The house was exceptionally clean, and everything was well maintained. It had all the appliances and essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. If you have a car, getting around is easy, and there’s plenty of parking available. The internet could be a bit better.

The only downside was the noise from the nearby construction. If you’re hoping to sleep past 8 a.m., it may be difficult because the construction starts early and can be quite loud. This isn’t the host’s fault, and hopefully the work will be completed soon.

No Airconditioning in main living area

We were there for 3 nights. Well maintained property bathroom was clean. Location was great.

They didn’t provide bathroom toiletries as basic toiletries provide everywhere all over the world. Only 1 water bottle for 3 days for 4 people. We checked in after 14 hours travel We requested them to give us one more bottle as we were so tired to go to super market to get bottles. Kids were very sleepy too. But they refused to give water bottle. For next 3 days we bought our water also.

Location of the accommodation is close to the beautiful public beach Pereybere and grocery store by a walk. Apartment is well equipped, spacious and quite new, even thou bathrooms seem to be little worn out. Host is just excellent, he was always in hand and solved all our issues immediately.

Apartment is on a main road so noise is coming to one bedroom and living room. Other bedroom is oriented to the backyard, however there is also construction going on which might wake you after 7:30 when you sleep with open window. And also cleanness did not meet our standards. Wooden cladding around the pool is really worn out and should be replaced.

La piscine hors service pdt tout notre séjour

L’emplacement à Perebere est top. À 2 minutes d’un winners (super marché), plage. Un parking sécurisé avec un gardien la nuit . La résidence est calme, un ascenseur est disponible ce qui est pas mal pour les valises. L’appartement en lui même est magnifique, décoration soignée, la cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Petites attentions du propriétaire fait plaisir. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec leur salle de bain et toilette. À l’arrière un jacuzzi, devant l’accès piscine et espace détente privée et un espace détente commune aussi agréable. Des restaurants sont à proximité à droite ou à gauche de l’hôtel à 5 minutes de marche.

Le service de ménage quotidien est présent, mais pourrait être affiné pour correspondre davantage aux standards attendus. Un petit ajustement à ce niveau rendrait le séjour parfait.

C'est propre et spacieux. C'est bien équipé et on apprecie une salle de bain pour chaque chambre. La localisation est top aussi

La pièce de vie est sombre et le jaccuzzi n'est pas pratiquante en hiver en tout cas car non chauffé....

Garasjen og vaskemaskinen var det mest positive.

Var støvete og skittent ved ankomst. Tok to dager før det ble rengjort. Stedet har sett sine bedre dager. Betydelig behov for oppgradering. Bildene er fra leiligheten var ny. Ingen varmtvann tilkoblet kjøkkenet.

Kitchen has most of the required equipment for cooking. Lots of options for digital joy (TV and wifi) Walking distance from shops. Pool is shallow but big. Owner communicates well and is the sweetest host. He really went out of his way for us. We will definitely be back.

The cold jacuzzi is a bit of a let down. We did ask the owner to concider placing a heater in. Cleaning lady can come in a bit sooner and can do a bit more.

The location is very nice, a short walk away from all the restaurants and supermarket and public beach and is very quiet. The pool was very nice, clean and the water was perfect temperature. The secured parking is a big plus, with security at the building entrance which makes you feel secure throughout the stay. There’s a jacuzzi but we didn’t use it.

There’s nothing I didn’t like, I only wish there was a coffee machine (Nespresso type, as there was a filter one) as getting an espresso in the morning was challenging in the area.

Wonderful place, very spacious apartment with a huge jacuzzi, large bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Very nice and very helpful owner, will help you with literally everything you need :)

- The street in front of the apartment is very loud - ⁠The whirlpool is not usable at the moment because it’s really cold and could not be heated - ⁠The whirlpool guy did a great mess on the balcony every thing was wet and dirty. Including the things we put outside to dry. - ⁠The pool is not really usable because of the broken wood everywhere. - ⁠The Cleaning did not work. The complete time we saw the cleaning lady one time and we need to fight for fresh towels, toilet paper or a bag for the rubbish. - ⁠Nothing is really clean, after we appeared we needed to clean everything in the kitchen because it was still dirty.

Nice place for a vacation. Good contact with the host, who was nice and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Good location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The terrace and the area with the pool are damaged and do not look like in the pictures. The water in the jacuzzi was freezing and there is no way to heat it, so unfortunately we could not use it.

