Tolle Dachterrasse und sehr schöne Einrichtung. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Nagyon szép, tágas apartman, nagyon jó megközelíthetőséggel. A tetőterasz szenzációs, gyönyörű a tengeri kilátás, főként este, naplementekor.

Lehetne a szálláson alapvető piperefelszerelés (tusfürdő, sampon, elegendő tolalett papír), illetve a konyhai edénykészlet nagyon elavult, a teflonok sérültek, ilyen állapotban veszélyes a használatuk.

Het is een comfortabel en rustig appartement met 2 ruime slaapkamers met fijne bedden en 2 heerlijke douches. Er is een balkon aan de woonkamer met uitzicht op het zwembad en een dakterras waar je ook kan eten. Het appartement is heel veilig en op loopafstand bevinden zich niet alleen een fijn strand maar ook veel leuke restaurantjes.

Unit was neat, clean and well equipped.

Jacuzzi water bit too cold.

Good facilities well equipped kitchen and lovely rooftop terrace with jacuzzi. Pool area is lovely.

The cleanliness could be better, shower screens had residue on the glass and bathrooms not overly clean Towels need upgrading. Bedding has not changed for a 13 day stay. TV had smears , glass on the balcony not cleaned and no mattress or pillow protectors. Tiles need fixing on the rooftop terrace.

Loved how the clean everything was and supeeb location to restaurants, the supermarket and the beach. The jacuzzi was also a fantastic feature.

Le Penthouse est exceptionnel pour passer des moments très agréables dans le jacuzzi ! La vue mer et les apéros permettent de profiter de moments magnifiques.

Totul a fost minunat. Proprietarul ne-a dat toate indicațiile despre locație pentru a ne simți ca acasă. S-a făcut curățenie zilnic. Ai la dispoziție tot ce ai nevoie ,ca acasă. Jacuzzi a fost la nivelul așteptărilor noastre. Mulțumim!

We received a warm welcome from the host, who showed us the apartment and was very accommodating. Lovely apartment with a short distance to Pereybere beach and the grocery store. The only downsides were that the bed was a bit hard and the jacuzzi could have been a few degrees warmer. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Emplacement exceptionnel à 5mn à pied de la plage de Pereybère, d'un supermarché et de restaurants. A 10mn en voiture de Grand Baie. Gros + pour le roof top avec jacuzzi et vue mer !! La piscine de la résidence est agréable aussi. Le parking sous-terrain est apprécié également :)

Place was excellently located. A lot of restaurants and nice beach in walking distance. Grocery store a stone throw away. I love the home itself with the private Jacuzzi access on the roof top. Highly recommend for a couple of a small group.

Location was good

Lack of towels and no beach towels. Old stained linen, kitchen cupboards dirty on side of oven. Lack of toilet paper. Kitchen utensils definitely need an upgrade. Bedroom cupboards dirty.

The property is beautiful with all amenities. We had a lovely time at the apartment. The rooms are spacious with all amenities perfect for a group of 4 or more. Its thoughtfully designed and comfortable.

The house is very comfortable, very clean, modern design, new furniture, very useful, very close to the center, the landlord is very attentive. If I come to Mauritius again, this is the place again.

The whole appartment was immaculate and very well equipped and had everything you could possibly need. The landlord Kishore is a lovely gentleman and met us on arrival to show us where everything was. He also allowed us to stay on a few extra hours as we had an evening flight. The jacuzzi on the rooftop sun terrace. The location is good only a few minutes walk to the supermarket, restaurants and Perrybere beach The underground car park.

Nothing really, my only suggestion might be to get some folding chairs you could perhaps take to the beach.

The apartment was spacious. The host showed us around on our arrival. The apartment is close to shops, restaurants and a public beach. There is a bus route that goes past the apartment that takes you to Grand Baie, which is only an 8 minute drive via taxi. The pool and jacuzzi was welcome in the very intense heat we experienced. There is an aircon in the bedrooms, an aircon in the lounge would have been welcomed. The appliances in the kitchen was in good condition. We never switched the TV on but in the lounge was a big screen TV apparently with Netflix. There is a public beach close by which is not really ideal for snorkeling, but great for boat rides or diving.

We were contacted two days prior to our booking that the host wanted cash on our arrival. We were already in Mauritius and our arrival at his apartment was on a public holiday, so we could not visit a bank. We did not want to use an ATM for such a big amount. Our understanding was that we would be paying through booking.com which was the reason why we used booking.com. On our arrival there was still bedding, towels and mats on a washing rack in the apartment. It was left there for the time we stayed there. On our arrival there was half a toilet roll for two people for 5 days. A cleaner arrived two days later and only removed the dirt from the bin, our understanding was that she would be cleaning the apartment on that day of her arrival, which was not done. There were streamers and glitter upstairs at the Jacuzzi from previous guests that were not cleaned up. We often visit apartments and are usually welcomed with enough coffee or tea to see us through until we get to a shop. There was two bottles of water, but nothing further. Making provision for international guests is a nice value add to your accommodation.

