Owners were really kind and caring. The place was very clean and had a nice view. Everything was well-equipped, so it was very comfortable and convenient to stay there. If I visit Queenstown again, I would love to stay here again.

Wonderful apartment overlooking the mountains and river. Very nicely furnished and amazingly clean. Our hosts were fantastic, even leaving us some soup and chocolates on our arrival. Check in was easy and super close to the airport! Amazing

Large spacious apartment with everything you need, well equipped, great view from large balcony, very lovely place that looked like its setup as a second home to them so has that sort of vibe to it, very comfortable stay.

Gorgeous apartment, beautiful views but location is a 15 minute drive from Queenstown. And you can’t just really go for a walk in Queenstown from there, you need to jump in the car first. Not an issue just information if you don’t look at location properly like us.

The place is beautiful, and we loved the fact that the owners had soup in a crockpot and bread waiting for us when we arrived!

It felt strange staying in the midst of a commercial/ industrial area. Plus there was road construction on Glenda Road, making it challenging to navigate.

The accommodation was like a home away from home. Had everything we needed. A great view from the back verandah. It was a little tricky to find at first as it is in a business/ industrial area. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this property. It is about a 10-15min drive out of Queenstown but there is a cafes and supermarkets only a few minutes away.

There was nothing we did not like

It's beautiful in every way. I especially admired the live plants with red flowers, matching the red accents throughout the decor. Clearly, John and Ann take a lot of pride in their place and we were honored to be welcome as guests. I also have to mention the laundry facilities in the unit - such a gift to have a well functioning washer AND dryer for those of us on the road for multiple weeks! The kitchen also looked well appointed, although we did not cook in the brief time we were there.

When we arrived at this very tastefully decorated and comfortable apartment we were greeted with fantastic views and a steaming pot of home made soup and breads which was delicious and very welcome. The owners personal touch’s gave this apartment a warm welcoming feel and our stay was very relaxing. We’ll definitely be using it again.

Groot appartement met 2 slaapkamers en een heerlijk bed om te slapen aan de voorkant. Heerlijke douche. En heel veel ruimte. Voor en achter een balkon. Het is op een bedrijventerrein, maar daar heb geen enkele last van, vooral als je een huurauto hebt. Is een paar deuren verder een koffieshop waar je ook lekkere snacks en eten kan kopen.

Je moet de trap omhoog, is te doen, alleen even lastig als je zware koffers hebt.

The place is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is great for travelers catching an early flight. The host is very nice and responsive. They prepared soup, garlic bread, chocolate, and cookies for the three of us—so impressive! Even the welcome note was written in our native language—such a sweet touch. The two bedrooms, living room, and dining area look exactly like the photos shown on the website. It’s a very cozy place to stay. Note: there are many stairs, so it may be challenging with large luggage or for older guests. Overall, we loved our stay!

Loved the hot soup and toast waiting for us. Lovely view from the deck towards river and mountains. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into what amenities people would like when staying.

Own fault - didn't follow host instructions looking for venue. The numbering system on the street was bizarre. Found it once we looked at host directions :-)

Everything about our stay was perfect — the apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had breathtaking views over the Shotover River. The hosts, Ann and John, were incredibly warm and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great location, peaceful yet close to town, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best places we’ve stayed in Queenstown — highly recommend!

Unfortunately the pull down bed was squeaky and block out curtains would have allowed a sleep in.

The atmosphere of the place, rooms are very well thought out and decorated. The wide balcony with a view of the shotover river was beautiful. The hosts, John and Ann very nice. Overall, highly recommend.

This is the best stay from our South Island trip. It was a clean and big apartment enough for a group of 4. The owner even prepared warm soup for us when we arrived and switch on the heater. I love the view you can enjoy the Mountain View everyday! I love everything about the stay, will come back if I ever visit Queenstown!

Maybe the stairs? It is not too friendly for people who have a lot of luggages like us hahahah but luckily we got the boys to help with our luggages.

Our stay at this apartment was truly beyond expectations. They are kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before our arrival — even accommodating our early check-in request, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was his sweet gesture of preparing his secret recipe veggie soup for us — it was absolutely delicious and made us feel so welcomed. We were running late due to delayed flights so having a lock box means it doesn't matter about schedules. You can arrive late and still get into your accommodation. Clear information was also sent prior to arriving about key codes etc. Was great having a laundry also.

We had a wee problem with the electrics but Ann, our host, was round in a jiffy to sort.

I have been traveling to a different country every year for nearly ten years and I can safely say that this is the best accommodation I have ever stayed in.👍

the loction was perfect for us. Loved the soup simmering in the crock pot for when we arrived and the bread that went with the soup. The easter eggs were a lovely thought. It made us feel really at home

The apartment seemed to be in a commercial area but when we went up the stairs into the apartment we were absolutely thrilled. Such a beautiful place with an amazing balcony with views out over the Shotover River and mountains. It was near the end of the airport but we were not at all disturbed by the airplanes. Very centrally located for the supermarkets and shops at Queenstown Central. John and Ann had left us a lovely letter of greeting and also answered my texts in a friendly and prompt manner. I felt like we were friends already. The apartment had two very comfortable Queen beds and the kitchen was brilliant, just like you would wish for at home. I especially loved the pop of red, my favourite colour. John and Ann also left us a wonderful platter of deli products in the fridge and some chocolates which was greatly enjoyed. We were made to feel completely at home in this wonderful well-appointed home. We will definitely return as we love to visit Queenstown.

Great location with easy access to the airport and local shopping. Easy drive into Queenstown. The property is well presented and catered to all our needs. This is a home away from home property it has everything you need. We found it to be the perfect location. It is away from the very busy areas of Queenstown, close to the airport, shops and good restaurants which are not too expensive. It is ideal for two couples travelling together. It has a lovely view of the Shotover River sunrise in the morning. John and Anne are wonderful hosts, we had lovely soup waiting for us on arrival. Their home is beautiful and cosy, our best stay in NZ so far.

we arrived to find that our exceptional host had welcomed us with a fresh pot of soup and bread, some soft music playing and the room was warm. This apartment is in a commercial complex but when you step inside and look out your window you will forget where you are. the apartment has absolutely everything we could have needed and more.

The extra room (which converts to a bedroom from a dining room at an extra cost) had a air bed which was not very comfortable.

I arrived at the apartment much later in the day than expected after a long day of delayed travel arrangements. I walked in the door to find the heating on, pleasant music playing, and hot soup and toast waiting upstairs! As I said to the hosts, I felt like I'd just walked in to my mum and dad's house. Loved it, hosts were responsive and helpful, a very pleasant apartment to stay in for our work trip. Beautiful views over the rivers and mountains.
