I booked this property for my family for a two-night stay, and all I heard from them throughout was high praise. It’s amazing how thoughtfully everything has been provided to ensure a truly comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the two washrooms were clean and fully functional, and the entire place was neat, well maintained, and equipped with all the necessary appliances and amenities. The cherry on top was the great location and the incredibly responsive and kind host, who was attentive and followed up with us throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The location was very good. The space of the condo was okay for us 5 ladies. We were out most of the day. The owner was quite responsive to our needs. Very grateful to her for letting us use her condo.

Well, for one thing the handle of the hot shower came off but we managed. The shower mat could use a change as quite moldy on the underside. Just to let the owner know, also, that one of the towels they offered should be changed.

Checking-in is a night mare. I couldn’t find my room detail and only have the booking ref number. There were no computer to check ref number. While showering, the water turned brown. The host that gave the key seemed in a hurry to not want any questions asked.

I enjoyed my stay. It was more like staying at a home, not a Hotel. And the view was great to watch sunrise & sunsets. Also, I experienced my first earthquake, I was on 16th floor, the building shook like shit on a string. All held together.

Umm, well, the decor was a bit old-fashioned.

There are bins for each rubbish.Environmentally friendly.

The place is dirty and too many clutters.IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IN THE PHOTOS. No spare tissues and toilet papers. No sofa bed,instead single beds.Bedfings look dirty and smelly.

Property is well maintained and it is very near to all malls in Davao City.

It’s clean and well maintained. Shampoo, body wash and other toiletries are provided. Clean towel and beddings is a BIG check.

Duidelijke communicatie, check in was eenvoudig. Locatie was op een prima plek en de ruimte zelf was erg prettig. Uitzicht vanuit de kamer was heel mooi. De ruimte had alles wat je nodig hebt inclusief bottled water. Aanrader!!

We had a fantastic experience at Patrick’s Place. The property is very spacious—perfect for a group of four—and spotlessly clean. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made our arrival stress-free. One of the highlights was the comfort level: the unit has three air conditioning units, keeping the whole space cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, with banks, malls, and street markets just a short walk away. It’s super convenient and made exploring the area easy.

Clean, organize and spacious for 2 BR. Internet was great. Kitchen is almost complete from utensils to equipmemt which my Mother in law enjoys the most. To summarize it all, if I am going back to Davao I will definitely book again in Patricks Place.

The place is very clean and within the center of the city where everything is just a walk a way.The view is superb as it is facing the sea aside from an accommodating owner which makes it home away from home. Wonderful place to stay and will definitely endorse it to friends.

The unit had a homey atmosphere when we arrived it was fully furnished but the best thing was its location( close to the Roxas night market and amenities) and awesome view of the water. Truly exceptional!!!!

The place was very clean and I enjoyed having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There was also a clean filtered water dispenser available for our use. The air conditioning units worked well. The security manager (I think) was very helpful during our early morning (5AM) check out. He walked us to meet our Grab driver as the street was blocked off for a peace rally.

We booked this place in order to have a washing machine. However, when we arrived, we were told the washing machine had been working. This was unfortunate. I wish we were told ahead of time that the washing machine was not working.

The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to tourist attractions, the night market, restaurants, convenience stores, and transportation options. It made exploring Davao incredibly convenient! The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with enough space for a family of four to stay comfortably. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including sufficient drinking water and a well-equipped space. The building amenities were also a highlight—the pool and gym were well-kept and a great addition to the experience.

We loved the location(few minutes walk to the Roxas Night Market), spacious unit(we are a family of 5 adults), easy check-in/check-out and the biggest surprise was the sunrise view from the window overlooking Samal. Also grateful for the responsive and helpful host.

The condo is spacious. The owner was very easy to deal with and accommodating. When you have questions, the owner will reply back promptly. The caretaker Adel was very welcoming when she met us at the lobby. The views of the sea, Samal Island, and the sunrise and sunset are breathtaking from the suite.

We were meet in the foyer by a very lovely lady , who took us up to the apartment showed absolutely everything we needed to know , and I must say even though I forgot her name ( as soon as she told me ) she is a definite asset to Patrick and deserves a pay rise and an extra weeks holiday . Our family loved the place although the pool was under maintenance that is no new fault we would stay at Patrick’s Place again in a heartbeat . The communication was second to none I very rarely give a 10 but Patrick’s Place is worth it I only took the one point off because of the pool ( the kids drove us crazy ) , but like I said before it was in no way Patrick’s fault things need to be maintained so it was very understandable ( except for the kids ) Thank you all so much for your hospitality friendliness and availability. You have a lovely manager and a beautiful family it was our pleasure to stay

Pool maintenance, but it seems where ever we go go the pool is under maintenance, but Patrick’s Place are not in control of such things and looking on the positive side it’s good to know that things are well maintained

The place itself is safe. The location is at the centre, it is near the famous night market. It has a beautiful view of the city and the sea you can see from afar. The staff are nice. It is good value for money.

This is a wonderful, comfortable two bed/two bath apartment with great views to the bay from the 16th floor. The owner and staff were extremely accommodating and easy to work with, and without a doubt, I’d stay here again if I return to Davao. The kitchen is very well equipped, there’s a big refrigerator, comfortable couches, extremely fast internet, good beds, great hot water for showers, a big dining area, and an excellent pool. Avida Towers are right in the center of downtown Davao, and the daily night market is only a few blocks away, as are many restaurants, bars, and malls. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Davao, this is definitely it! Plus, the prices for this large unit are quite reasonable 😊

We are couple from Australia we find the place a Comfortable apartment. Suitable for a couple or for a family with 2 or 3 kids. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a family room. Fully air conditioned and has cooking facilities. Washing machine is a bonus. Located centrally in Davao City for easy access to facilities and shopping. The host Nona is very approachable she always attained to what clients need. Highly recommend.

I liked how clean, spacious, and beautiful this place looks. It is comfortable to stay in. It is near the city center which makes it convenient and easy to locate. It has access to everything. The view here, especially at night is beautiful. The coastal road and the bay is a special sight to see. The owners and caretakers of this place is wonderful. They catered to our needs and communicates with us well. Definitely a place worth the expense❤️

The place is centrally located. Security is very good. There is fast internet that allow one my friends to work while on vacation.

Amazing location. Very rare to find a 2 bedroom,2 bathroom with everything you need-facilities wise all accessible, full kitchen, hot and cold shower, washing machine, drying rack, swimming pool, restaurants convenience store closeby, etc. A big plus was I was able to accommodate more family members and be with my closest while on my vacation, the 2nd room and the sofa beds are great addition. The communication from the host is superb! I will definitely book again for my next Davao visit.

The location is near the night market and other shops and stores. There is a 7-11 down the building, the guards and receptionist were all pleasant, helpful and polite. The pad is clean, cozy and comfy. Wifi is good and there is netflix to watch. Recommended for a family.

The washing machine is not working, but it's not a big deal since we are not doing any laundry.