There's a lot to like about this apartment - it's stylish, comfortable and has everything you need. The underground parking worked well and there was always plenty of space whilst we were there. It's only a short walk away from Pereybere beach and a large supermarket. The host was very communicative and responsive. We felt a little underwhelmed by the stay though, as we had quite high expectations that weren't fully met.

I'm not sure how old this property is, but it's definitely feeling "used", and this doesn't come across in the pictures for the listing that are clearly from when it was brand new. This was most obvious in the communal outdoor space - the decking all needs replacing and although they've tried to stop people falling in the biggest holes by putting up some barriers, these are right outside the property's patio area and are a bit of an eyesore. The pool itself looks fine but we didn't end up spending any time in the pool area because of this. We also didn't use the jacuzzi as we found it was too cold - this would probably be appreciated on a very hot day, though! The property wasn't spotlessly clean. There's no hot water tap in the kitchen, or plug/bowl, which wouldn't bother some people as there is a dishwasher, but as a family we did need to do some manual washing up.

Everything was perfect

I loved everything! The apartment was super clean with contemporary design and equipment. The Jacuzzi was a plus and the Location is great with Supermarket, restaurants, the Beach and a mall very near to the apartment. The host (Nadeer) was awesome and very responsive.

Great neighborhood, supermarket, and beach within walking distance. The cleaning lady is very kind and has lovely children. Additionally, our contact person is very responsive via WhatsApp. A cyclone was coming up, he promptly provided all the necessary information on what to do during this cyclone. The apartment has everything you need, from kitchen utensils and pots to a washing machine and oven. The neighborhood is quiet. The Wi-Fi was solid and reliable. This was very convenient for when I needed to hop on my laptop.

- We found bedbugs in the back room next to the balcony. The next morning, pest control arrived and did everything they could to get rid of the bugs. I definitely give credit for acting fast. However, it really sucked having to wait outside at the balcony of the apartment due to the pesticides. Lost us a whole morning and part of the afternoon, and who wants to waste time like that on holidays. Overall, the place would've been a solid nine if it weren't for the bugs. - During the bedbug incident, we noticed the staff washing the bedding at 30 degrees Celsius. Bacteria and bedbugs are killed at at least 60 degrees. This is kind of unsettling. - The temperature of the Jacuzzi can't be adjusted, I checked in with our contact. The water is COLD. You can't really get in it, even if it's 30 degrees (Celsius). It's like the jacuzzi is just for show. - We only got one big and one small towel per person, which is not much considering how long we were staying. - We barely got enough toilet paper for the duration of our stay. It definitely should've been restocked more often. - One Bay Residence is just a bit further than the hot spots, so it's about a 10-minute walk each time if you want to grab a quick bite or reach the nearest beach (Pereybere Beach, The Cloud Rooftop Bar). During the day, that might not be very pleasant due to the heat of the sun. - Security guard at the garage often slept. There were times we had to get out of the car ourselves to open the gate.

Everything was beautiful and well looked after.

The apartment is spacious, functional, furnished with great taste and very clean. On our arrival, absolutely nothing was missing: even water and a welcome snacks! The washing machine is very convenient after long days at the beach and daily cleaning too. Even the outdoor spaces are extremely pleasant and well-kept, as is the shared swimming pool. The owner Naadir was always there, making sure we didn't miss anything every day. The location is strategic and close to the supermarket, bus station and the most beautiful beaches are within walking distance. If I were to return, I would definitely stay here again!

If the jacuzzi had hot water would be perfect. Maybe it was possible and i didn't know how to turn it on.

Lovely high end flat that was nicely decorated with everything we needed. The private plunge pool is at the back of the property, facing kind of east, so was great to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun, the main swimming pool is large and really lovely. Both doubles have en suites and the beds are incredibly comfortable. A/C was really quiet. The location is a few minutes walk to Pereybere beach with lots of restaurant options and a good supermarket. Def worth booking restaurants as they get busy! There is an underground carpark.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment due to the excellent location: walking distance to Pereybere beach, the supermarket and food outlets. It's clean, modern and stylish with a well-equipped kitchen and access to a great swimming pool. The host was friendly and helpful about the check in process and gave us a late checkout which was highly appreciated.

We would have appreciated shower gel to be provided and tea towels in the kitchen.
