Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Big, spacious room. It was really clean and complete with good wifi, in room entertainment. Good location, convenient and quite.
Things to improve include provide a sink or small kitchenette for guests to clean up their plates and glasses after used. We have to wash our plates outside the house or inside the toilet. The water heater in the room with the balcony have very loud noise when in used. Importantly, communication between host ang guests can be improve, add human touch..rather than just template. In instance, there were not even thank you when our deposit returned to guest. Also please note, the host mentioned they could hold your deposit RM100 for up to 24 hours which I think is too long. They should change the wording to "as soon as possible' after inspection and completion of housekeeping. Overall, the poor interaction and holding up our deposit potentially up to 24 hours spoil our experience here.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025lokasi dekat dengan bandar Alor Setar, , kebersihan sangat baik. Setiap hari ada staf datang bersihkan ruang hall di bawah.
speed wifi slow, menyebabkan siaran TV, Utube selalu terganggu. Terpaksa guna Mobile Hotspot sendiri bila menonton Utube. Tekanan air di bilik mandi (Shower) agak rendah. Bantal terlalu lembut, amat tidak selesa. Tidak ada singki di ruang hall bawah, terpaksa mencuci tangan di toilet bilik tidur.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025We actually arrived at the property late at night and upon arrival we were mistaken put in the wrong room and we started using the room. Then we found out that the room was not ours but someone else's and we had mistakenly entered the other room. We immediately changed the room but we only used the room for a short time. I am really sorry about that but their room and everything about them was very nice.
If there was someone there, we wouldn't have had this problem. Since there was no one there, we had a little problem, but everything was very good.

Reviewed May 29, 2025Location is convenient. Eateries nearby
The information says the place is air-conditioned. But it was not so. Maybe I overlooked . Please check. The room I got is not suitable for senior citizens as it has squat toilet and the condition of it is a great risk for senior citizens. This should be mentioned when promoting. Please provide the backdoor key . If anything were to happen, there is no exit except for the entrance door.
