Sangat bahaya untuk keselamatan ank² sebab tingkap tak dak grill.. saya tak perasan anak main bukak tingkap bilik.. dahla tingkat 5.. bila nampak tu rasa nak luruh jantung.. harap pihak apartment lebih alert la untuk keselamatan penyewa akan datang.. malang tak berbau..

That was nice but a little bit Wi-Fi problem on there and they have no air-conditioning at lobby or living area. If you will update that it's too much better.

The cuties too much high and it's easy to assess Location is quite and relax

Ease of a studio room as a solo traveller. Hosts are very communicative, making it easy for me to check in and out. Room had all the necessary amenities like ironing board, kettle and coffee. Because this is an old apartment, certain parts of the building are ageing however the hosts managed to keep the room clean and well-maintained.

there were some ants infestation (minor issue) in the washroom. Although part of the bed was lumpy, i slept rather well.

Ruang tamu tak ada aircond.. Dan nampak kosong.. Bilik pun table kecik kiri kanan..socket plak jauh dari katil.beranda tak ada kerusi meja kecik..bilik air pun biasa ja...memang kali pertama dan terakhir..

the locks of sliding door at the balcony did not work, and this is a serious safety issue. anyone can climb into the unit from the car park's rooftop area as this unit is on the first floor. the owner or proprietor MUST fix this sliding door lock, before anything bad happens to the visitors.

Staff was very nice and reachable, very good communication. Location is strategic as close to town. Building access is also easy as parking is only on the ground floor (no multi level parking) and unit is on first floor. The unit is very spacious and suitable for families. Aircond in the rooms were good. There is a mini fridge to store items.

The unit was not well maintained. The unit was dusty and there were lizard droppings in many places. Toilets both had stains/watermarks and the toilet brushes were very visible and not so clean. The sponges and rags the kitchen and toilet sinks were also not clean. Internet was not stable enough to do work but sufficient for browsing. There was no aircond in the living room so it can get quite warm during the day unless you close the curtains. Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer/proper clothes hanger/clothing rack so need to go out to dry.

This place was dirty. No aircond in the hall.not enough of cutlery. Bathrooms were dirty. Hall and rooms were dusty. Foyer area looked like it was not swept in years. They dont have a fridge only cooler. No water dispenser. Don't waste your time staying here

Disappointing, dirty floor, it feel sticky. Stains all over the sofa.

Very disappointed with the stay. The access to the studio was complicated and confusing, especially during check-in. The room also had charlie, which made the experience very uncomfortable and unhygienic. Besides, the pool was not clean and clearly not well maintained. Definitely not worth the price and would not recommend.

Nearest homestay I could found to go to the airport within 13 minutes.

Last minute announcement on maintenance of the swimming pool, I feel bad for the family yang expect to stay looking forward for that, thank god i just came here for work.

Kemudahan pakir kenderaan, Boleh pakir 2 buah kenderaan. Bilik selesa dengan penghawadingin. Alhamdullilah, Memuaskan.

Tiada mesin basuh dan pengering dan tiada dapur untuk memasak. Biasanya penyewa memerlukan ini kerana yang datang berkeluarga,tentulah ada anak yang nak mandi kolam,nak memasak simple simple untuk keluarga...Nak berjimat ...

The owner contacted me one hour before check-in and guided me on how to collect the key from the mailbox. The instructions regarding the house rules, parking rules, and check-in/check-out procedures were clear and easy to follow.

The mailbox was quite hidden, and I needed extra guidance from the guard since I wasn’t familiar with the surroundings. There were quite a lot of rules for an Airbnb stay, and this was my first time experiencing an Airbnb that required a security deposit from guests.

Smooth booking process but later required to add additional RM100 deposit to get a QR access pass.

Complicated check in due to split unit and 3 different codes for different locks. Thought it was a hotel until found out it's a homestay apartment room.

The ambience is for good, and the apartment is super clean.
