On my third night in the apartment, I found cockroaches the size of a small mouse. First, one in the room fled under the refrigerator. I didn't have time to take a picture, but when I went into the bathroom, another one was there. I went out to the bar. I couldn't sleep. In the morning, the owner said it was normal. I didn't stay, and the owner rushed me, saying he'd charge me for the next day. It was awful.

This little 'studio' has all the basic creature comforts including a coffee machine! I like that I got to feel home away from home, buy all my usuals for my stay, and its perfect location to explore a lot by foot. I work remote, and this was also great as its super peaceful. Lastly, I really valued that I got a little video of directions, and arriving at midnight it felt super safe and familiar as a solo female traveller! And the keypad and keybox idea won me over for sure! Best idea.

Vis a vis direct sur la baie vitré, balcon accessible par toute personne de la résidence. Cafard dans l'appartement.

J'ai aimé l'emplacement, les équipements complets dans le studio, à proximité de la plage, très pratique, c'est correct

Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait que y a pas de réception, c'est galère pour demander quelque chose, en fait quand tu veux rendre dans l'appartement, il faut que le chauffeur de taxi connait l'endroit sinon c'est pas indiqué nulle part le nom de l'établissement

Location, also host was very helpful at the start.

Unit needs a bit of work to bring up to standard for hosting international visiting guests, No bottle opener, No wine glasses, paint peeling on roof , dinning chair falling apart, pillows stained. No sharp knife to cut vegetables or anything. No cutting board, pool has no seating And list goes on .Door falling of cupboard, Only 1 toilet roll for 7 nights for 2 people . Brooms for sweeping floor was not up to standard. Tourist Fee receipt was not forthcoming coming, once I did receive 1 through what's app, receipt had no invoice numbers or no reservation number , or nothing the reflects booking and no reference number, so not quite sure how that fee matchs booking so tax goes back the Gov.

Central location. Well equiped including the washing machine. AC works very well. Host is very responsive. Private and secure Parking is a life saver!

Not much, except the hot shower that needs to be turn on and even though not so hot but we are in Mauritius so not really an issue

It felt secured and well kept

There are no indication or name board visible from the street so make sure you know exactly how to find the place! Many places have information booklets which help to use the tv and geyser... We battled with both hot water and the TV but sorted it out

Il n y a pas d aménagement autour de la piscine,impossible de s'y poser ( pas de transats) et piscine pas très bien entretenue et pas de matériel à disposition pour le faire ( épuisette..) du coup on ne l à pas utilisée dommage elle nous tentait bien !

Proximité avec plage, centre de plongée et diverses activités ( catamaran, bateaux etc...) plusieurs restaurants et 1 centre commercial. Le tout facilement accessible à pieds.

L'emplacement était super, endroit calme, piscine grande mais froide.

Nous avons payés un service de nettoyage et personne n'est venue on a du garder nos draps pendant 2 semaines.

Close to the beach and beach club. Very Central in Grand Baie.

The lift often btoke down.

My booking fees included daily cleaning service. However, throughout my stay the apartment was not cleaned/serviced. Also, the name suggests a view of the beach, however there is no view of the beach. The lifts did not work.

The property was close to the beach, restaurants, cafes, shopping and entertainment options. The property also had good facilities, like a washing machine, smart tv, wi-fi, & a small but full kitchen. The owner also quickly assisted with or resolved any questions or issues.

It was in such a strategical position, clean and with everything needed. The rooms are small but perfect for groups of friends or whoever is not spending to much time at home.
