The unit is spacious. The owner and staff are very accommodating and prompt in addressing concerns. Rooms and beds are very comfortable.

The rice cooker was not working. But the owner was very prompt in replacing it.

Bed is comfy, bed sheets and towels are fresh. Restroom is clean, water supply is abundant. Water heater is working well. Kitchen has utensils, very helpful to us. Drinking water is provided. The guards in main entrance checked us which is good for everyone's safety. TV , netflix and internet is superb. Most especially, the host replied promptly and provided a local staff to assist in our needs in just few minutes. Thank you for being so easy to communicate with you. The AC in each room made our stay so comfy after roaming around Davao.

clean house, clean toilet and bath, comfortable bed, close to everything, awesome stay

the free water doesn't taste good.

The unit has such a clean, modern vibe. Feels like a mini staycation everyday. Minimalist, and cozy.

Good location, the place is clean and the host is very nice.

The location was good. Water dispenser was ideal. Unit was near the main gate. Nearby laundry shops aplenty. Aircons worked well. The owner communicated right away regarding queries.

The bedrooms smelled musty, curtains were dusty, the unit was actually cramped, old peeling bedroom furnishings, could've found a bigger place with the price. Treated it as an adventure.

Convenient

Near downtown

Any little question was answered right away, any small problem resolved in a minute

At the center of davao, proximity to everything... No problem in water supply...

The main door should have an additional door lock for security reason... Our room we have used has no door lock...

Cleanliness, very accomodating host.

Property location is superb for central location, when night falls the markets near by easy to walk to but also you have multiple options nearby so I love the location. Host was super helpful, staff on site very friendly, I highley recommend this property for anyone seeking value and comfort along with superb location.

There is nothing that could of been better it met my expectations, like prviosuly mentioned superb host with clear instructions, extremely helpful.

For a short stay it was definitely a great condo and location for two traveling friends. The host was also very professional and reassuring in providing assistance via WhatsApp or the booking chat. Definitely recommended.

One thing to keep in mind, the security is strict with visitors, you will have to call the unit owner to get any guests to come inside. This is rather restrictive. They can't just drop off their ID for a quick visit. Luckily the owner was quick to answer the phone to talk to the security, but you rely on that for bringing guests.

The place and location is brilliant

nothing

The location was excellent! The condo had everything I needed, comfortable beds, good WiFi, great kitchen facilities, and plenty of linen for my time there. There was also a nice communal pool to spend as long as you want there! The property owner was very accommodating, and always a message away from pointing me in the right direction. Also for my own reasons, I needed a later checkout which they were very nice about! 10/10 hospitality!

If you have a car, parking may not be guaranteed!

The property is neat and cute, all the spaces are well designed. Nearby establishments so everything is accessible.

There’s none really

Very clean, mabango po ang unit and cimplrto mga facilities

Amazing place to stay!

What a great trip and topped off with an ideal condo to stay in. We loved the property and all the facilities it had. Perfect for a small family trip. It had ac in both rooms with a clean bathroom. To top it off the property also had a pool and a play area for young kids and a basketball court.

Can't say anything bad about the property it was exactly what we needed.

The place is within the city. Peaceful environment and near the fire exit of the building. A very clean apartment, no fuss in checking in. Highly recommended!!!

The property was really cosy clean and tidy.

Only the living room not spacious .

Really nice, good value for money, good location, comfortable beds and blankets, working ac, hot and cold water shower, it had netflix, youtube, the billiard hall was there, though u have to pay, nice gym (free) and friendly staff and owner.

Not much bad, but the hair dryer in the bathroom wasnt working (608) and the pool was a bit cold, but theres nothing terrible about this condo.

Very clean and well arranged unit

Nearby on everything

When we are in room mostly there is no internet and tv cause tv is connected to internet

Stay was comfortable.

No parking available.

this property was clean , tidy and comfortable. security were friendly and made you feel safe. this place has everything you will need. landlord was also helpful and very attentive to any questions. thank you

Hi. Your place is very nice. Home away from home. We all had a restful sleep because your unit has a relaxing vibe. Maybe you can provide hand towels, dish drainer, and put floor rags at the kitchen and bathroom areas. Nevertheless, it's a place I highly recommend. Thank you.

The property management. Only one small elevator is working in the building. And the guards wouldn't assist even if they see guests having difficulties with their things. Courtesy is very important.

Clean, functional and good location

Difficulty locating the property because locals doesn’t know Affordable Condo. They know Centro Spatial.

Good value for the price, good position.

Swimming pool,gym, location

Hair dryer not working properly, issues on door keys they don't give us when we checked in that's why when my son accidentally locked the door it's very hassle that i still need to call them and asked for it and waited for them as the cleaner brought the door keys with her....I would suggest to leave the keys at the compound or guard or give us when we checked in then check before we leave the unit.

everything was good. We were late getting in and still check-in was easy and trouble free. pool, billiards , wifi and tv was appreciated. this condo was very good and i recommend it.

would have liked blackout curtains in bedroom.otherwise the condo was excell

I loved the interaction with the owner and staff. The property is really nice. Relaxing by the pool at night is so relaxing. Also the location is within walking distance of everything you need. Just go explore! Anything we needed we received just by sending a text. How many places can you say that happens!!

I thought the place would be bigger, but all of us fit and had a great time. This was no fault of the of the owner we had surprise guests.

Great place to stay.

The apartment was clean and well laid out with all the comforts yiu woukd expect from 4☆ accommodation. The property is right in the heart of Davao city with everything you need right on yiur doorstep.
