 4 apartments had various issues. They also didn't have the infinity pool as advertised. They also gave us the wrong pin numbers for the mailbox lock for 3 apartments. The issues: 1. Shabby furniture and furnishings (eg. tears on wallpapers, moldy blinds, stains on table and floor mats, using clothes pegs to join the curtains) 2. Cockroaches 3. Leaking kitchen pipe 4. Electronic locking at main door not functioning properly 5. Flickering toilet lights, can only turn on properly if bedroom light is turned off
