They provide 24‑hour security, and the staff member gave me the key and escorted me to my room. The check‑in process was very easy. The location is convenient and accessible to all the places we wanted to visit. We especially enjoyed visiting the small fresh market near the hotel every morning, where we bought fresh fruits and vegetables. We accidentally left something in the cabinet, but the staff promptly informed us and kept it safe until we could pick it up. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at WH Bassac Residence. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the location was very convenient. Everything went smoothly during our stay, and the host was friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it!

1/ Cigarette burn marks on bedcovers , reported this to duty manager who said he would get sheets changed but didnt ( Im a non smoker ) 2/ I am a diabetic and need keep my insulin cool. The fridge in room froze water bottles in salad draw . I tried to adjust setting but without success - so had to keep checking my medication so it did not freeze. 3/ Gyn was good idea but apparatus very poor and sparse. 4/ Lift broke on one occasion and was fixed after approx 2 hours ..This in itself was not a major problem as things do breakdown sometimes ... However , the stairway which would be emergency exit if fire etc had no lighting on certain floors and no natural light from windows ,, I had to use stairway to access my room for medication , which I found difficult due to blacked out stairway. 5/ Room shower heater didnt work...so only cold shower available in room... I reported but after inspection no repair was made. 6/ Terrible noise from nearby club which went on all night until 04:15 am each night..... To be replaced by barking dog....Ear plugs needed. The room was spacious and well equipped. WiFi was great - we were able to work. Shower pressure was strong. The staff were lovely, a highlight of our stay.

Classy French Colonial style hotel in a good, central, quiet location. Rooms were spacious and well equipped.Also good value for money.

In comparison to the rest of the hotel, the breakfast @12$ was poor. Based against other hotels I've stayed in recently in PP and Vietnam. Maybe space is an issue. But I was served the smallest 2 egg (allegedly) scrambled eggs I've ever seen.

The door to the balcony is just glass and it doesn't shut properly, so there is a lot of noise, wind and cold coming in.

The room is clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly.

Anytime I’m passing through, this is where I stay. The rooms are bigger than most studio apartments in the city. The bed is comfory, with reliable hot water and aircon, plus the added bonus of a washing machine. The location is perfect too, with Bassac Lane just a 3-minute walk away. Gret value for money compared to other places in the same price range.

It was spacious, nice city view from the balcony. Nice breakfast, I’m vegetarian so they managed to accommodate me.

The shower was leaking on the side and the toilet seat had this stain on but it’s was still clean. The towels were also clean but with stains on.

It was very comfortable hassle free the staff made it very easy to live there the location is central for your total needs .they offer a very tasty breakfast you won't be sorry if you stay there I have live there for many months and will return there .

It smelled bad, AC that didn't get properly cold, street noise because the balcony door didn't really shut, kitchen all sticky, dozens of fruit flies already there when i checked in, many ants, cockroach Didn't seem like it had a proper cleaning in a long time

The location is great

Our room had large patches of water damage and mold on the walls, and rain was coming in through the windows. We asked if we could change rooms, but they said everything was fully booked and didn’t even bother to come and look. Both of us actually felt unwell after spending the night there. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Inside pool , better to be outside , but obviously space limited

We stay at this place every time we visit Phnom Penh. It feels like home from home.

You can’t get into the room before 3pm even if you give warning. And it’s cash payment only.

Noisy in the night if you're a light sleeper not suitable as the music from nearby club can be heard

Great apartment, very comfortable

The noise keep us up to early hour of the morning. The bedrooms not dark enough to sleep even though the blinds are pulled down the bright light from the sky light around the hotels shine through lit up the whole room, the uncomfortable pillow did not help to sleep. We would never stay there again would not recommend to anybody

Spacious room, well equipped, lots of windows

It's very noisy in the evening and night due to a club being close buy, and the bass keeps you awake till 3 am in the morning . The window shades in the bed area do not cover the windows , so the sunlight already lights up the room with sunrise and is not able to sleep anymore. TV had low quality in connection. The warm shower has a limited boiler , if 2 people shower, the second one will have cold water .

The noise from a near by nightclub carries on until 4am maybe not suitable for people who are light sleepers.

good sized place, had everything I needed, fantastic view and such an ideal location near Bassac lane! The staff on reception were great and I felt really safe with the 24/7 concierge. Bed was so comfy too, and lots of wardrobe space. Loved the roof top too for a small space to chill.

The were a lack of plug sockets but that is so minor!

Great large open plan appartments with everything you could need . Very secure access to the complex. Friendly staff who are very helpful. Great location so close to the popular Bassac Lane just a minute walk.

Shelves were dusty and the floor was badly cleaned

No bedside tables or bedside lights. And I couldn't find a switch near the bedroom to turn the bedroom lights on and off. It was necessary to walk to the front door.

Stayed here numerous times great studio apartment so close to Basaac Lane.

The pillows are way too soft definitely need firmer pillows.

Very noisy from live music at a nightclub -- until 3 a.m. in the morning!! This is despite the fact that I was on the 11th floor. I could barely sleep during my last two nights in the establishment, which was all the worse because I was also battling a bad cold. This is not the fault of the establishment, however--just its location. But I wish something could be done to force nightclubs to cut off the music after a certain hour; even 12 midnight would be reasonable.

Convenient location

Room wasn't clean and had dirty bedsheets. Lower floor rooms are very noisy due to the balcony door which isn't soundproof.

The bed was hard. I didn’t get a change of towels until 5 days later. Asked for trash bags and was not given any to empty the trash cans.

This is my 4th stay @ these apartments great location & everything i need.

It is noisy of an evening due to either a nightclub or Karaoke place pretty close.

The location - easy access to the market, bassac lane and other tourist spot.