It was a nice property although quite far from most places including airport.

The host was not very courteous from before and during the stay. He was quite rude and we certainly felt like intruders. The pool was also dirty throughout the stay

Apartment 15, A massive apartment thats very comfortable for a family stay, neat and Cosy meets your expectations. What you see is exactly what you get.

Mr Kishore is a gentlemen, he went out of the box by buying flower bouquet on my late request. The stay was very good, overall 5/5

the penthouse is bigger than it looks in pictures, plenty of room and ideal for a long stay. Meeting with Kishore when handing over the keys was very helpful, as lots of amenities in the penthouse.

Stunning penthouse with very good location. It was very clean and it is clear that good care goes into maintaining the property. Design is modern and well-thought-out amnenities added an extra touch. Loved the terrace and jacuzzi. Beautiful views in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The space, the decor, the location.

The hot tub wasn’t heated so wasn’t able to use it as was not warm enough weather wise.

The apartment was wonderful - spotlessly clean with everything that I needed, and in an amazing location. The host was really kind and helpful. He responded very quickly to any questions that I had.

Clean and modern apartment with good views from the upper terrace (managed to spot dolphins even!) Good sized bedrooms, both with double beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom Walking distance from a number of local restaurants, bars, beaches and supermarkets. And just a couple of minutes drive from the center of Grand Baie for even more places to eat, drink and shop

The property had all the appliances & amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The rooftop dining room, seating & jacuzzi were especially great for an island holiday. The apartment was serviced daily. We were met by the host who was friendly & helpful.

Superb penthouse in one of the best region in the North. Cleam, comfortable with excellent amenities. The private jacuzzi with seaview ia awesome. And the host is a very nice, responsive and accomodating. I'll highly recommend this place.

It's a very nice apartment. Unfortunately for us it was raining for two of the three days we were there so we didn't use the Jacuzzi There's underground parking and they give you a remote fob to open the gate

The only thing we didn't like was that there is no hot water in the kitchen as the builder forgot to put it in. It wasn't a big deal, but prevented me giving it a 10

The penthouse was lovely and Kishore was very warm, welcoming and accommodating. We felt comfortable, safe, and relaxed in this beautiful apartment. There was cleaning every day and the ladies were very friendly and helpful too.

Even thought there was cleaning, the apartment can use with some deep cleaning in some parts. But other than that it really is a gorgeous and mind blowing place.

The apartment is extremely spacious which is great for a long stay. It is serviced daily except for public holidays and Sundays and is immaculate. The beach and Winners supermarket are within walking distance so the location is ideal. There are also many restaurants in the area and the online delivery service delivers to the apartment. The private terrace has an amazing view and is perfect for relaxing during some quiet time after being out and about. The host, Kishore, is extremely welcoming and was always contactable throughout the stay.

Fantastic apartment in a stunning location. The host made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and was always available for any questions whenever we needed something. The apartment is spacious, clean and very nicely furnished. We had a brilliant stay and would definately return. Thank you for everything :)

The only downside is the jacuzzi not being warm water and more like a plunge pool. This isn't ideal if you wish to use it at night but nice and refreshing when its hot during the day.

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND SEA VIEW PENT HOUSE. JACUZZI BATH TUB WAS GREAT AT THE TOP. KITCHENETTE WAS FANTASTIC WITH ALL MODERN COOKING AMENITIES. HOST WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING US IN HOME AND GUIDE US NICELY.

We've been staying in this apartment for 10 days. Host was very nice and outgoing. The apartments are magnificent, well-conditioned. The kitchen is well equippe with all the necessary included. Also there was a washing machine. The second floor is splendid. It has a large sofa, sunbeds and a jacuzzi. There was also a dining are with a grill. Also there was a supermarket with a large assortment. There was also the beach of Pereybere within a walking distance with a white clean sand. We were really satisfied and do want to come back there. Lovely apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. Within walking distance of Winners supermarket and some great bars/restaurants. The communal pool was brilliant. Roof top area was great for entertaining. My family and I loved staying here!

Great Location and lovely modern apartment

The hosts were great in providing instructions on how to get in and at responding to messages quickly. The welcome basket was an especially nice touch. All the amenities were as described, the location very convenient, and the daily cleaning made our stay that much more enjoyable. The roof top offered amazing views of the ocean and privacy when we wanted to be outside but didn't want to be by the communal pool.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Would definitely stay here again!
