Nous avons également apprécié, le vintage de l'appartement. Bon emplacement. Reviewed Sep 3, 2026It was fairly close to the main restaurants and Bars, you can walk along the entire Grand baie stretch with great views and excellent restaurants. Uber can be hell expensive, so it's location was convenient.
3rd floor, no elevator, was insane carrying my luggage all the way up 3 flights of stairs, shower took long to heat up, felt like a warm shower.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026- Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit vom Manager - checkin war leicht - Zimmer oben haben eine große Dachterasse - Putzfrauen waren sehr sehr nett - Zimmer waren sauber und Küche gut ausgestattet - warmes Wasser war durchgehend da und auch mit gutem Druck - Appartment im Erdgeschoss fanden wir gut und geräumig. Gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. - Lage war super. Direkt in der Nähe vom Strand wo die Touren weg gehen, hinter einer Polizeistation, Bushaltestelle direkt dort - Restaurants alle in der Nähe - die schönen Stände sind super mit dem Bus zu erreichen und sehr günstig (besonders Mon Choisy)
Wir haben das Appartment im Erdgeschoss gebucht mit 2 Zimmern. 2 Stunden vor Abflug wurde gefragt ob das Studio im Dritten Stock auch ok ist mit nur einem Zimmer weil anscheinend booking eine Doppelbuchung gemacht hat für eine der 3 Nächte. Als Alternative müssten sie die Buchung canceln, wenn das Studio nicht geht für uns mit nur einem Zimmer. Das wollten wir nicht aber nicht, weil eben 2 Stunden vor Abflug. Ich habe dann vorgeschlagen, dass wir eine Nacht im Studio bleiben (aber nur wenn wir einen Rabatt) bekommen und dann runter ziehen. Wir haben diese Nacht dann kostenfrei bekommen, das war gut und für den kurzfristigen Stress den wir hatte . Aber Koffer hochschleppen war nicht so prickelnd wenn man einen schweren Koffer hat (aber nur bei den oberen Zimmern ist das so). Und zudem waren dort immer wieder so brummende Geräusche im Zimmer, wahrscheinlich der Boiler. Für extrem geräuschempfindliche Leute vielleicht störend, wir sind aber damit klargekommen. Was wie echt doof fanden: als wir früh morgens ankamen durften wir unser Gepäck im Wäschezimmer lagern und haben den Code dafür bekommen. Als wir abgereist sind wollten wir Abends erst fahren und nach Check out die Koffer wieder dort lagern. Das wurde uns nicht erlaubt (beziehungsweise nur bis 13:30 so lange die Putzfrauen noch da waren) weil wir dann ja keine offiziellen Gäste mehr sind nach checkout. Sowas macht gar keinen Sinn. Das war leider kein so schönes Ende. Wir haben unsere Koffer dann mitgenommen zum Strand und dort ein Hotel gefragt.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Location was amazing. It was central to everything. We were able to explore so many different restaurants on foot and it’s around the corner from one of the most famous creole restaurants. A giant market is a few blocks away as are several beautiful beaches.
The actual apartment is very run down and could really use a makeover. Lots of dirty walls and peeling paint. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed so we didn’t move to another place because of the location and cost. I guess you get what you pay for. It could really be so much nicer if it had a little care and some work on the exterior as well. The harbor has a nice path around it but go out to Pereybere Public Beach which has a nice sandy beach. We also found more private beach areas by talking long walks.

Logement avec pas mal de détails à revoir ( porte serviette = vis rouillées qui sortent de la porte, draps tachés/sales?) Balcon fonctionnel mais photos mensongères, il n'y a pas de Hamac, photo clairement IA après coup. La vue sur le lagon n'en est clairement pas une. Elle vous plaira si vous aimez les commissariats de police. Impossibilité de se garer proche de l'hébergement.

Slipper hunting the cockroaches. Quite far off from the beach, car needed but there is a parking right beside the building. Looks better in pictures than in reality. Not bad but would not book again.
